Not great. I paid for 60 minutes and got shorted 10 minutes on back. The back part was the worst...just go good at all. Disappointed. Also had a woman who managed the front desk as well as doing my massage. At one point she was yelling in my ear talking g to another coworker in the next room. One time I wasn't feeling well and he even offered to drive me to the hospital or home. That shows how much he genuinely cares for his clients. Kind of upset of feeling like I wasted $50 here. Not sure how it got 4 stars tbh. Have no one else been to a legit foot massage parlor? Or did I get stuck with the owner who fills in whenever there is no massage therapist left? The foot massage that I'm use to consist of like maybe 35 mins foot, 5 mins head, 15 mins neck / shoulders/ lower back, 10 mins arms and hands etc whatever the case may be (not always the same everywhere you go) but DANG. She literally only massaged my feet the WHOLE hour. At least so some magical traditional Chinese herbal reflexology pressure points or SOMETHING. And she used lotion and not oil on the feet like I'm use to. Not a good feeling when it's mixed with the damped skin that she soaked my foot with for only 30 sec. So glad I disregarded the reviews I read that were a bit on the negative side. I'm a stickler for great service and that's what I got when I arrived. I called ahead and asked for Luke (apparently he's the go-to and I definitely see why!). Upon walking in, I was greeted by both him and the receptionist. The menu is very clear and easy to read/understand. I went in just wanting the 30 min feet + 30 min back ($40), but while in the middle of getting my feet massaged, I asked Luke to switch me to the 90 minute massage! That's how good he was and we weren't even 15 minutes in. Single rooms are private and they dim the lights real low for a relaxing experience. Ladies, I wore a button up shirt and a sports bra for easy removal. I also brought my bluetooth headphones to listen to some relaxing music as he went it. I will definitely be back!! read more

So this is my second visit. My first visit was great and I had a single room. No miss no fuss just a good one hour massage. Fast forward to today. I was in need of another massage so I decided to drive the 10 miles out of my way rather than try someplace close to me because--- well my first visit was decent. I walk in, the woman at the front asks me how long. I said 60 minutes and she said ok and commences to putting on gloves, I am guessing to get me set up. Well, she sits me in the first chair by the door. I can tell she is the owner/manager person because she is barking orders (mostly quietly but especially firmly) to everyone else. Ok no worries, get me set up with someone else I think. Well-- no. She brings everything and tells me to relax basically as she is in and out orchestrating the busyness of the business. Well she sits down to massage me. Still no issues as I feel I will get the best of the best. Wrong! Every 3 minutes she is sticking her head out to give orders or otherwise assist others. I'm trying to meditate and zen out but it is proving difficult with her distractions and what feels like a sort of "rushed" touch. After 25 minutes she says ok finished! And goes to sell gift cards to someone. So I stay there. A few minutes later she comes back in and looks at me. I said, well that wasn't 60 minutes. At which time she proceeds to give me pricing and asking me what I want for the extra 30 mins. In my mind I'm thinking, I want the same experience as last time. So I choose an option and a price (eye roll) and she asks me to move to a different room! Uh what? Well long story long, I would have given fewer stars but even with her "rushed" feeling massage, my body feels less tense because of the level of firmness. This is the reason I give 3 and not 1 star. While I will look for a new reflexology spa for myself, I won't say don't go-- but I'm definitely not saying wait in line to go. It's your life bro. Thanks for listening. read more

I really hate to give this place a bad rating because these people work hard. However, my experience literally was mixed from being awesome in the beginning to downright WTF in the one hour that I was there. My fiancé and I decided to get the $40 foot + full back massage. My massage therapist was a man named Luke and he was legit. Very firm and made it his mission to straighten out the fibers of my muscles. I have this chronic knot on my shoulder and he seemed to know that it needed to be fixed. He went up and down my spine and managed to release pressure at each point. He dug in with a lot of pressure but also made sure it was ok with me. I've gotten deep tissue from westernized places like Massage Envy and they don't go deep like this! Note: it did hurt, but in a good way. I wasn't expecting relaxation. Now the bad part... so it was near closing and more customers came in. The lady at the front desk kept coming into the room and asking him how much longer. Maybe he's popular, but it got the point where she asked him to attend the customer that just came in and she took over for him. I still had 15-20 mins left on my back! WHAT THE HELL. It was a switcharoo and she SUCKED. Like night and day. She used her thumbs and it dug into me in a way that was uncomfortable and ticklish. She used faster movements that were rushed... and the whole time she was stomping around from side to side. Can you make it any more obvious that you're trying to get me the hell out of there? At one point she was rubbing my back until it was straight up friction. My back was red with marks after it was over. She was rough and I think she scratched my scalp a little. Basically it totally ruined my experience. As for my fiancé, his experience with his massage therapist was really good (he had a lady... don't know her name). TLDR: Avoid getting the front desk lady at all cost. She sometimes gives massages as well. I will go back for Luke, but I don't want to risk getting stuck with her again. read more

Love this place it is my go to. There are times that I can go more often than not but sometimes at 8 o'clock at night I'm in so much pain and I called and they get me in. Other times they are so accommodating. I like to make appointments so I always give them a call. In the last several years I have Never had a bad experience here and recently I've started showing them areas to work on that were hurting me more so they could focus and they've been very good about listening to me and trying to help me feel better. Came here the other day and I was truly disappointed. I asked for the $30, one hour massage which includes 45 min foot and 15 min back. First they sat me down and I was sitting there for about 10 minutes before they brought in the hot water to keep my feet in. After about another 10 min, a lady finally comes in.. I think this was the owner with rubber gloves and starts putting lotion on both my feet then covers it with a towel. This process took about 2 minutes before a different lady came in and started massaging my left foot and the lady with the rubber gloves leave.. weird. Whatever. Anyway the lady for some odd reason spent quite a long time on my left foot, I'm estimating around 20 min. Im not really thinking of anything either because all I could really focus on was the two guys outside waiting and talking and laughing. I can hear them ring up the registers. I can hear people talking to each other right across the room. And I swear to you, someone was watching TV!! Anyway back to my left feet.. so it looks like she's finishing up and she wipes both of my feet down and I can tell she's about to start on my back. So I kindly tell her that my right foot was never worked on. And boyyyyyy this got her bitter and angry and she started saying something in Chinese while starring at me with some gangstaish look. So now I'm afraid to explain to her that she didn't massage my right foot. She didn't understand me so I asked someone in the front to come translate for me. This guy walks in and asks if I fell asleep. Like is he forreal? How could one possibly sleep under that amount of noice in there?! Now I'm getting pretty heated and sick to my stomach and I just want to get the fk out of there. I stopped explaining so she can hurry and do my back, which I might add was horrible. So now I'm done... I've spent about 10 mins waiting, 10 mins with my foot in the water and 5 mins trying to explain the situation with my right foot. I pay still tip her 20% and dash the hell out of there. This was probably one of the most stressful situations I've ever encountered at a massage parlor. And please don't say you get what you pay for, there's another massage parlor right across the street that does wonders. Only reason I came here was because the other place was fully booked. Well to start.... They told me over the phone that they could do a chair massage. One hour $50. So I go there, they say it's combo only, foot and chair for one hour $60. So I said okay 20 min feet and 40 min back (in the chair). They do my feet and then say they don't have any chairs. So I said fine I'll just pay the 20$ for my feet they said okay, charged me, I got my receipt and they sneakily charged me $30! When I asked why they said well how much are you going to tip? After my session was done she came in to the room I was in and pulled back the curtain and I told her that I needed to get dressed please close it and she continued to tie the curtain open. Happy Foot is near Boba Latte so if you are craving boba and a foot rub I would definitely suggest that! I have mixed feelings about Happy Foot. Upon seeing other reviews about how loud the staff is and how they speak on their phone I can't lie. I've definitely been there when this has happened. But on the flip side like last night I have been there and it was totally quiet and absolutely perfect for a quick foot rub. I believe that there are certain times to go to maximize your best chances for quiet service. I go here because it's really close to my home and the people are always super friendly. Pretty good massage here. I'm not the type that likes deep tissue or anything but just let your masseuse know how u like it. They have a couples room if u want more privacy! I definitely recommend coming here, call and book an appt ahead! They let u soak your feet in hot tub of water and I believe they also use hot stones and hot towels. This was my first time at one of these massage & reflexology places. I always drove by them but never been inside. Some friends wanted to drop by after dinner and suggested I try it out. We were immediately greeted and escorted to a room with comfy convertible chairs. My friends and I each decided on the $40 package which included a 15 minute foot massage where they bring a bucket of warm water out to cleanse your feet and then wrap them in towels. After that they proceed with the full body massage for 45 minutes. If you prefer not to get a certain part of your body or face massaged just request it before they begin. I also recommend wearing loose clothing. This was a spur of the moment decision for me so I was not prepared and walked in with skinny jeggings which I ended up having to take off. However my masseuse kept me covered and comfortable throughout the process. This is a great deal if you need to relax or just relieve some tension! read more

I will never go to another high-end massage place again. Happy Foot is FREAKING AMAZING. I repeat.... Happy Foot is FREAKING. AMAZING. Ask for Charles. He is the BEST! If Charles isn't around, Owen is just as great too! I called 30 minutes before I wanted to come in and get a massage on my lunch break, and they happily took me right away. The place isn't ANYTHING to look at, but their skills are absolutely incredible. For $30, you can get a one hour foot massage, for $10 more you can get a 30 min foot massage+30 min back/shoulders massage. And well, for me, I actually did neither. I am VERY ticklish, so I cannot have anyone touching my feet whatsoever unless they want me to kick them. I opted for a one hour back/shoulders/arms/legs massage instead, and it was the best $40 I have ever spent. In fact, it was easily in the top 3 best massages I have received in my life. They don't really have a menu, so just tell them what you want done and they'll do it. My masseuse was Charles twice and Owen once. Both were absolutely incredible! I am NOT fragile, so I told them that they could dig into my back as hard as they wanted to... the harder the better, in my opinion. Both went to work and did WONDERS for my back! They used a very deep pressure and massaged out every kink imaginable in my back. There were a few moments where I winced because of the pressure, but come on baby make it hurt so GOOD! lol. They truly made my back feel amazing, and I was honestly speechless. Don't come here for a frou-frou little back rub.... Come here if you want a REAL massage. And if you think a high-end spa is better because of a hefty price tag, you are very wrong. I always drive past this place and giggle because thanks to cartoons, I always picture hoards of chubby penguins massaging your feet. But don't worry, humans work there, not penguins. When you walk in they seat you in a semi private room (walls but no doors, perhaps this is better for leery customers). You sit in a big comfy armchair and stick your feet into a bucket of warm water to loosen you up. There's not really a menu of services so just ask. There was a language barrier so I was only able to understand two services they offered. In the end, my cousin and I got an hour service-- 30 minute foot massage and 30 minute back massage for a whopping $40! For those who think a $40/hr massage can't be as good as the $100/hr massage at places with high-thread count sheets, smell-good candles, and people who speak with extremely low voices, YOU ARE WRONG. Yea, it doesn't smell as good but you come out just as relaxed as the overpriced places (if not more relaxed). P.S. you can watch TV while they're massaging your feet, they take credit card, and you keep your clothes on during the back massage. Dress appropriately! read more
