It's my first time here and I had a great massage experience with Jack, my guy masseuse, he started light massage but I told him to massage a little harder and he did. He paid more attention in massaging my tighter muscles. Their prices are affordable and fair. I got my money's worth on the quality of massage I chose ($85 for 60 mins back - 30 mins feet) Ivy, was the desk lady who greeted me and she is very nice & hospitable. I got my massage first then paid at the end with my credit card with no additional fee for using credit card. I was overdue for a massage so my husband and I went here on Monday evening Feb 1, 2022. So listen, this is not my first time coming to this type of business BUT what I just truly realized while lying on the table is that this isn't feeling like other massages I've had at places with licensed massage therapists who have gone through medical training. This experience is merely a really good rub down. They didn't attend to any knots or pressure points because they aren't trained medically so they don't know I now get it. What they do well, is provide a good rub down with oils, warm cloths and stones. A couple of things I didn't like: 1. There were 2 clocks in the room, all you heard were the ticking of the clocks it made me even me stressed and unable to zone out and relax 2. As soon as you enter the spa there is a stench that hit my nose. I can smell everything. A spa should have a pleasant smell this place does not. It smelled like food, or musk the smell was not pleasant. 3. I don't like when the staff come stand near the cash register as customers are checking out. I know this is a practice of theirs but it's tacky and unprofessional to me 4. We pd for two 90 mins rub downs, I refuse to call it a massage ever again. The man attending to me left the room 3 times to get things like hot towels, stones but each time he was gone for several mins, these minutes are minutes I paid for and did not get back. I would say a total of 10 mins he was gone I think longer really. I'm going for a real massage next time if I want a good rub down I'll find another place like this to try, hopefully it smells better, is quieter, I get all the mins I pay for and I experience a great rub down read more

Massages of quality are a hit and miss. Sometimes it's so amazing I fall asleep. Sometimes they consistently rub the same spot and barely utilize the hot rocks that comes with the package you selected. The most irritating thing is when the masseuse hands smell like cigarettes. I've been to several of these kinds of places, and you can't beat the deal at Foot Palace. Don't let them upsell you--go with the deal! Famous Combo - 70 minutes for $30. They will try to upsell you every single time and ask you if you want to the $40. They tell you the $30 is mostly feet, but the $40 offers some special oil and they do more on your back. With the $30, they do your whole body and you don't have to get naked. It's certainly not too much attention on the feet. Sometimes when I go, I get someone who massages very lightly and lovingly, and other times, it's someone who takes me to the pleasure/pain threshold. But every time I request an adjustment to the depth of the massage, my request is honored; and I rarely am seen by someone who doesn't seem to be focused on their work. read more

This is a go-to place for us when we are between our full service massage dates. If you are uncomfortable getting into the birthday suit for a massage, this place is for you as you stay in your clothes since it's a community room. After your feet go in some nice warm water, the masseuse goes thru what appears to be a scripted routine. I say that because Turtle and I go together and pretty much receive the same. Most importantly, it was very, very odd that the young man sitting at the front desk was vaping! That just seems like a very inappropriate thing to do in a business setting! I give Foot Palace a stars ( I don't have another option ) and only because the massage was decent, and I had a Mother's Day massage here with my mom and mom in-law on a previous occasion and it was great! However what makes me grade my experience low this time is the front desk. When I was about to leave she asked me "Did you tip him?" I was like excuse me? Not only had I tipped him, but I tipped him very graciously because I had received such a good massage. *Now this comes after seeing other customers leave without being asked the same thing. So I say this to the front desk personnel. Don't judge a book by its cover. Don't put people of color in the same category, we are not all the same. I used to be a regular customer until they now tell me how much I should tip. As the customer I feel like I should say how much to tip based on the quality of the service. As far as I know they are not licensed massage therapist. I tip 10 to 15 % and feel like that is an adequate tip. read more

Disappointed with my last experience. The massage was perfectly lovely (certainly not the best I have had there but fine nonetheless) the lady at the front seat said I owed $10 because I had only spent $30 on the Groupon!!! I kept saying "That is not how Groupon works!!" I got tired of arguing, paid the $10 and left an $8 tip (makes it 20 percent of the $40 I had spent!!) she showed my payment to the young man who had given the massage who promptly TAPPED me on the arm to direct my attention to the "suggested " tip amount!!! This place is okay. Everyone is so nice and friendly, the gentleman who did my massage was very professional. I asked for the 70 minute foot massage however I'm pretty sure I was given the half and half special which is part full body, part foot. I don't necessarily mind, but I would have taken my jacket off if I knew I was getting my shoulders and arms rubbed too.... All in all not bad, but my biggest issue was this, my foot massage was more just a foot rub. With a name like reflexology, I really expected some attention to pressure points and healing my foot pain. But it was just a foot rub, it was very comparable to a foot rub my husband would attempt to give me while actually watching Picard on TV. The gentlemen just slid his hands up and down my feet for half an hour. Not a lot of pressure, no real massage. Honestly it wasn't worth my money. I do like this place and would like to return, I have to think that maybe all of the attendants don't give the same "massage" But I'm not sure. Magnificent massage. Called at 11:30 for couple massage. Appt by 1 for 2. The technique was great. I prefer all nude massage but the towel was fine. My husband and I both said it was the best we had ever experienced. Only $10 more and we added an additional 20 minutes per person. They introduced hot stones, oil, hot towels, hot water to soak our feet as they worked on our upper body and head. The only thing I Would add would be some lavender, incense or some candles. I had a male working on me and my husband a small framed female. I was worried he would not get a great massage and he said she was fabulous. We will be back. It was very clean and private. As someone who stands on her feet all day at work, I get regular Reflexology massages. I found this little gem on yelp, as recommended I saw Charlie. He was fantastic! I was able to tell him where I was hurting and he was able to attend to those areas. (there was no language barrier. Huge plus!) I had one of the best reflexology massages I have EVER had.
