He has strong hands, takes the time to listen to your needs, and is incredibly thorough, professional, and respectful throughout the entire session. The difference I felt afterward was remarkable. Since then, I've started making standing appointments because it's become something I genuinely look forward to. Not only does he help relieve pain and tension, but he creates an experience that leaves you feeling better physically and mentally. He's so good that I even convinced my father to get his very first massage. My dad has dealt with back pain and tight muscles for as long as I can remember, and after seeing Collin, he immediately understood why I kept recommending him. What a relaxing experience! Apple Maps takes you directly to the unassuming home tucked up on a hill behind a shopping plaza. Inside is a beautiful, peace filled space with comfortable seating. We were greeted right away by helpful and friendly staff. We booked 100 Min Pampering Package for couples. Our therapists took the time to review our forms and ask clarifying questions. Received a GC for Mother's Day and decided to book a couples massage! Google maps took us up the wrong driveway so we were a little confused. You kind of need to turn into the shopping center and look for the property to the right. When we arrived we were greeted right away and checked in for our appointment. My husband and I liked how clean the interior was. We were brought in on time and asked for requests and concern areas. Both of us felt that our massagers listened to our requests and pressure preference. Overall an excellent massage. I will say that I booked and paid for a massage with aromatherapy and CBD oils but we didn't received those. It wasn't until after I paid that I remembered those were apart of the service. read more

While visiting Rockwall for the first time and since I was staying for 4 days I decided to get a massage. I choice Everybody Massage - Rockwall because it was the first place to come up on Yelp. I'm glad I did :) My friend and I got a couples massage and a 1 hour customized facial with microdermabrasion for me. Immediately upon entering we were greeted by the receptionist, we signed out paperwork beforehand so we didn't have to wait too long before being seen. I was hoping for more of a tranquil feel and I wanted to pampered a but more with a robe, wine, or hot tea. We didn't receive any of that and I'm not sure if it's offered. Once in the back we were given instructions on how to prepare and waiting patiently to everything to start. It was kind of chilly outside so we asked for the therapists to turn the heat on. Before starting the therapist asked me if there were areas of the body I needed him to pay attention too, Yes!! My upper back and shoulder area. The massage was great, really soothing but no special attention to the shoulder area as requested. The same with my partner. Afterwards the 90 minute massage, I got dressed, walked back to the waiting area, sat down for 2 mins and asked to come back for my facial. I'm thinking as I'm getting dressed, "Seems like I would just go from one room to the other, but no". Once I got to the facial room, it was explained to me that normally guests that book a massage and facial get a robe and stay in their robe until everything's over. Because the wifi was down, they weren't able to see which customer had which services so they weren't aware that I booked both back to back. It was a little confusing and again aided in the entire experience feeling a little - plain, and not as spa-like as I'm normally used to. The facial was GREAT, no complaints at all there! Received 2 notices prior to my appointment by email and 2 by text message confirming my appointment. I show up on Friday 7/14 & I was told the therapist wasn't there and that I could reschedule for another time or day. What? No Thanks! Just refund my money! Walking in, I was immediately greeted with a smile and given paperwork necessary for a first-time patient. I was able to detail exactly where I wanted the massage therapist to concentrate on the paperwork and when Megan took me back to the room, she had clearly read the paperwork and we discussed more details. The massage was medium/medium-firm, exactly how I need and want! Megan checked in with me throughout the massage to ensure I was comfortable and still preferred the same pressure. Run don't walk, I've been a long-time customer and have had several massages in the past. I moved out of Rockwall, TX about a year ago and have yet to find somewhere local to replace them. I found myself in Rockwall for the weekend and had made an appointment and took the chance with their on-call person. Anabel was amazing and she's brand new and was trained by Susan. I believe this was the best massage I've ever received. She took the time to talk to me to find out where I needed the most attention. Her pressure was perfect and she worked on areas I didn't know needed attention. Like my hips, she did stretches to help release some tension. After talking to me and finding out I sit for over 10 hours. I really wish I was able to go back more often but I will make sure I request her every time when I find myself back in Rockwall. read more
