Emily is AMAZING; she finds every knot in your body; traces all the tendons, etc.; & massages everything away. Tip -- when I first went in I asked what the difference btwn a Thai massage & body massage was. The owner, correctly, told me the Thai was (much) more pressure & (very) deep tissue; she ended up being right. It almost felt like an adjustment after leaving (& painful yet great) during. The 2nd appointment, I just had w/ Emily, today, after seeing my doctor, I asked for the body massage (& a little less pressure); she did perfectly, again, & this time, it was just a great massage (no adjustment feelings after). They also have some other (3rd) type of massage, but I'm not totally sure what it is, but sounded more like oils & aroma, which is definitely not something I'd be interested in. Outside of the one odd review on Google, I saw they had a 4.8 rating, & since close to house, I decided to go initially. I'm SO HAPPY I did, & there's NO FUNNY BUSINESS AT ALL, so disregard that odd person's Google review. Go & you'll definitely be glad you did. The first session I extended from 1hr to 1.5hrs b/c I was so stressed; this time, I stuck w/ a hour. Both were GREAT. Again, I can't recommend it enough, & I don't recommend places very often at all; the last place I did was Guinness' groomer Fire Plug, who are, now, like family to me. So if you're in Richardson & need a massage, I would recommend getting an appt w/ Emily; you'll be happy you did.
