Out of curiosity I inquired if there was a small fee. Christine informed me it would be the price of a haircut which is $85. Never have I been charged for a bang trim. It is customary to either over tip when you get your haircut knowing you'll be back or tip your stylist when you pop in for 5 minutes. Christine could have cared less. Christine is not the type of manager a high end spa needs. She is a disservice to spa guest and the stylist. Just be aware if you book an appointment the after customer care is lacking.
