Arshia is very hospitable to me and knowledgeable about the treatments they have here. The pricing range for the treatments is is well priced in comparison to other establishments that are providing the same services. And every now and then they have deals for certain treatments I mainly come for the whole body cryotherapy and I enjoy it and I reap the benefits from it. I was super nervous to come here, but I am so glad that I did! Rainy at the front desk was super welcoming, friendly, and put my heart at ease. Everything that you need is inside the cryo room, so no need to bring anything with you. They provide robes, socks, gloves and slippers to protect your hands and feet. The entire process only takes a few minutes and before you know it you are in the machine and out. I felt the coldest the last minute of the therapy. The temperature decreases gradually, so it is not a blast of super cold air. Rainy talked me through the entire process and made the three minutes fly by really fast. I definitely want to come back in a week or so and get another treatment. I felt a little sleepy afterwards, but other than that my body temperature returned back to normal super quickly. I love that they have $25 happy hour specials from 3-5pm Monday through Thursday. I plan to come back during that time for sure! read more

So I'm pretty random on the weekends . I'm not much of a planner . I go with the flow . I had been hearing about cryotherapy and wanted to try . Just my luck , they had a Groupon for it . Score ! So , I walked in not knowing what to do or expect . I filled out some paperwork , my blood pressure was taken , and I was led to a back room where I see the cold machine . Lol! I was told you had to strip down to get in the machine . Don't worry , they give you privacy to do that . You get a robe and slippers . You don't take the robe off until its time to get in . The attendant tells you when the machine is ready and you step in , stepping into a cushioned step basically . The machine is turned on and you're naked in a freezer ! Lol !!!! It's cold , but easy to withstand . You can only stay a few minutes , which is the downside . You may spend $15 for two minutes. I think that is standard most places . Came here today for my first Cryoskin session! The experience was pretty good from start to end. I took advantage of their holiday pricing - if not for this, I am not sure I would have walked through the door. The first treatment left me pretty relaxed and if the measurements taken were correct, left my waist smaller by 1/2" to 1". I really enjoyed my visit and the receptionist was amazing, super friendly. She even held my baby and I don't let anyone hold my kid! She gave a lot of insight to the benefits of Cryo. She my husband and I feel really comfortable. I could tell she really enjoys her job. I forgot her name but she's tall, has a guy name and has lived in different places in the world. Great experience! The staff was very helpful/knowledgeable as to what treatments to try and the facilty is well maintained. I train about 5 days a week so you can imagine it's not easy to recover before my next training session. I usually experience pain in my IT band when training so I decided to try the Normatec Comperssion today. After my session, today I went on a 10-mile bike ride and I didn't experience any pain.
