I've been to numerous reflexology places and I keep coming back here. This is my go to. I'd travel 45 minutes to go here. They're great and great atmosphere. read more

Affordable, clean, and extremely relaxing. I recommend calling ahead and asking when they have availability! My parents and I went and each got a 60 min Combo Massage (30 Mins Foot + 30 Mins Back). We were all instructed to fill a waiver before our services began. Our masseuses were very attentive, friendly, and strong. I especially loved the back portion since I spend 5 days a week going into an office & my parents really enjoyed how intense the massages were since their professions are physical. What really sets this place apart for me is the free hot stone! I've never had hot stones until today and it was so luxurious. Thank you to NY Foot Spa for an all around amazing time. read more

5 Stars for the Massage, 4 Stars for the Front Desk My husband got a Groupon for me and my mom to get a massage here, and we finally decided to use it. I'm so glad we did! The place itself was clean, relaxing, and had a great atmosphere. We had Rita and Kevin as our masseuses, and they were both wonderful. They made us feel comfortable from the start and gave fantastic massages. We both left feeling super relaxed and refreshed. The only downside was the guy at the front desk. He came off as a bit condescending, and when I asked him a question, he responded with a smirk, like I was asking something obvious. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something that could be improved. Overall, this is a great place for a massage, and I would definitely go back. Hopefully, the front desk experience will be better next time! read more

Had a good experience, very affordable. I did call and ask for a 90minute but I guess he didn't hear me correctly bc we only got a 60min couple massage so make sure you double check that the check-in person is aligned with what you want. Very friendly staff and I recommend that you call ahead to schedule your time. read more

I've been going to NY Foot Spa for over 2 years. After trying several other establishments in the area, this has become my go-to. From the front desk service to my regular masseuse, Kevin, my experience has been consistently positive. The space is very clean and inviting, and they have always been accommodating when I have short-notice appointment requests. read more

Pretty straight forward I've you've ever had a massage, the staff is friendly and smiley. My only complaint is that sometimes I will ask if they can spend more time in a specific part of my body and they say yes but then it doesn't happen. Otherwise, this is a regular spot for me, I'll be coming back. read more

Made an appointment for a 90 minute massage for my mom, and it was so thorough and relaxing that my mom made another appointment for next week. Rita, the masseuse has great technique and strength. My mom was really impressed! So grateful to have found this gem tucked away in North Carrollton. Plenty of parking, refreshments included, and very friendly staff. I would highly recommend! read more

Overall, this place was clean and the staff was nice. The massage was average but i felt like it was a good value for the price. A few things to note: - ask for the pillow under your legs when they flip you over during the Thai body massage. My masseuse took mine and put it away and it killed my back during the face up part - we asked for separate rooms (friends that came together) but they decided to put us together in 1 room, not a big deal but not necessarily what we asked for - they will ask you for a tip and embarrass you if you don't leave one - ask if you want a certain gender massaging you, they will not ask. Extremely disappointed that they made a big deal about the tip. I gave $5 which is low, i know, but my back was hurting after, so i wasn't totally hyped about giving a tip. Not sure if I'll return read more

My friend recommended me to go here for a body massage. I tried it once and it was my first massage. After two hours of experience here, I came to the conclusion that it was clean, professional and enthusiastic. Imagine my surprise walking into this quaint gem of a spa after drinking at my favorite coffee spot. The massage was the best I've had in years. The spa was clean. Staff friendly. Bathroom immaculately kept. I came back a few days later to try the chair massage! Happy place found. read more

NY Foot Spa - Massage Near Me - Carrollton, Texas

We did a 90 minutes couples foot and body massage. The massage was good. The foot massage was OK. At the very end they use hot rocks, and they only use them for like maybe less than a minute I was like what's the use man. I didn't care for the slapping knocking on my muscles so much but I know that seems to be common practice The place is super clean nice staff only turn off I had was when I went to put my tip in is $25. She suggested that we put in $30 because that way she wouldn't have to split the tip and get somebody $.50 for 12.50. I want ahead and bumped up to 30 , and then later I find myself thinking does she pay these people that worked so hard for her in cash and why would you not just add up all the tips for the day and split it whatever round up if you need to. The guy had Leo was great. He spoke very good English. The staff was great accommodating us telling us what we need to do except her to get ready for massage, office, water, etc. I would go again just the tip thing does annoys me a little bit I would recommend it I just don't tell me how much to tip. read more

Amazing people here. Been there twice and will continue to go. Husband and I usually go together and get the joint room

Nice, clean place and good customer service with front office person, probably the owner speaking English. I got 60 min combo massage and it was great! It included foot scrub and hot stones too... Made me feel so light and blissful. Absolutely worth the price and drive. I will be back for sure! read more

Made a late request to get a massage because my neck was killing me and I needed a good nights rest. They were very accommodating for my last minute request. Once there I asked if they had time to do a 45min massage instead of the 30 min massage initially requested and the woman agreed to the extended massage time even through it would go past closing time. It was my first time to that location and was not sure of the closing time but I very much appreciated it. I gave her a bonus tip and will be back! She was awesome and focused on the shoulder neck area requested which was my reason for the visit. Bonus points for the hot stones used during my massage because it really helped ease the pain and release some of the tension! Will be back. read more

My husband and I went for a couples massage and it was wonderful!!! The staff was nice and the facilities were very clean!

Love this place. Most foot places, when getting a combo of foot and body, make you switch to another room for body which ruins your zen and relaxation. This place does everything in one room which made it amazing. read more

5-8-2022 We had a couples 90 minute massage, the place is clean, quite and relaxing. Great communication with the technician's. They will adjust the pressure just be sure to communicate what you're feeling. This was a wonderful experience for a great value and it is close to home. I will return to for other services. read more

My new go-to place for foot rubs! Love that they scrub your feet first, they don't offer that at many other places so it's nice. Prices are great too. Back & neck massages are INTENSE which I like. These people do not hold back. You are going to get those knots worked OUT lol. Love it & hope they stay in business forever!! read more

I came here for a foot massage and there was no line at all. I was able to get into a room right away and all the rooms had good lighting or spacious and very quiet and private. read more

Massage was ok. Went over a year ago for couples massage, did not go back because the masseuses kept talking to each other (perhaps the couple who did our massage were the owners) read more

Initially found this place on Groupon in an attempt to find a massage that had good reviews and wasn't too costly. Lo and behold, this place turned out to be just that. Located off old Denton road in Carrollton, herb feet is not the most luxurious or eye popping place , but you get a good massage for the price. Purchased a hour massage for $24 ( pretty sweet deal at the time) ,I went on a Tuesday night and had the pleasure of having Lucy.. Now this lady is a different kinda beast and I mean this in a good way. Short stature but she's as strong as an OX . She will make you FEEL every bit of that massage. Personally I like a good aggressive massage and she did just that. I'm sure she can tone it down if you need to but I think English is very limited for her. Main focus was primarily on my back and they gave little time and attention to feet but overall and nice in-depth and knot kneading massage . Giving herb feet a solid 4 read more

Went in for a 60 minute full body massage. The staff was helpful and the place was nice and clean and the prices are also great!!

All 3 of the employees I found present didn't speak English but my massage was hitting! Great job Jason! I would recommend only reservation is they ask for the tip before you walk out lol. So don't go with Groupon and forget your cash at home because they will ask but Jason was well worth that tip!! read more

Facility is clean, massage was great and relaxing, I fell asleep and had a small cat nap. Love the exfoliating scrub and heel scrub with the foot massage and the candies they have in the lobby. Would definitely go again, AJ did great! Remember to decently tip your masseuse guys, they work very hard! Anything less than $10 is bad tip for an hour long massage imo. read more

CHARGED ME TWICE ON PURPOSE!!! I don't know what happened but my massage was not good. The guy had terribly dry large lobster hands and didn't know how to use them. The place didn't have anyone that knew simple English. The worst, they don't change the sheets, towels and blankets. I tried telling them but I don't think they understood. I didn't get the back massage I needed to feel better and it was sort of gross. read more

Staff was super friendly and prices are the best by far!!! All others offer the luxury feel, but not quality work!!!! This is my 1st time here and I use massages as pain management, needless to say, I've found the best spa in DFW!!! read more

Very relaxing and helpful for my tension. Good prices, calm and quiet rooms, and skilled staff.

Easily one of my favorite places to go and relax. They are extremely well versed in massages and reflexology. One of the best parts is you can usually make an appointment and be seen the same day. They sometimes have Groupons so if that will help you give them a shot then go for it. They have a variety of packages for either single or couples and they follow very strict safety protocols. I've tried a few and I can say this is by far my favorite one and I hope you give them a chance and support a local business rather than a chain store. read more

Fantastic Massage Spa. They are truly professional and know what they are doing. Definitely my go to Massage Spa.

Traditional asian reflexology. Very nice. I've been 3 times and enjoyed each experience. Foot and back combination is amazing!

Fantastic very professional service! I just had the hot stone reflexology treatment. Perfect firm pressure working out all the knots and I was asked if the pressure needed adjusting throughout. The routine they go through is very thorough. You can tell they are highly trained and love what they do. I will very much recommend Herb Feet to anyone who wants an authentic reflexology massage. read more

Quick stop by to see what Herb Feet had to offer. When I arrived one of the two girls working was just sitting outside (the disadvantage of long hours with low customers). We were greeted upon entry and offered the menu to choose from. We wanted to try it out so my wife and I went with simply a 30 minute foot massage for $20. We had an Epsom soak for a few minutes. While our feet soaked, we had a head and scalp massage. Feet were pulled from the water and then my eyes, chest and feet were wrapped In a towel. The lady proceeded to run my calves, ankles, feet and toes. One leg at a time and included some flexibility stretches. When both legs were finished, she stretched my things, calves, and hips. When we were done we were given two cold waters, paid, and were thanked. With a simple addition of more ambient accessories and something to neutralize what smells like dampness or mustiness from laundry, this place would be well worth the value. read more
