For starters: I chose this place because they are next door to my nail salon (Diva Nails-shout out ). I work on my feet as a delivery person 7 days a week. My feet were hurting so bad it literally hurt to walk on them....... Upon walking in was immediately greeted and asked what service I would like. Looking at the service board, I was immediately struck by the very low prices (which almost worried me-thinking you get what you pay for). I opted for the 1 HR foot only massage for $40 (not a mis type) $40 for 1 HR. As I sat on the somewhat (little hard) well used daybed, I noticed how Really warm it was in the place. It was much warmer than I preferred especially after working in the heat all day. I did also however notice how clean and private the area was which was a nice thing as I am a very picky person. Lol. I was greeted by the massage person with a bowl of water to soak my feet. Funny but I Was hoping the water for my feet would be much warmer than room temp. So not sure what the water was really for at room temp?? The lotion used had no scent which was perfectly fine and felt silky smooth. She asked to make sure the pressure she started using was fine which I appreciated. I also had a small folded towel previously placed over my eyes which was nice to keep out the low lights that were still in the establishment. Long story made short on the actual massage::: she did the tips of my toes to lightly doing part of my calves as well. Did a great job on all the pressure points as well. After 15 min she switched to the other foot which actually worried me for a little bit thinking she may think I was only getting a 30-minute massage. However after doing the second but for 15 minutes she then rotated ended the same thing to the first and second foot again. So each foot getting 30 minutes apiece. I will definitely be returning to try the other services they offer as well. After leaving my feet felt spectacular and I had no pain when walking. It was worth so much more than you pay for!! Stars only deducted due to 1. The place being WAY to Warm for I think most people's comfort indoors (guessing it was around 76-77 degrees). 2. I Realllly wish the water for my feet would have been hot instead of room temp to help my hurting feet. 3. The bed you lie back on was a bit too hard for my complete comfort. (I just pray the actual body massage tables are a lot softer). ALL that having been said..... The service provided and the excellent prices will keep me coming back again and again. Really displeased with this foot spa. The location was clean and nice but the staff has no technique and would not honor advertised prices. No hot stones, no lotions, only cheap greasy oil. During my service the therapist if you want to jokingly call her that- she did the same motion with no change in pressure or direction for over 10 minutes. This was an awful experience. The foot massage by the lady was great. The man though was so rough with multiple times of redirecting him to ease up pressure. Now my back is hurting more than when I went in. Wouldn't recommend this with so many other options around. This was ok. I bought a one hour full body massage for $50 and it was relaxing enough, however a few other items prevented a higher rating. A full body is head to toe in other places but they did not even touch my feet, so I suppose you have to purchase that separately? That was a little odd to me not even spending like two minutes on your feet. Also, the table massages are in a separate small area separated by 3 walls then a sheer colored curtain for entrance. You can see through the curtain as the light in the room casts images etc. There was not much traffic when I was there so it was not necessarily an issue for me. Next, the body towels for cover up are smaller than what I have used in other places so keep that in mind - not really a full size bath towel or sheet for cover up. Finally, about midway through my massage an employee began washing laundry so all I heard over the relaxing music was water swirling around and laundry. I am pregnant and did the 30 minute chair plus a 30 minute foot massage. My husband did the 60 minute back massage. The pressure of the massage was consistent throughout the entire massage they asked my husband if he wanted soft, medium, or hard, he said medium hard and said it was like a deep tissue and that he also wants to go back! They started me out in the chair then moved me to the bed to rub my feet. My husband since he did a back massage went into the back room to undress, and stayed there the entire massage.
