On Google they are known as G&L Footspa, but the sign on the door just says Foot Spa…read more I called about 20 minutes before I arrived and made an appointment. After I got there, they started right away. The place was clean and it was quiet and dimly lit in the actual massage room. They also played relaxing music during the massage. We chose the body massage for $60/per person. Overall, the massage technique from Mr. Lin was great. I liked the body oil that they used, which was nice and slippery that got into all of my knots. I also liked how generous they were with the lotion when they were massaging my arms. However, the best part about the massage was when he used the hot rocks on my back! Felt like heaven... Some unique things that he did compared to other foot spas, included: he massaged my facial cheeks, he massaged the front of my hands horizontally (odd, but it did feel good), and he spent considerable time with the scalp massage (that felt sooo good). My brother had Ms. Amy and she must have done her job well because I heard him snoring a few times next to me. Amy also spoke a lot of English and asked him how he felt a few times during the massage. In case the manager is reading, there are just 2 things I recommend. 1. There was only one chair to place our outer garments on. Other places have a plastic bin underneath each massage table to allow patrons to store their belongings in individually; and 2. I noticed that U.S. places don't usually do this, but in Vietnam, the foot spas would use a towel and wrap a hot rock at the bottom of a person's feet during a large portion of the massage. It feels REALLY good so if you read this, try it! Thanks again for the experience!

I've been going here for past 2 years. These ladies are getting ridiculous. I usually go every other week and for them to treat me like this is unacceptable. Two weeks ago I came having a male giving me a massage for first time was weird, but I will give him good reviews because 1.5 hrs was worth it and I tipped him $25 n $95 for massage. Moreover, Carrie who did my massage recently keep complaining about her job being hard and said tip needs to be good. Lady, I'm here to relax not to hear you complain. She was arguing with me in the end that $25 dollar tip for 1.5 hr is not enough. Mind you she cut me short for my time also and demanding more tip I don't think so. On top of that I will take my business elsewhere. I told her other massage charge more but they gave me better service also and appreciate every penny they get as their tip. That was my last time there and I will never return.

The Lady said what's this!? I said $60 for the massage & $10 for tip. Lady said $10 is not enough.I replied how much is enough!? She was demanding $20 dollar tip cause she said it was hard doing massage for one hour.So I said ok,then I'll pick a different masseur next time/someone who's not tired as you, maybe she is okay with $10 as tip. Literally I was blown away when she demanded more tip.I didn't have to do it.But I did anyway. This is not cool.Demanding Tip shouldn't be a requirement for a full satisfactory experience. Not sure if I want to go back.

I really wanted to like this place. Someone who gets massages weekly. I just moved to Richardson…read morefrom Houston. I would go to Cloud 9 every weekend in Houston for my self care massages. Since June I have been looking for a Massage place I can call home. I booked the night before for a full body massage. My appointment was at 10am and I arrived 15min before. Upon arrival the door was open and no one was at the front desk. I waited for a good 10min completed the intake form that was sitting on the counter and waited. Finally someone came to the front and questioned if I had an appointment. (I'm assuming because I booked the night before they didn't have a record of it? Idk). However, I showed the lady my booking confirmation on my phone and she proceeded to guide me to the room. The massage started off amazing, perfect pressure truly relaxing amazing massage. I was laying there thinking okay despite the arrival this will be my home. Then within the last 15-20 min of my massage some lady, assuming another therapist, barges in my room and starts talking in their native tongue to my therapist while she was massaging me. It wasn't a quiet quick question type of talk, it was loud abrasive and she talked to her the entire last 20 min of my massage. I truly could not believe what was going on. Then when my massage was over my therapist walked me to the front and told me because I'm paying with tap it was an additional $5. Okay whatever I didn't mind. The massage was $70 and the tap made it $75. Then she says "how much you adding for tip"? I looked at her and said "are you serious? When you and that other lady had a full on conversation the last 20 min of my massage? That was rude, inconsiderate, and definitely not professional. I'm paying $75." I really wanted to love this spot. It's not far from my house and the massage was great. But the customer service was horrible.
