A staff member, who I strongly suspect had little to no experience, administered tear trough filler after talking me into it. The results were immediately wrong. I asked for it to be dissolved right away. What followed was weeks of runaround. They had me return every two weeks, and with each visit their attitude worsened, especially once I declined their repeated pressure to purchase additional services. I came in wanting a small, natural result. They saw a revenue opportunity. After multiple attempts, they were unable to fully dissolve the filler. I am now seeking treatment from a licensed dermatologist to fix what they could not. The practice is run by someone with no medical credentials, not a physician, not a nurse practitioner, not an aesthetician with any verifiable expertise. The medical authority here appears to be a nurse who seemed undertrained for the procedures being performed. A medical spa performing injectables should be overseen by a licensed physician on site. This one is not. If something goes wrong, and it did for me, there is no qualified person there to fix it. Avoid this place. The consequences can be permanent.

She took a picture of her in truck parked in front of her shop and it was after 3pm. This woman texted me back and forth arguing for over 30 minutes. She then tried to tell me my appointment was for 2:30 though her confirmation text clearly states 2:20. She was very late and did not apologize not one time she just kept going on and on about how I mentioned that I have a business and an Airbnb and that I was trying to tell her how to run her business. It's truly sad to be treated so bad and to be blamed for the horrible treatment like I did it to myself. Absolutely no accountability was taken. As you can see from the screenshots at 3:06 she was still driving and didn't arrive until 3:13 pm almost an hour after my appointment time. She basically just lied the whole time.
