To kill some time before our flight, my boyfriend and I decided to have full body massages at AA Massage. This place is a bit hard to find, especially if you aren't from the area like we are. But, if you go past Ranch 99, this facility is located right next door to the Wei Asian Buffet. It's located on the second floor, so just be prepared to walk up some steps (I didn't see any elevator nearby). We were immediately greeted by two ladies at the front desk. We showed them the Yelp deal, which is 15% off for new customers, which they gladly upheld (thanks Yelp!). They were very helpful and knowledgeable of the different massages they offer. We were their only clients at the time that we went, so we got a little extra TLC during our visit (they actually let us stay in the sauna for however long we wanted). The facility itself is very neat, well kept, and well decorated. The lights were slightly dimmed to give that extra relaxation feeling. The saunas are also well kept as well. We both received the 60 minute Swedish massage with hot stones and knees on our backs (we opted out on back walking). The massage was VERY relaxing! I do, however, wish that more time was spent massaging my legs, but I believe that you would have to pay for a foot/leg massage for that. A little disclaimer, for those who don't like deep tissue or heavy/medium pressured massages, let your masseuse know before hand or even during the massage. Before they got started, they let us know to tell them if the massage is hurting you (even if you are actively having the massage). At the end of our massages, they gave us two bottles of water, which is customary of massage places to do. We followed our massage with 30 minutes in their sauna for the ultimate relaxation experience. We were then given two more water bottles and snacks at the front desk, while we paid for our massages. Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing experience at AA Massage. The staff provide a warm, welcoming and relaxing environment and give great massages! The place by Gen had a waiting list so I'm so grateful that we stumbled upon this hidden gem. This is located because 99 ranch in the second floor. When we walked up the stairs, I was surprised at how clean the place was. I has asked the lady at the front desk how long they've been open and she said more than a year! OMG. It was so clean, I had no doubt that I wouldn't enjoy this place. We did the $25.99 one hour foot massage. It includes head, shoulder, and back but it mainly focuses on your foot and legs. So I like to time my massages because I like to make sure I'm getting my bang for my buck and they exceeded one hour! They don't rush though your massage and they ask to make sure if the pressure is right for you. My boyfriend loveeeeddddd it. Masseuse performed mediocre massage with little to no focus on pressure points, just broad sweeping rubbing motions. Below average foot reflexology massage place. The weirdest part is that they made us pay in advance for our 2 reflexology 60 min sessions ($30 each). After I swiped my credit card for $60, we were led back to the reflexology area. The 2 massage therapists chatted with each other the whole time, and the massage was below average for a foot reflexology place. The massage bed was also older, and you could feel where the cushions were losing it's firmness. Our massages were also only 50 min long instead of 60 min. Unfortunately it was not a great experience overall. Mediocre massage and the constant chatting made it impossible to relax. read more

I've had many bad massage experiences in my life, but this is definitely the worst. When we dang the bell, the receptionist came out to greet us still chewing her food and rice hanging from her lips. Not only was her hygiene disgusting, but I found out later that she was very rude to my wife, who wanted to wait in the waiting room. This woman kept pressuring my wife to get a massage and/or pay for me in advance while she waited. The massage was not good at all, and the masseuse's hands smelled like food. Nevertheless, I left him a sizable tip because he wasn't to be blamed for my overall terrible experience here, and I'm sure the masseuses don't get paid much at these places. I would have let it all go without even writing a Yelp review, but the receptionist mistakenly charging me $50 after the massage instead of the $26 she quoted me beforehand put the experience over-the-top for me. I had no choice but to write this review to warn other unsuspecting customers when she insisted that I sign the $50 receipt. Got a great 1 HR massage from Lilly tonight! This place is nice and relaxing! I recommend giving it a try for a Great Swedish massage! The one thing that could be improved is more Thai Style Stretching. She did a little bit, but I was hoping for more. Joann (The front desk Manager or receptionist gave me a discount, so I can't complain. That was my main reason for coming since The original Thai Massage place I wanted to go to was closed. One another thing to note, if you go late at night, you will hear the night club music right next door. I don't think that was a good idea to place this very nice massage office next to it. Joanna, the manager there, will give away your appointment then claim she called and said someone else had cancelled and she called to tell me, which she did, but I told her I'd be there as soon as possible which, turned out to be exactly at 7:30PM, my scheduled time. After i arrived, there was a lady that came out and she told me she made a mistake and told me to come back at 9:00 pm. I have had many massages over the years, and I really enjoyed my experience with AA. In fact I have had 5 massages over a 4 month period. The place is very clean and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I have had 3 different therapists provide a medium pressure massage. All 3 were excellent, but I do have a favorite. I usually set my appointment during the day and it never seems to be very busy. The cost for the 60 ($55)and 90 ($75) minute massage price is reasonable. I was really excited to see the great reviews this place got and called to make an appointment with Lily. I got one for 11:00 am and arrived about a few minutes early. The lady at the front was eating and gave me some paperwork to fill out. I checked the firm, deep tissue box for the type of massage I wanted. I was taken to the back and asked to disrobe and get on the massage table. No one came to start my massage for another 15 minutes. Then the same lady from the front desk came in and said she was going to give me the massage. I was confused but didn't pay much attention, as I was annoyed having to wait for so long disrobed in the cold room. She asked again if I wanted firm pressure and a deep tissue and I confirmed. When she was doing the massage it felt like she was just rubbing her hands up and down my back. She wasn't massaging at all. I am a frequent massage goer and know the difference between someone not knowing how to do it! I finally asked if this was a deep tissue massage and she said yes, but this is the beginning (mind you it had probably been about 20 minutes into her just touching and patting me). She also left the room 3 times, not sure when she was going. I almost wanted to end the massage several times, but thought it'd get better- it never did. When I was finished and went to pay, the lady apologized for being so busy. I asked her name and she said Joanna! So basically it wasn't even the person I made the appointment with. She then went on to tell me if I wanted a deep tissue I should have asked for the 'man' and can come back next time with him. I was so unhappy with this mediocre massage, which was also 50 bucks, and I left knowing I will not be returning to this place. During the first 10 minutes of my massage, my massage person's phone rang ( and the sound had to be at its loudest level) 3 times and she stepped out of the room for a least a minute to take the call. I was recommended by friend, called to make an appointment and the receptionist was nice and flexible with the schedule. I was able to make the appointment the same day. I had an hour massage and it was too good that I decided to add another hour. The there wasn't able to do it continuously and she keep apologize to me make me feel actually somehow important. This was absolutely the worst place I've ever been to for massage. When I called 30 min prior to my appointment to make it the lady told me it would be $90 for a 90 min deep tissue massage, when I got there she told me it would be $10 more than what she said on the phone for deep tissue. She was extremely rude and then told me I had to pay first,I think she was assuming I wouldn't have enough money. I tried to tell her I would pay after so I could do tip and everything at the same time but she told me I had to before. The massage itself left me sore, the room had an unpleasant smell. After she just rubbed and patted me for 20 min, she would keep putting all her body weight into me and elbows. Been going to AA since June/July 2016. Close to home,Clean,No Smells,Quiet. Has a dry sauna,a shower is available. Joanna runs the front desk,and Lisa is my therapist. Lisa has a deep tissue technique which Really is deep,and helps my aching body ,and feet. Also she uses the hot stones in a scrubbing manner which really helps to remove my aches and pains. Wow, a 1-hr full body massage without any membership fees or contracts to sign for only $49!! Based on a friend's recommendation, I went here because my regular membership massage place couldn't get me in for 2 days and I couldn't wait. Lilly gave an incredible deep tissue massage. It was painful at times, but it was what I needed to get the knots out of my shoulders and neck. She did some stretching as well. Be warned, if you're really modest, you might be uncomfortable. The sheet would not always fully cover you during the stretches. She would also climb on the table to dig in to the knots with her elbows, so be prepared for that. read more
