Unfortunately, I just received a strange call today informing me that they had decided to cancel my membership. Because I can no longer lay down on my back due to a medical condition, I lied down on each of my sides to receive a back massage. Apparently, the masseuse could not keep the blanket over me the whole time which, according to their policy, constitutes indecent exposure. That was the reason they gave me to explain their decision to cancel my membership. The least they could have done is initiate a conversation with me to inform me of their policy first and try to find an arrangement to accommodate me! This is terrible customer service! I will not recommend this place to anyone!

I agreed because I thought it would be a more controlled, therapeutic technique, but it ended up being extremely intense and made the experience uncomfortable. There was also a language barrier, which made it difficult to communicate that the pressure was too much or explain what I wanted. My husband also got a massage and felt that the pressure was a lot. This may be a good fit for someone who likes extremely deep, intense pressure, and I can't speak to their other types of massages, but I personally would not get the deep tissue massage here again.

Misha was polite, friendly, and very informative, which made for a great first impression. In the treatment room, I was given clear instructions on how everything would work. I started with the Hydro-Vichy shower--such an interesting and unique experience! It's a warm shower with at least five shower heads providing firm pressure over your entire body (except your face). The treatment began with a full-body cleanse, followed by a gentle exfoliation, and ended with a refreshing rinse. Afterward, I received a massage from Lynn, and wow, she truly worked magic!
