As a potential client, I don't think it's unreasonable to want basic information before committing money to a consultation. I repeatedly tried to get answers to my questions so I could determine whether their services were a good fit and within my budget. Unfortunately, I never received the information I was asking for. What made the experience even more frustrating was that once it became clear I wasn't ready to pay the deposit without additional information, communication essentially stopped. Rather than addressing my concerns or answering my questions, I was ghosted. The entire interaction felt more focused on securing a deposit than helping a potential customer make an informed decision. Maybe their services are great, but based on my experience, customer communication and transparency during the inquiry process were disappointing.

There are several rooms as other reviews mentioned but it seems like they serve different purposes. Every time I've had a facial it's been in the same room, but the head spa happened to be in a different one. Is wired in the rooms but I like chatting with the aesthetician, and even with the language barrier we end up having great conversations! They tell me what each step is during the service and why it's important, and even ask about stressors like work or lack of sleep during every appointment to adjust the treatment as needed. Recently after my facial I complained admit my scalp and they mentioned they offer a head spa service, which I booked for the next day. My hair and scalloped have never felt so clean! She told me let's go ahead but she has an apt right after and because I was a few min late she wouldn't have a lot of time. My apt was set at 12:30, I arrived at 12:35 and apologized profusely but I had issues finding her and my phone died. This was supposed to be one hour and I fully expected it to be less due to me being late but it was literally 1 when I left meaning my facial was about 20 min; not sure why she even bothered at that point. I was happy to leave because I was uncomfortable anyway. My face was bright red when leaving and she also made a few pokes at my dermatologist and suggested I have a liver disease by my face which didn't make me feel too great. The product that was recommended has be life changing! I seen results with as soon as the first morning and night routine! When I arrived for my appointment about 3 weeks later I had a lot of inflammation as it was the week before my cycle. I was informed by Jeana that she just wanted to clean my skin thoroughly and do some extractions. Honestly, I never had someone service me based off the current health of my skin.
