I've been visiting this establishment on and off for about a year and have typically received excellent service. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was disappointing. After trying unsuccessfully to reach them by phone, I decided to walk in. The spa wasn't very busy, so I signed in and waited. About ten minutes later, another customer came in and signed in after me. When an attendant came out, she chose to take that customer first. Other staff pointed out that I had been waiting longer, but instead of resolving the situation calmly, a loud argument broke out between the attendants. The yelling created a very unprofessional atmosphere, which felt completely out of place for what should be a relaxing spa environment. The attendant still proceeded with the other customer. I've been here twice. The first time I did a 30 minute massage with primary focus on my back. It was really good that I came back for an hour massage the following month. I had different people each time. The consistency is great. I was asked if the pressure was ok during the process. My only issue is privacy. The massage area you can see through the next person's section. I was disrobing and was able to see through the next room that they were giving a massaging. I became self-conscious as I was taking my clothes off. I could see people passing by. I really would like to make this a permanent massage spot but the see through rooms is a big issue for me. read more

I would go back again! I enjoyed the very straight forward whole body massage. He paid special attention to my back and hips that have been tense. The pressure was about a 5 out of 10 except around the shoulder blades which was more like an 8 out of 10. Slow and even motion throughout. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. I love this place! I come every time I'm in town. The prices are incredible, especially considering the service you get. The combination is my favorite and for 50 dollars you get 30 minutes of full body massage and muscle manipulation along with 30 minutes of foot reflexology including hot stones and a foot soak. The atmosphere is soothing and walk-ins are welcome. Brought 5 friends with me today, and they were able to accommodate all 6 of us for an hour within an hour and half of arriving. I typically enjoy places like these, and at first this place was no exception. It's a classic reflexology clinic, where no one really speaks english but you are still able to somewhat communicate what you need. I mostly enjoyed this place until my last experience. After my massage, I went to the front desk to pay my masseuse, Mary. I tipped 20% on the cost of the massage and Mary literally threw a fit in front of me about how small the tip was, flicking the tip in my face angrily and shaking her head. I was pretty taken aback at how rude she was. Not only this, but I brought my friend in with me to try it out, and the SAME THING happened to him with his masseuse, Gary, which made me feel pretty embarrassed. Gary actually did the same thing to me last time (so this is the second time this has happened to me, personally) but at least he wasn't as terribly rude, like Mary was. Will not be going back here, the staff make you feel very uncomfortable over what I believe to be a very reasonable tip. read more

Top 5 worst massages! Asked for a 40-minute, full body massage. It's on their menu of services. Then I inquired about the arms, bc it felt like the dude was wrapping up, and he told me only full body massages are one hour. What??? Then the lady in front told me it was only back and legs. But she kept calling it full body. I'm sorry, but full body does not equate to back and legs. It equates to FULL BODY! And to top it off, the dude massaging me kept chewing gum the entire time, really distracting and unprofessional. Oh, and he massaged my spine!! Absolute biggest NO-NO! I felt some serious pain while he was doing that, and glad I told him to stop. Ridiculous. Had no idea what he was doing. Don't waste your money here...not worth it. read more

Very convenient and can't beat the price! This is an open concept, meaning all tables and chairs are essentially in one big room. Clearly the benefit of a Spa experience is the seclusion and privacy of your own room, but the upside is you don't have to undress here! I literally came in my work clothes and it was fine. I did a "combo" foot and body massage. They are very thorough and sanitary. If you're in your feet all day it feels great! The body massage was nice. They use a sheet/blanket over your clothes. There was an employee right next to me on the next bed that was asleep and snoring WITH HER DOG the entire time... also another employee was watching a tv show on full volume in the next room... so ambiance was not great. Also I didn't fill out any pre appointment paperwork other than my first name and what level of massage I wanted. I put 2/10 for more relaxation and i was slightly in pain most of the time... he was extremely aggressive (the table was shaking a lot from how spastically the massage was going) and I really felt more like he was massaging my bones than my muscles.... On Foot Reflexology there is also a 30 min. option for $21.00 or 60 min. for $35.00. The service menu also includes Full Body, Chair with 30 and 60 min options and prices and Combination (full body 30 min.+ foot reflexology 30 min.) for $35. Wow! Very disappointed. I went in for a 40 min body massage and had to wait at least 10 min before being greeted. Then, when they took me back, it was only 20-30in max. The massage was great but not the full 40 like I asked. Then, when it came time to pay, I tried to show how I came in at a certain time and there was no way it had been 40 min. We argued and he said I needed to pay for the full 40 min. I am very disappointed that they charged me for more than I paid for. The staff who was helping was very unprofessional. You get what you pay for. It is affordable and they do tend to offer cheap deals. We decided to give this place a try since we were shopping around in the center it's located in. My boyfriend and I got foot massages and they placed us right next to each other. The issue was that the lady that my boyfriend had was extremely rough. She grabbed him by the shoulders and forced him to lay down when he was still getting himself adjusted into the chair. Although it made us laugh just because it was so unexpected . I feel that not everyone is going to enjoy this type of treatment. We were already exhausted from being out so we didn't make it a huge deal when we were there. It definitely threw us off, also at the end we tipped but you can tell they weren't pleased with the tip. We tipped 20% and the lady seemed upset about it as when she grabbed the receipt and looked at it she rushed us out and didn't say thank you, but just simply was venting about the tip with her co worker. Although there is a language barrier, body language told us everything when she saw it wasn't what she wanted. What a great service for the price! This place says it takes walk-ins but I'd recommend an appointment as its generally only 1-2 people working when I have stopped in. I only had to wait about 20 minutes last time though and it was so worth it. They do a great job on shoulder massages. I wasn't as impressed with the foot work. Went here with a couple friends after a long work week looking for a much needed dose of relaxation. I've been to several reflexology places and they all seem to have that dark sort of dingy look to them. This place definitely exceeded my expectations in the cleanliness department. It has a bright clean look and feel and all of their furniture is new and very comfy. My friends and I chose to do the foot reflexology/body pressure point combo. It's 60 mins for $35. For the first half, which was the foot reflexology, we were lounging on chairs the reminded me of a chase. This portion was my favorite, I was so relaxed I think I fell asleep at one point. For the body portion, we got up and relocated across from where we were previously sitting. This sort of temporarily interrupted my super duper relaxed state, but I think the table that they had us move to were better suited for the massagers and their body ergonomics which makes me happy that they're looking out for them too. I also really enjoyed this portion and of course it seemed to go by way too quick, but was for sure 30 mins. The reason I didn't give them a full five star review... One of the friends I came with ended up getting his rub down by the person that was also running the front desk. This led to many interruptions during his 60 min segment of relaxation which is not really relaxing at all. The place is great minus that kink. From a customer stand point I would for sure recommend the place. But to the business owner, to ensure people continue coming to your establishment verses the gazillion other reflexology spots out there, have an employee that solely assumes the reception roll to tend to and welcome incoming customers without jipping the current customer.
