Having searched the Yelp ratings in the area, I chose Relax & Heal Massage. I called Michelle and was fortunate to get a next day appointment. She was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable explaining the differences in techniques. Once she began to work my arms and wrists, I immediately felt the tension released and experienced a great sense of relief. After a solid hour of upper body work, I got dressed and could feel an incredible difference in the way I felt. Michelle has an awesome gift of managed strength with control, coupled with technique and the gentlest disposition. Every time when it has been a situation of pay up front, and/or a sign in the room about total nudity not allowed or no sexual activity allowed, or 'certain body parts' not being allowed,,, it has always been a situation to where the place did not have a license, the so called therapist didn't have a license, and sexual activity was always offered for an additional expense. I was tired, and stressed,,, and just wanted a relaxing stress reliving massaage. Someone who would push down and work work out the tension in my muscles. A foot massage spa? Okay I would think that they would spend some time if not focus on the muscles in the calfs and foot. But she barely touched those areas. Other places I have gone to for an hour massage,, the massuese spends 30-40 minutes working on me from my shoulder blades and neck down to my feet and then asks me to turn over. And when doing so,, always holds a sheet of some sort to drape and offer some sort of privacy and modesty for when doing so. There was no draping involved at all when she asked me turn over. I am not bashful, I'm a little unique,, I approach getting a massage as to like going to a doctor. And that being undress to the extent that is necessary to provide the most optimal care. So I don't care as to what is seen. For you women who have been hear,,, and left raving reviews,,, I can only say that the so called massage therapist didn't find any kind of attraction towards women. This place is very much a house of prostitution and sexual services for pay. She didn't offer to have sex with me,, and sure wouldn't do it if offered. But when she grabbed my genitals and asked me how I would pay for her to massage that,,, pretty clear as to what she was doing. And pretty clear for the purpose of the business. One other thing......... I parked my car and walked into the door at 4:22. I was lead into the room to undress and lay down, she didn't come back into the room till 4:30 and left several times,,, to get hot wet towels to remove oil and dry towels to dry me off,, but the time spent was excessive and numerous,,, and then asked me if she would end early because of having another customer at 5:10. So I question her about why I pay for hour massage and get only 35 minutes at the most. She argues she wrote it down that I quote,,, "I wrote it down you came in at 4:22." Yeah I came in at 4:22,,, into the front door. I wasn't even in the room at that time. And for her to leave to allow me to undress and then return,, which didn't happen till 4:32 as I looked at the clock? I don't care what is done,, I pay for 60 minutes and you only provide 40 minutes? This place is a bit hard to find, especially if you aren't from the area like we are. But, if you go past Ranch 99, this facility is located right next door to the Wei Asian Buffet. It's located on the second floor, so just be prepared to walk up some steps (I didn't see any elevator nearby). We were immediately greeted by two ladies at the front desk. We showed them the Yelp deal, which is 15% off for new customers, which they gladly upheld (thanks Yelp!). They were very helpful and knowledgeable of the different massages they offer. We were their only clients at the time that we went, so we got a little extra TLC during our visit (they actually let us stay in the sauna for however long we wanted). The facility itself is very neat, well kept, and well decorated. The lights were slightly dimmed to give that extra relaxation feeling. The saunas are also well kept as well. We both received the 60 minute Swedish massage with hot stones and knees on our backs (we opted out on back walking). The massage was VERY relaxing! I do, however, wish that more time was spent massaging my legs, but I believe that you would have to pay for a foot/leg massage for that. A little disclaimer, for those who don't like deep tissue or heavy/medium pressured massages, let your masseuse know before hand or even during the massage. Before they got started, they let us know to tell them if the massage is hurting you (even if you are actively having the massage). At the end of our massages, they gave us two bottles of water, which is customary of massage places to do. We followed our massage with 30 minutes in their sauna for the ultimate relaxation experience. We were then given two more water bottles and snacks at the front desk, while we paid for our massages. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing experience at AA Massage. The staff provide a warm, welcoming and relaxing environment and give great massages! I'd like to stop by here again whenever I'm back in the area.
