This place is awesome and so much more than I expected. I got a little lost getting there the first time (it's in an office buiding and I just didn't expect that). However, once you are there you are warmly welcomed. Everyone who works there is very friendly and helpful. You know exactly what to expect every step of the way with the wrap and what they will be doing to you. They help you get around and encourage you to relax and enjoy the treatment. What's really great is that they give you a bunch of information about fat cells, cellulite, toxins, and water retention. I lost 17" - and most of it was from water retention. I was pretty horrified with that - and sure, I'll be going back to keep on top of things, but I went home and took a serious look at what I'm putting into myself to hold that much water. And I suddenly made a few changes. And it has more than helped. The second time I went I lost more inches - again. I had a little issue with the wrap pinching - but then again, I asked for it to be super tight - so it's not really surprising that it happened. And keep in mind that the wrap needs to be tight to get great results - but when you sit, it does get tighter. When I called for help, someone came by and fixed me up. And I was all good - and got awesome results. I'm excited to get the cellulite brush next time - I can't wait to see how that turns out! Since I started doing this, I have been feeling great - so much more energized and looking firmer and trimmer. I just feel healthier. I look forward to every appointment. They are awesome! read more

WARNING -- read the contract very carefully..... I bought a 6 month package -- which most people would agree that 6 months is 6 months, then the contract is over. WRONG -- all of their packages will bill you until you give a 30 day cancellation. So while the verbiage was in my initial contract, like most people -- I didn't read every little detail. NOWHERE on their website does it state that all contracts need a 30 day cancellation. They are all open ended contracts. I was given some reasoning that they do so that the customer can continue with the low pricing....sure....most people know that pricing changes and I'd like the opportunity to renew at the end of my 6 months -- not be automatically renewed. Needless to say, I will not spend another dime here. I think this type of business practice is shady. (see recent FTC issues with banks doing similar things) As for the wraps -- they are great for losing some water weight for an event, but don't think you are going to go from a size 10 to a size 2 after a few wraps. I was so disappointed with this place. I booked a 60 minute service with a detox foot bath and spray tan. I was really excited for the herbal detox foot bath but it was not explained to me at all. Then I sat in a room with the foot bath for 30 minutes- no TV, no magazines, they didn't even offer me water. After the foot bath I sat in the room for 30 minutes waiting for my spray tan and finally started walking around looking for someone. They put me in a room and told me to undress and I had to wait forever for the girl to come in and do my tan. Once she came in, her spray gun was not working so I had to stand there in nothing but my underwear while she messed with it. She finally got it working and my tan looks worse than if I would have just gone to a spray booth. She didn't make me pay for the foot bath and gave me half off the tan but my two hours wasted there was not worth it! read more

I checked this place out for Spa Week and was pleasantly surprised! The staff was super friendly and explained exactly what they were doing each step of the way. After they wrapped me up, I sat in the comfy recliner with the heat and massage on and enjoyed my book for an hour. I shaved off 12 3/4 inches when it was all said and done. How to even describe this place! It's Awesome! Everyone there is so helpful. The inside is really setup like a Spa, not a doctors office! I've been going to Wrapped in Wellness for the past year and really love it. I was a little skeptical at first when my wife suggested I try it, but I did notice a difference in tone afterwards with the "express wrap," so I kept on going - I just felt better and thinner. It's a really great addition to working out, and sometimes helps for those times when you don't work out (which is a lot) but want to stay in shape. The office is convenient and the mood friendly and relaxing - they've got several relaxation / chill rooms or you can watch a movie while you're in the wrap. Now I look forward to going every month. I'll start off by saying that I really dislike leaving negative reviews. Most of the time I'd rather not leave one, but in some cases, I feel the consumers really need a little "truth" amid the many fake 5-star reviews you will see out there... I will only give it 3- stars and here's why: Parking- Good Relaxation - Good Wrap Technicians - Very Nice Location - Not bad and not hard to find The problem..... THE CONTRACTS! I AGREE with other reviews and what they said about their contracts!!!! PLEASE do not enter into one of their contracts without totally understanding what you are getting into. I originally came in with a Groupon for a discounted wrap. (Wooo-hoo!) Then the lady sold me on the "wonderful" 6-month maintenance package where I could get discounted body wraps at any time. And to see the desired result, it would be best to have a wrap regularly. That sounded great because the wraps were much cheaper than the original spa that I used in the past. However, you WILL BE BILLED each month whether you use the wraps or not. (ok. not a problem.) My issue was with the cancellation. You are not able to CALL, SEND A LETTER OR EMAIL to cancel your contact, you must DRIVE TO THEIR LOCATION AND CANCEL IT FACE TO FACE! Isn't that something?? I found it to be ridiculous. I had never experienced a place where I was not able to send my cancellation in writing. So, due to my hectic schedule and not being able swing by the location 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE, I was not able to cancel in time, so I was billed another month. I thought the place was cool and the people were nice, but the terms on cancelling the contract was a bit ridiculous. I am sure they have made a few extra dollars that way. And to be honest, I never saw substantial inch loss. They told me that I should wear a waist trainer or girdle for A WEEK OR MORE after each wrap so that I can really see the reduction. (Really??) The inch loss that I DID see was from my strict diet and exercise. I experienced 'immediate" inch loss at my old body wrap shop. So I went back there. Hope this review will help someone. read more

I am absolutely furious with these crooks! I have had to bend over backwards for THREE MONTHS TO CANCEL THEIR MEMBERSHIP. Absurd, I have a medical condition and was trying to cancel their membership for six months and the first month I tried everyone literally would hang up on me or they would say they couldn't help me. No one will give me a mangers name. No one got in contact with me quickly or efficiently. They changed their phone number but unless they call you you can't find it anywhere. DO NOT GO HERE. They will steal your money and the wraps aren't even that great. Ridiculous. read more

Wrapped in Wellness Dallas, TX is AWESOME!!!! I have been going there for about 2 months now and I have lost 10lbs just by getting the Ultimate Contour Body Wrap. The enter process is about an 1.5 hours and it is well worth it. First of all the atmosphere in the shop is great. There is always relaxing music playing, you have your choice of relaxations rooms depending on your mood (which is a plus) and the girls at the shop are great. Their number one concern is the client. They always check on their clients to make sure they are okay. My Wrapped in Wellness expert is Sarah. She is great. She is very patient and while she is wrapping me, she is always talking to me asking me about my week and she is always giving me positive feedback on how my process is coming. And the best part of my experience at Wrapped in Wellness is after my wrap is over, the girls prepares you hot tea of your choice with a positive message written on the cup. I've been coming to this location for 3months now & I have to say, I love the service. I've done the Turbo wrap, WIW Infrared weight loss wrap & the WIW Counter wrap, on my first visit I lost almost 9" inches & on my 3rd day after my wrap I had lost a total of 4lbs. I love Sara, she is so awesome, she explained everything I needed to know about how the wraps worked & how they would benefit me. I suffer from hypothyroidism & I had his a plateau, once I did my research I found Wrapped In Wellness, I probably called about 5 times & every time I was given the same answer, I found a coupon on Groupon & even though it had expired they still honoured the special. I have given out several coupons to my husbands co-workers & they seem to be very interested in losing weight. When I first arrived at WIW I was about 170 something lbs. I currently weigh 158lbs., now this hasn't been just the wraps, I do martial arts 6x a week & I eat clean, there's no point in spending money on a service like WIW offers if you don't do the work. I highly recommend this place, I will be taking my mom with me on my next visit :) read more

I highly recommend reading these reviews before signing up for a membership with this fraudulent company. After sending my cancellation notice numerous times, I finally spoke to someone who could help me and get me a refund. Which I haven't received yet but hopefully it's coming, however, I checked my bank account this morning only to see that these hard up crooks are STILL taking money out of my account. I am going to have to change my credit card number so they can no longer steal money out of my account. Absolutely an awful ordeal that I would not wish on my worst enemy. I went to the Wrapped in Wellness location on Oak Lawn on a Groupon offer. I saw results with the first wrap. My husband could also see results I decided to get a membership. The atmosphere is very relaxing and cozy. The staff is friendly and the ladies that do the actual wraps are very attentive...they check on you to see if you need anything and make sure you are comfy! I would always end my visit with the hot tea that was offered at the end of the wrap session. It was a little hard to find but worth the search. I just came back from Wrapped in Wellness and had a very bad experience. I went for the Sudatonic Body Wrap. At first it was really nice, but when I got into the body wrap I was told to call out if it gets to hot or if I needed anything. I said "Excuse me" after 35 mins because something was under my neck and I was unable to move it. Sarah (the one who wrapped me) came and moved it for me. She told me I just needed to stay strong for 15 mins, and then she would open the wrap for me to cool down. Right after she left, the towel she placed under my feet to protect my legs from burning fell down and I started calling for her. I called out, "Excuse me" at least 15 times. Louder and louder each time. I was panicing because my legs were starting to feel too hot like they were about to be burned. After 23 mins, Sarah came in and I was halfway out of my wrap. I told her I had been calling for her for 20 minutes. She said it hadn't been 20 minutes. I looked at the timer and told her actually it had been 23 minutes. She was quiet and opened up the wrap to let me cool down for 10 minutes. The rest of the experience wasn't worse, but I am very frustrated, almost livid. There was no apology and no form of understanding. read more
