Waited for the "doctor" for over 40 minutes in a room and when I went to the front desk to figure out the hold up, I saw him walk in with a fresh meal. I am not against people taking breaks, but if I am scheduled at 2:00pm, I expect for the business owner to be timely, or at least apologize for the delay. After he completed my consultation, I went to the bathroom and overheard him complaining to his staff, saying "If she wants to be seen by ME she shouldn't complain about the wait when she got here EARLY" ...since there were no other clients in the clinic (all 3 rooms and waiting area were empty) I assumed he was speaking about myself, arriving 10 minutes prior to the appointment time. At this point I was happy to pay the $250 consultation fee (even though I have never paid a fee for someone to tell me how crooked my nose is when I actually just wanted to fix minor acne scars...) so I could get the heck out of there and save myself the headache. Worst experience in ten years of having beauty treatments. I have never had a bad reaction to Botox. The doctor was late and then when he finally saw me he spent all of 5 min discussing what is wrong with my face and not what my history was and not what I actually wanted. The appt was then rushed due to 2 other clients sitting outside waiting. It resulted in the worst Botox I have ever had. My eyes are drooping because it was injected across my brow line too low. His asst quoted me one price and then when all was said and done it was double the amount. It's been 3 weeks and nothing has changed. When I complained he did not take my concerns seriously and said the hooded brow line would go away in a couple of weeks. No refund no solution and now I'm out thousands of dollars. Would never recommend him to anyone. Unfortunately the exact reaction and experience happed to my twin sister. We both look worse and feel worse about ourselves. I have been getting Botox for years in the Dallas area and have been to many places. I had one place I liked and was going to for years, but the woman who was administering the Botox injections moved out of the city. Since then, I've been bouncing around to other places for the last few years...none that I liked. I'd always give the new places a couple of tries to see if they could get it to the way I liked it, but every time it either would wear off super fast or one side would wear off before the other or I'd get one or two large bruises. I do bruise easy and metabolize the Botox faster, it seems, than most people, so I'm probably a little higher maintenance than most. I've been to Omni Sculpt twice now and have had awesome results. Dr. D was able to make both sides even and wear off at the same time. No bruising at all! He also took care of those stubborn lines between my eyebrows completely, which no one else has been able to do in quite some time.
