It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review.... I have seen Ashlee a couple times and gave grace the first time but not now. I went in on 5/7 and told her I wanted the hollow cheeks gone and some lip filler. She recommended Juvederm Voluma (1 syringe per cheek) $598 ea/special plus Juvederm Skinvive (1 syringe) in lips $350 = spent $1546. (I also wanted botox in forehead but it wasn't in my budget.). I waited a couple weeks but wasnt happy still seeing hollow cheeks after spending $1200. I had several gf's tell me "she should make it right" so I went back in asking for a "touch up". She wanted to charge me for an additional syringe and I refused - told her I wasnt happy about that. I got a Mothers day gift card from my kids so had her do my forehead (Jenueau) but that is the Only reason I gave her more business. Now I have huge bumps above each eyebrow.... Purchased a Groupon, and got treated accordingly at this Dallas location.The injector let me know she's a nurse practitioner. Big deal. I'm a PhD. I have friends who are MDs. The quality of care is the issue. The injections were painful. I asked for numbing cream. She said it's only for fillers and proceeded to painfully jab me. More proof of why I go to a dermatologist's office in Houston. Huge difference in CARE and quality. I didn't see any clients. She had time to wait for numbing cream to set in. She just treated me like a number. She obviously had zero training in patient care. Just another fast food degree. read more

I am very skeptical of the potency of botox they're using as well as the number of units they say they're injecting. I saw an injector on about 4 occasions. Each time, I was frustrated that the results completely started to fade in about 4-5 weeks and were almost completely GONE in 6. Maybe I metabolize more quickly (I work out almost daily), maybe, but I was also told I was getting 50 units total, in my forehead and a teeny bit around the eyes. I went to another injector recently at another provider and guess what??? I have the exact same results with 22 units! 22!! She said there was NO way I had ever received 50 without my eyebrows feeling heavy and forehead completely frozen, which it NEVER was! I also do NOT see the results fading and yet my workouts are exactly the same as before. I have serious doubts that I ever received the amount they said (and each time I was using a pre-paid discount that included 20 units yet I was told that would do "almost nothing" so I had to purchase extra) and/or received the full dose of Botox. I just find it incredibly hard to believe considering what I know now. Be careful here....it's a big business with high sales volume. I'm not sure how you can be sure how many units you're getting, but beware if it's more than you think you need or have needed before. I would give it 1 star but the injector was nice enough so she gets 1 too. read more

Like an earlier review, the quality of the product was just not comparable to other med spas we've gone to. We question whether the actual amount of units purchased were used. When we called to point out how some areas seemed like they were not affected by the Dysport. Alejandra who answered the phone was very rude. She not only wanted my mom to go in once more and pay for more units. She kept pointing out just "how old" my mother was. Five times she repeated her age to her as a way to offend her saying she just needed more because she was old. So unprofessional, disrespectful and really terrible product and service. I came here for my laser hair removal on my underarms, and to my surprise it's actually pretty quick and painless. You have to go back for about 6 sessions which I find to be kind of a pain to schedule with work, but I guess that's the only way! The entire session is only about 10 minutes and you are required to wear goggles as she zaps the cooling gel placed on the desired area. You definitely feel a stinging but it's manageable. It's been about a year now since the treatment and I really don't ever even have to think about my underarms which is nice! I think I had a good experience overall, I just sometimes experience light new growth so I wouldn't say it's a total "removal" but overall better than what it could be. So I found out about total med solutions from Groupon. I called and the receptionist who answered was very informational, she told me all of my options and what she could do for me. I really believe in first impressions on the phone, especially when it comes to a health and wellness institution. Total med solutions really impressed me with their kindness over the phone. I called in regards to their lip fillers and needless to say it was such an easy process. Based on the yelp reviews that I saw.... I noticed that Lauren the Esthetician was perhaps my best option. Lauren had some of the best yelp reviews about her. Getting lip fillers is a scary process for me knowing I hate needles, especially on such a sensitive area. When I made my appointment over the phone, it was a smooth and easy process. Getting to the actual office was pretty easy as there is parking right in front of the building. Parking is free as long as you don't spend more than an hour in the spot.(towing Enforced) When I walked in I was immediately greeted. ( it was a Wednesday afternoon). A girl in glasses, the receptionist, was super nice and told me all I needed to do was fill out 3 to 4 pages of new patient paperwork. The paperwork was easy and I actually got called in right after I turned in the paperwork ...it was super fast. I met Lauren and she was so enthusiastic and completely professional and answered all of my questions. I felt like I was asking stupid questions but she made me feel really comfortable and that speaks volumes about her service. Lauren seems To be a veteran in this field, she really knows what she's doing, and when I did the lip fillers it was not as scary as I thought. She made me feel very comfortable and it did not hurt at all. It was fast I could not have been in the office more than 35minutes. ( & yes they do apply a numbing solution on your lips before hand, like Vaseline consistency, before injecting) Total med solutions will let you pay the Groupon price in office or via Groupon for the price you see on Groupon. However if it is a red price on Groupon then you must pay The price on Groupon and bring the voucher to total med solutions. I only paid 399 for one syringe. My experience has been great with every single person I've encountered. I accidentally missed my appointment. It was completely my fault and when I called to reschedule, they didn't make me feel terrible, even though I did. I can understand holding an appointment slot and the client completely misses can be frustrating. I appreciate them being understanding, as it rarely happens for me. They did mess up my 1st appointment with someone else's (apparently another client with similar name and same time. Coincidence) but they immediately rectified. They were so informative and made sure you understood everything before proceeding with any procedures. I am completely disgusted. First, I have been visiting this location for over a year now, and I am in there at least every six weeks. Ashley is wonderful! The last few times I have called to make an appointment, I'm always told that prices are going up, or because it's been XXX amount of days, I will have to pay XXX amount of dollars. I called today to make an appointment and was told the exact same thing, except when I challenged the young lady on the phone and told her that I may have to explore going elsewhere, she said, "oh ok, bye", and hung up the phone. I called back and asked to speak with a manager and was told that she wasn't in, but would call me back...that was 3 hours ago! As often as I am in the office and as much money as I have spent, I am furious and find this behavior to be 100% unacceptable. I've been going to the Dallas location for several years, once a quarter, for Dysport. Everybody in the office is great, and I always get good results. The problem is with calling to schedule. No matter if you call the Dallas number, it automatically bounces to a central call center of some sort. The ladies that answer the phone for scheduling are the WORST. These women act like you are bothering them when you call - very short with you and very rude. One woman even barked at me once because I called a week before I was due! Who treats people like this!?! It just keeps getting worse every time! This last time, the girl set me up with a totally different person than I usually see - didn't bother to confirm who my usual person was at all. It's to the point where I dread calling to make my appointments any more and am seriously considering going elsewhere, just so I don't have to deal with these rude call center people. TMS could save so much money by getting rid of these awful women and coming up with a system online where we can schedule our own routine appointments. We shouldn't have to put up with being treated like dirt, when we're paying so much money for services. read more
