I want to share a heartfelt thank you to NWME Aesthetics in Carrollton and especially to my incredible aesthetician, Keiuna Grandberry. For a long time, I struggled with unwanted hair on my chin, and it affected my confidence more than people might realize. I found myself turning my face away during conversations and trying to hide that side of my face because I felt embarrassed. I spent so much time picking and plucking that the area became irritated, rough, and developed hyperpigmentation. Eventually I felt like I couldn't leave the house without covering it with makeup just to feel somewhat comfortable. Then I found Keiuna. From the very first appointment, she was kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She didn't just perform laser hair removal, she truly cared about helping me restore the health of my skin. Over time, the hair disappeared, the hyperpigmentation faded, and the skin on my chin became smooth again. The physical transformation was amazing, but the emotional one was even bigger. I no longer feel the need to hide my face or rely on makeup to cover the area. I feel confident again. I also have to say that everyone at NWME Aesthetics is incredibly warm and welcoming. From the moment you walk in, they treat you like you're part of their family and community. That kind of environment makes such a difference and shows how much they genuinely care about their clients. If you're struggling with something similar, I highly recommend NWME Aesthetics and Keiuna Grandberry. What she did for me went beyond aesthetics, she helped me feel like myself again, and I will always be grateful for that. read more

I've been going to NWME for over a year to do various treatment such as laser hair removal and facials. I'm getting married in October so I decided to go ahead and try the RF micro needling therapy to improve my skin texture and reduce wrinkles (I'm 50 yrs old). I've been looking at different anti-aging solutions and after seeing some before and after pictures on their Instagram page I decided to go ahead and try it out. I had my first session yesterday with Crystal, who is amazing, and it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought. I was a bit apprehensive, but it was comfortable and easy. Rose and Crystal are so professional and explain everything. They put on a numbing cream before the procedure. Honestly, to me the "uncomfortable feeling" of it is no worse than getting waxed or threaded. My skin was fairly red and a little sensitive after but within two hours most of the redness was gone. This morning it is completely gone. My skin feels good. I will go for another treatment in a month. read more

Hi, my name is Tamika I recently had a scheduled visit for Laser treatment with Krystal , at the Carrolton location. However upon my arrival i was experiencing a recent break out in my face; because of drinking OJ, Juices, ginerale, etc, that were acidic... Keep in mind I don't normally drink this things. Instinctively Krystal, said NO to laser treatment in my current condition. We agreed to focus on healing, and focused on the treatment of Skinwave Hydrofacial Treatment OMG it's been 1 week later, and with my currently facial regimen provided by Krystal, my acne is GONE! In addition to healing process, for my next stage. A facial treatment is not just the process, it's the, wisdom, hands and sympathy of the person providing the service Thank You so much Krystal, I can wait to continue this journey. Tamika read more

I loved my recent experience at NWME Aesthetics. I was in search of a little botox but booked a consultation. That is when I met Apryl. She took her time checking out my skin, listening to my concerns/wants and provided me different options to achieve what I wanted. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She is very responsive and will work around any concerns. I ended up booking for botox, a facial and laser hair removal. All three services were amazing. I was nervous as a first time Botox gal but it was quick and easy. The laser is amazing and didn't hurt at all! She has very fair prices and it was such a great experience. This is my first dive into aesthetics and I'm so happy I ended up at NWME with Apryl. We will be repeat clients for sure! read more

I am not exaggerating when I say Apryl is heaven sent! Best thing I ever did for my face was go to see her! I have a very expressive face and have had fine lines since early high school (mainly in my forehead and crows feet) I found NWME Aesthetics, took the plunge and got Botox. And I can confirm Apryl is the best thing that's ever happened to my face. I look smoother than ever! Not only is she so good at what she does, she took the time to educate me and answer any of my questions. She is also just so sweet and fun to chat with! Do yourself a favor and book your appointment. read more

I had a wonderful experience at NWME aesthetics! I came for a hydrocortisone injection after having some painful bumps pop up on my chin. I was the first client of the day and the practitioner greeted me with a smile and was so sweet! She went over my skin and looked at my bumps and determined what treatment was needed. It was super quick, less than 30 minutes. My chin is already so much better and it hasn't even been 48 hours. Would definitely recommend paying NWME a visit especially when the dermatologists are booked up indefinitely and the pricing was great here too! read more

Apryl is beyond incredible. She was very patient with me throughout our consultation. I was overwhelmed with so many skin care products out there and she made sure she walked me step by step through each regimen and why certain products are necessary for my skin. She followed up not even 15 minutes later with an email and recapped everything we had discussed. She's patient and made sure our virtual session felt intimate as if I was there in person. She's professional and knowledgable - I'm glad to be an avid supporter. Thank you, Apryl! You're AMAZIN'. read more
