Prior to the pandemic, this location was very nice, clean and peaceful. The owners played relaxing music and the chair and foot massages were great. Unfortunately, it seems as if management and/or techs have changed. I returned to Relaxation Station Firewheel for the first time after the shutdown in 2020. As I waited for my chair massage, a male and female tech were clearly arguing loudly with each other. The male tech ended up doing my chair massage and right away, he was extremely heavy-handed. I stopped him and told him, and he was much lighter for a few minutes. I had to stop him again towards the end of my massage because he put his elbow into my spine, causing pain. He clearly does not know what he's doing at all. When I paid, he asked for a tip. I told him no, and that he hurt me. I always believe in tipping 20% or more for good service, but this was far from that. Sadly, I probably will never return. read more

Place was great.... Not great English but techs were really nice. Asked for 30 minutes and wound up being 45 total by the time we were done. I think like a lot of things, a little patience and a smile goes a long way toward having a good experience. One I really appreciated, I am not a small guy, and these women work hard! I give them 2 stars because I found them on yelp and followed the map and their address is wrong. I told them their address was wrong but I don't know if they understood me or knew how to change it on yelp. There seems to be a language barrier. They are near Macy's by Foot Locker they are not near Dillards. My back was killing me from a pulled muscle so I found them on yelp and drove over to get a massage and got even more stressed out trying to locate them after finally finding a parking place. But to find out they were on the opposite direction. So I just walked but this was a very frustrating and stressful thing to figure out since their English is not great. Massage was good but I'm a female and I don't like to feel men's crotches near my arms or hands and that seemed to happen more than I was comfortable. Excellent massage. I have been coming here for about three years and it's very professional and clean. You can get a chair massage for 12, 15 or 20 minutes or table massages for 30-60 minutes. The chair massages are a dollar a minute. They also offer combination massage including foot massage with the chair and/or table massage or by themselves. The technicians make you feel very comfortable and its Very relaxing! Best thing for frequent customers is they offer punch card and after the 10th punch or stamp, the massage is free. Open 7 days a week. I will tell you that they are located next to the Spencer's store which is recently closed (Thanks!) as they used to play extremely loud music which was not conducive to the relaxing environment one would expect, but that has since changed with the store closure. The staff is nice and friendly and I have not had a problem with them understanding English as others may have reported. My favorite tech is Rita, she is Fabulous!!!! read more

I was shopping in the area and tried this place on a whim. I picked the 30 minute Reflexology Treatment from a menu because the front door had a Reflexology Points Poster taped on the door, so I thought perhaps it was the specialty. Not! Not only was it nothing like Reflexology, instead of just a foot treatment the tech (I can't bring myself to call her a therapist) just gave me some kind of combo that included me lying back in a chair and having my arms and shoulders worked on similar to a chair massage. It was an odd position to be in... semi reclining but with my feet hanging down in warm water. Other choices on the menu were various combos of chair and foot massage so since I asked for Foot Reflexology (and was clear on that) not sure why she chose to do a combo instead. The foot massage was sloppy and unfocused. I'm sure she had no training whatsoever and Texas is supposed to have only licensed massage therapists. I can't recommend this place at all. It wasn't even relaxing...just kinda weird. 30 minutes was $35 and I tipped her $5 because I felt sorry for her, but not sorry enough to give the place any more stars than I have to. read more

I visit here regularly and have been going for at least 4 years. My sister and my husband also visit this location frequently. I love Rita and Sarah (techs). I always come away feeling much better. I have had all of their services: chair massage, table massage and foot massage. Their prices are very reasonable compared to some other places I have been. There may be a bit of a language barrier, but if you ask them to say it again they are very accommodating. Please give them a try - you won't regret it. read more

I have been getting massages most of my life when I could afford the luxury. These ladies are fantastic. Real healers that pay attention to your body, not just another massage mill pushing subscription model. I would encourage anyone wanting a good relaxing and healing massage to go to Relaxation Station as soon as you can. You will not be disappointed. I would suggest the one hour full body. Not to mention, they have great rates, and a clean, well kept environment. I have used this place several times and usually had a good experience. A few months ago I called ahead, told them I was coming and they said they would be able to give me an hour massage. I drove the 30 mins to get there and they told me they were too busy to come back. I left there very mad but thought maybe it was a one time thing. I decided to go back yesterday. Once again, I called ahead, they said they weren't busy and could get me right in. I told them I would be there in 30 mins and were they SURE they could see me. They said yes. When I got there, I was once again told they were busy and to come back. I will NEVER give them my business again. read more
