All the 5-star reviews are on point, this place is great. I've been coming here a few months for laser services, and have been beyond satisfied. I have a dark complexion and was fearful of burns, so I did a lot of research before settling on Ultimate Image. They use a Gentle YAG Pro-U machine and I've had no issues. After the very first appointment I didn't have any hair growth in the treated areas for over 5 weeks! Definitely worth the price to give razors a break. The office is pristine, and they are timely with appointments so if you're running late, you'll likely be rescheduled. I loved the woman who did my first appointment (Krysta!) but unfortunately I have been assigned to other technicians for each of my subsequent appointments. That's been the only downer, but everyone who has worked on me is competent. My laser experience has been great and my sis started getting services here also and raves about the hydra facials. My first laser hair removal experience. I wanted to wait until I'm done with all 6 treatments to start writing up this review. First of, if you've never done laser hair removal before, trust me, it's worth it. Especially if you can get a good deal from groupon/living social or whenever they run some kind of special here. Not only would this save you so much time and money in the long run, not having to shave or wax regularly, your hair would be gone for good! One of the biggest questions: does it hurt? Yes it does, but only certain spots. For the Brazilian hair removal, the labia is pretty much the only part that hurts. The pain does go away quickly, almost immediately, so don't worry. Plus, the actual process is extremely quick, probably done in less than 5mins. I probably had 4-5 different technicians out of the 6 times I came here. Tonya stood out with how sweet and caring she is. Not only that, she's very detailed to make sure she gets the whole area. I've been going every 6 weeks for over a year now and have covered just about everything between head to toes. Here's what I've found: Pros: - The rates (including specials and groupons) are some of the best deals on laser hair removal in Dallas. - Definitely effectively, permanently removes hair. - Every single person I've worked with here is amazing. They are compassionate with your pain tolerance and don't shame you for your body hair and make the whole, awkward process pretty normal. Cons: - I've rarely ever gotten the same person twice. Turnover seems rather high. - No one ever seems available to answer the phone or return calls. Like... ever. - Hair removal seems to take more visits than other locations. 6 treatments has rarely been enough for any of my areas. Bottom line, set your appointments in the office and online and stick with them, and be prepared to have to purchase a second package to complete your treatments. Ultimately the in-office service and lower price is worth it. Also, tip those girls! They have one of the most intimate (read: icky) jobs in the service industry and based on the appreciation they show when I give even the smallest tip, no one ever does. read more

I love love love the results I've seen so far. The ladies are all extremely nice and helpful. The laser they use is much less painful than you would think. I've had other laser treatments that hurt so much more than this one. Keep in mind always be on time! They are very busy so if your late you have to rebook, which is understandable. Ultimate Image is such a great deal. It's the cheapest prices for the best equipment, and it's easy to book. I bought six laser hair removal treatments and have absolutely loved the results. It's easy to get sucked into more treatments on different areas once you see what it's doing. I use Kelly and adore her. She's amazing and knowledgeable, and she makes you feel comfortable. She'll answer any question you have very honestly. Plus, she makes a pretty painful experience (depending on your treatment area) a laughing experience. Best laser clinic ever! I have been to a few before and haven't received the level of care I have gotten here. Even though I don't get the same tech each time- I always feel comfortable and relaxed and it's always quick and virtually painless. The laser they use is definitely the best of the best and a lot of the pain associated with lasering is alleviated by the cold puff of air that follows each laser sting.
