PLEASE READ THIS!!!! ATTENTION!!! I called before i came in and the receptionist said its $50 Dollars for full body massage. Then when i get there they told me $60 dollars. The wait is okay then the massage lady came in the room her name is ANNIE. Don't get me wrong shes good she has a good hands. Coz i told her i have problem on my shoulder so she really stays there. i will say atleast 45mins. So she didnt give me a full body massage.. After everything she is waiting by the exit doors like waiting for TIPS. So i grab my water and give her $10 as a tip then i was surprise for her saying that ONLY $10? Then after that i give her anither $10 and she still not satisfied and just change her attitude like okay.. go now!!! Was really looking forward to getting a 90 minute massage. Unfortunately... The first half was with the sheet covering my back and only used her elbow on my back. Once she removed the sheet it unfortunately didn't improve much. She continued with only her elbow Until she got the hot stones and placed them on a towel down the center of my back. When she finally moved onto my legs and arms... It was only the backside of my arms and legs. Again mostly elbow. When she turned me over to my back I asked if she could please do my neck and traps (I didn't need my scalp massage), she put me back on my back, did about four minutes with her fist, and then went running out the door to get a wet washcloth, wiped the oil off and then apologized for not massaging front of arms or legs VERY DISAPPOINTED! I have been coming here since November 2019. I find the service to be fairly priced and the cleanliness of the facility to be excellent. Nancy is an experienced massage therapist who has helped me cope with the aches and pains of getting older. I have seen critical reviews posted that were focused on the language skills of the staff, I do not understand this. I come here for a massage, not language classes. The English skills of the staff are more than adequate to convey areas where additional attention is needed or pressure adjustment. I will be going back again, and again. Without canceling my reservation they refused to honor my booking or giving me a courtesy call to say they wouldnt. They insisted I cancel my class pass which would charge me a fee.
