She is a beautiful soul - so welcoming, pleasant, and kind. I am so happy with the results of my facial. It was a very relaxing experience! Please note this is an open concept, so facials are not in private consult rooms. I had no problem with that, but some individuals may not like that. The treatment prices were very reasonable. I came to this location with high hopes. Like most girls out there, I love a good facial. The spa is open format so no curtains or privacy which is generally fine, though a lower value concept. I asked the facialist to utilize a hydrating and anti-aging strategy. The facial began well, with lavender scents and some shoulder massaging. After the first couple serums, however, the process took a turn for the worse. After each treatment, the facialist would excuse himself to go to a back room. After a while I would open my eyes and wonder where this person went. Then about 30 minutes into this stop and go treatment, the facialist puts a cooling mask on me says he has to go wash dishes and will be back again. Let's play this through. He's about to go wash dirty dishes of some kind and then come back and touch my face? I don't think so. Further, if I wanted a 20 minute mask treatment, I can do that at home. I come to facial appointments for the skin manipulation, massage, steam, serums, etc. not for a person to spend the majority of the appointment in a back room while I'm out marinating in a bull pen. It's clear by the empty room that this sentiment must be shared by others. There are plenty of facial spas out there that offer much more attentive and individualized services at the same price point. Needless to say, I will not be back. read more

I have never had a facial before, but I am definitely hooked! I had my first one here this past Friday. I booked online and got the haus special ($85). (I had to look at the website) That facial includes removing makeup, cleansing, exfoliating, blasting oxygen, moisturizing, serums and extractions. The set up at this place is a bunch of chairs that recline all in a row, but you still feel isolated since you are laying down for the entire facial. Sarah was my esthie and she was super sweet. Professional, but we chatted; just enough to get to know each other a little bit, and not too much, where I did not have time to zone out and relax. She gave me a once over on my face and told me my face was a little dry. She offered two treatments to add on to the facial. One was a blueberry mask and a hydrating hyaluronic for face hydration ($25 each), and I chose to do both of them. So that was a WOW! Muchisimas gracias to Sarah and Jetta who pampered my wife and I. We both walked out essentially stunned from how relaxed we felt, how great our skin glowed, and how wonderful our estheticians were. So let's get the obvious outta the way - I'm a dude. Facials are not my forte. I had one once before around 16 years ago, and I remember being unimpressed and thinking that's how ineffectual they all must be. Face Haus proved that to be completely false. So, WOW! Sarah must've gone through what felt like 15 steps in my Haus Special treatment and her face massage skills had my entire body relaxed by only the second step. From hot towels to coconut aromas to I don't know what those ice cold things she rubbed my face with were (but it felt so dope!), it was truly a sensational experience for the senses. To top it off, she annihilated the blackhead farm on my nose and cheeks. I don't even recognize myself in the mirror! And my wife shared the same impressed sentiment for Jetta. I'm so sorry to write a bad review but I'm really embarrassed by my face. The facialist was lovely and meant well but the facial destroyed my face. I've never had my skin this rough before even after laser treatments from plastic surgeons. I'm both chapped and broken out. I'm 42 I have not had a breakout like this since I was a teen. I'm going to have to put aquaphor on my skin because it's so chapped. How can it be chapped and broken out at the same time? My phone face recognition didn't recognize me most of the morning. Maybe it's a fluke butI think it's because my skin looks so bad. I'm thankful that it's snowing so no one will see my face. I'm traveling next week and just pray I'm back to normal. I don't know everything about skincare (not enough hours in the day) and I appreciated that Jetta took the time to discuss options with me. They didn't pressure me into doing this or that; they simply made recommendations. They also didn't try to scare me into buying Face Haus products. Loveddddddd Nikki as my esthie. I originally was supposed to go to Ian. They canceled my appointment then rescheduled me on a day they TOLD me he was going to be there. I showed up to my appointment but Ian was nowhere to be found, neither did they let me know that he wasn't going to be there. Frustrating but I let it pass. They paired me with Nikki but I enjoyed her a lot. Very sweet and knowledgeable. I did have a bad breakout after leaving but I'm pretty sure it's normal due to new products used and my skin purging. I was greeted by soft blue and white everywhere when I entered and immediately starting chatting with my esthie (Jill) who was such a joy to be around. Their product line is displayed up front so you can see firsthand some of the things they'll use on you during your facial! My favorite part of the Haus Special was the extractions (not the most soothing but so satisfying to know your face will be clean afterwards), the hydrating mask and the massage with the cool globes. As someone who loves to get a facial every so often, two things really stood out to me about this place: 1. They are REALLY passionate about skin, skincare, and taking care of yourself overall. We chatted about all sorts of things in my current routine, what I might consider adding, what to avoid and I learned so many new things about my face even though I thought I knew plenty. Upon leaving, we got a full skincare regimen recommendation and an approximate time frame to consider returning for our next facials. 2. Unlike most of my previous experiences, there aren't private facial rooms. You will be treated to your facial on the main floor space right past the lobby across from other esthies and clients. There are also bright fluorescent lights throughout the space. Although it did not prevent me from relaxing, it was different. That being said, they have tons of add ons and other facials. While they aren't cheap, they have membership options to help make things more reasonable. This place is just so cool and really takes away all the skepticism people might have about trusting someone with their skin. You are paying for someone who is educated, understanding, passionate about their work, and going to take the time to treat your skin. I was in dire need of a facial; because of the pandemic I haven't been able to get one in over a year. It was totally worth the wait. The space is so inviting and chic, and has a cool open concept. My esthetician Jill was AMAZING! First she double cleansed my face, next she used a special light to get a more in depth look at my skin. After examining she decided the haus special would be best. I highly recommend it! It involves an oxygen blast, full extractions (which we're not painful) and exfoliating. In between these steps, Jill let's you inhale & exhale this minty fragrance, and lightly massages your shoulders, & it just adds to the whole experience. Afterwards my face felt so smooth, clear and hydrated. As per Jill's instructions I did not wash or touch my face for the rest of the night. When I woke up, my skin looked even BETTER than the day before. My skin was just so replenished & vibrant. I will most certainly be retuning back. Lastly their lip serum is amazing! I struggle with dry lips and find myself constantly reapplying, however that is not the case with this product. It stays on for a good amount of time & feels really good. read more

1st review of the new decade. Woot woot!! Face Haus is having a promotion for Yelp elites so I had a chance to try them out last week. I've never heard of this place so I didn't know what to expect. My friend and I showed up and we're a little surprised with the set up. It's not your typical place for facial. It's more like the current trend similar to the dry bar so I guess it's a facial bar?!?! Anyways, I had their signature facial. I cant remember all that they put or did to my face but I liked it. The end result was nice. My face was glowing and it felt smooth. I do wish they massage my face a little more because I just love that part the most when it comes to getting a facial. Decent price. I walked in and was immediately greeted, where I filled out a survey to best personalize what type of facial to get. As my cousin and I walked in we were greeted with a refreshing smell of the beach. There's a nice waiting area where an associate helped us get signed in. Then our esties who took us to our chairs. I've never had a facial in an open concept space so that was a little weird at first. luckily there weren't a lot of people there so it was still relaxing and quiet. The estie got me situated and cleaned my face. We went over what she suggested for a facial and the extras. I decided on the Haus Special adding extracts and an eye treatment. Shortly after the facial started the steam machine stopped working and it took them a while to get it fixed so I missed quite a bit of that treatment. The extract was a $20 add on and I'd say was a waste of money. There was still a lot of black heads on and around my nose that hadn't need touched. The eye treatment was also very quick and didn't seem helpful. I'd discourage adding either of these treatment. I also started after my cousin but finished before her, which with my add ons and steaming going out, you'd think I would've finished quite a bit after her. The rest of the facial was wonderful. My estie was great about telling me what she was doing next and why. I really appreciated that. I was comfortable the whole time and very relaxed. She told me how to maintain my fresh skin in between facials and made products recommendations. I left relaxed and with glowing skin. Overall I enjoyed my experience at Face Haus and would go again but would stick to the facials as is without add ons. read more

This is a type of place where you can come get your face pampered during lunch breaks, or when you are on the go. The face services are about 45 mins to 1 hour depending the service you get. The entire experience was pleasant, and satisfactory. What I got : Haus Special $85 its the most popular one and it get you nice exfoliation, opening pores, extractions and cold presses. They go over what they are doing and offer recommendations based on your skin type. My esthetician was KUREKA M. She was very knowledgeable and very talkative throughout my service. FYI's: This is not a massage relaxation type of place. Its defiantly a vibey open area with light blue and white tones. There is no private booths. They do not offer extractions in other parts of the body, only the face. They do not gives face massages here, though when you are getting the products put in your face, it feels like a light face rubbing to make sure product gets absorbed in with circular motion. They only do face waxing, no other waxing. If you are in the area and want to get something quick done check them out, they do accept walk-ins of course if there is an available estheticians. read more

Normally I don't leave a bad review (haven't wrote anything negative in years) but I just had to. This doesn't have anything to do with their actual services but the customer service itself. I got a voicemail during work hours to ask if I wanted to take earlier appointments but I called back just to confirm my 2 appointments and that I wouldn't be changing them due to work. I was told to arrive a few minutes earlier to fill out one of the forms and I said I would try to leave work on time. However a work meeting ran a few minutes late and traffic on the road was bad, so the moment I started driving, GPS already routed 612 pm. Knowing that information, I called 3 times to notify that we would be late, while driving (dangerous, wouldn't recommend) but unfortunately no one picked up my calls and their voice mailbox was not accepting voicemails so I couldn't even leave a message. We arrived, parked and briskly bolted to the door at 614 pm but the doors were locked and the lights were closed inside. At exactly 615 pm, the two esthetician's opened the door to notify us that our appointments were cancelled. We explained and even though they understood and sympathized, she still said our appointments were cancelled due to company policy, and that they would no longer take our reservations passed the 15 minute mark and it just turned 616 pm when I glanced at my phone. After 40 minutes of driving through traffic, this was the type of customer service we received (in addition to a long day of work). Someone should've mentioned about their 15 minute policy (on the confirmation email or call) but calling at 612 pm, just to leave me a voicemail while I'm driving was quite impossible for me to check as I was focused on the gps directions. I have never had a facial before but I gotta say that I will definitely have one again. The space is bright and open. The staff is super welcoming and amazing to talk with. They have you first fill out a brief questionnaire when you check in about your skin and they have multiple facial options to pick from. There is even an option for men and kids! So something for the whole family. I had the standard facial without any extractions and it was a relaxing experience. You get to lay back in their chair while the esthetician does their work. They started off with a steam flow and then applied a cleanser that gave a great cooling effect. Kind of like Tea Tree shampoo if you use it. Then then they used the Fur exfoliate on my skin and that was amazing. Followed that up with some cold rollers to help with inflammation and fine lines. Lastly they used the Fur oil to help lock in the moisture. The whole time they explain exactly what they're doing and were easy to talk with. If you've never done it before I highly recommend it. I had never heard of this place before when my friend invited me to get a facial with her. But am glad I know about it now! First let's talk about the ambiance. I love the beautiful blue decor and the open space they have in there. It was super cute and they have a fun swing you can sit in if you need to wait. The process to get signed in was super quick and they were ready for me as soon as I arrived for my appointment. Jetta took care of my facial and I'm happy I had her because she made feel so relaxed and comfortable. She was friendly but didn't talk too much since she knew it was supposed to be a relaxing experience. She talked through every process that she was doing so I could understand why she needed to do certain things. That was great especially when she forewarned me about the cold thing she was going to put on my face haha. My face felt so damn good and refreshed after she finished. I really didn't want the experience because the lavender steam was everything! Then she was so sweet and wrote out a skincare regimen for me. I thought that was very considerate. They definitely earned a new customer for the future. I highly recommend them especially if you get Jetta.
