They play super relaxing sounds so you don't have to hear other people and the temps are perfect. My only critique is for corporate and it's to remove the runners in the hallway, they're a tripping hazard! The front desk workers are always sweet and Rod is especially great! Mary, The Now staff, and the overall vibes and value keep me coming back! 10/10

They're also very attentive to pressure and will adjust accordingly, which I really appreciate. I walk away feeling so much lighter every time. I usually get a combination of Thai and Swedish massage, which has been perfect for me. The space is clean, calm, and comfortable, and it's easy to find. Just note that it's on the second floor. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the massage. I've had such a great experience both times and highly recommend this place!

I agreed because I thought it would be a more controlled, therapeutic technique, but it ended up being extremely intense and made the experience uncomfortable. There was also a language barrier, which made it difficult to communicate that the pressure was too much or explain what I wanted. My husband also got a massage and felt that the pressure was a lot. This may be a good fit for someone who likes extremely deep, intense pressure, and I can't speak to their other types of massages, but I personally would not get the deep tissue massage here again.

I haven't had a massage in years, but I could tell I really needed one this week. I was looking for…read morea place nearby that took walk-ins, did full-body massages, and (hopefully) wouldn't require this introvert to talk too much. A friend recommended Joy Foot. I walked in and asked the receptionist if they could take me as a walk-in. She said yes and asked me which massage of the ones listed (with prices) on a big sign on the front of the reception desk. I chose the $85 90-minute combo, which was a 30-minute foot massage and 60-minute full-body massage. The receptionist immediately led me to a dim room with several stations in it. I sat on the low, broad reclining table that she indicated and took off my shoes and rolled up my pant legs. Within a minute, an older gentleman came in with the water for the foot massage. I laid back, he covered my arms with a thin towel and my eyes with a washcloth. Gentle piano music was playing. I had never had a foot massage before, and now I'll be getting them regularly. It was absolutely fantastic and so relaxing. When it was complete, he removed the washcloth from my eyes, said that it was time for the full massage, and left the room. I'm hard-of-hearing, so I didn't actually hear what he said and wasn't sure what to do. I looked at one of the other masseuses and asked if I should follow him, and she nodded yes. I gathered my things and walked out into the hallway outside the room. The receptionist and my masseuse found me immediately and showed me to the private room where I'd have my full-body massage. Again, the lighting was dim, and nice piano music was playing. He left the room so I could undress and get face-down under the sheet on the massage table. After a minute, he returned, and I got a fantastic massage for 60-minutes. When it was over, he removed the washcloth from my eyes and let me know. He then left the room so o could get dressed. When I returned to the lobby, he was waiting for me with a cup of water. Everyone was very nice and spoke very little, which was PERFECT for me. Small talk is exhausting to me, and all I wanted to do was relax. I got what I wanted! I had known I wanted a massage. I hadn't realized how much I needed it. I walked out of Joy Foot with all my aches, pains, and tensions relieved. I'm a fan, and will definitely be returning regularly.

I picked this place based on reviews, and being able to get in the same day. I sent a message on Yelp, and then set up my appointment via text. I showed up for my appointment and completed a one-page check in sheet about pains, etc. Then I was in my room, undressed, under the sheet in no time. I picked the Tai/Combo massage (from the website: techniques from Thai, Swedish, deep tissue and other styles). I was in heaven. The woman doing the massage rubbed on me, and was up on the table with me a couple of times to stretch and move my body around. It was all wonderful. My hour was up and I felt like jelly. At checkout, they gave me a bottle of water and that was nice. I am all for self-care these days, and this was a good way to spend $70 for an hour of Zen.

I want to preface this with I AM a Massage therapist and have been for a decade. As such I was so…read moreexcited to book a Traditional Thai Massage (one of the modalities I'm trained in). With that said, not only did I NOT receive a thai massage, they had me undress (which you don't do in thai massage) and what followed was the worst massage of my life. I booked a traditional thai massage, confirmed when I got to the desk, and then restated that's what I wanted when they found me fully clothed waiting. They told me THEIR thai massage had oil and I was to remove my clothes but keep my underwear on. I told them I just wanted a traditional Thai Massage. (Which shouldn't be in their business name and on their menu if that's not what they do?) I 1,000% know it is illegal to uncover someone's glutes fully, but that didn't stop my therapist from pulling not only the blanket down to my thighs, but also pulling my underwear (a thong which already exposed the sides of my glutes) down to my thighs, fully exposing my entire butt. Let me be clear, this is absolutely illegal and unprofessional, there is a law specifically stating you cannot do this. EVER. - not to mention I am a female and my therapist was a male. It was clear this therapist wasn't trained in hot stones (something else I'm trained in), and the massage itself was abysmal. If they were in massage school and this was their final, they would not pass. And they shouldn't have. Afterwards I again asked the front desk about ACTUAL Thai Massage and if they dont have thai massage where else does - they said that there's one woman on staff who provides it (who obviously wasn't available when I came in). I don't know why she didn't just tell me this to begin with instead of take my money and my peace of mind. I left here a thoroughly unsatisfied customer. If the (NOT Thai) Massage had been good, I wouldn't have been so upset over her deception. But to lie to me, and then get something so sub par? I would NEVER do this to a client. I'd give 0/5 stars if I could. And truly unless you know a therapist at this business that's actually good, I wouldn't recommend anyone go. I even came on yelp to read the reviews and thought it'd be a good choice. Nope.
