They get five stars from me because with somebody with a lot of back issues and with a lot of neck and back pain coming into this and being reluctant just because it said foot spa on it... I still took my chances and used my class pass to get a massage and let me tell you I feel so amazing afterwards.. the only thing I didn't like is that they told me to tip them afterwards, which is fine I would have but the way they told me to was kinda crazy.. then again this economy sucks and we're all trying to survive. Try this place out! And don't be turned off because they don't speak well English because they have a really awesome translating app read more

As a trained massage therapist, I try to give small businesses the benefit of the doubt, but unfortunately, this was one of the worst massage experiences I've ever had. First, I was not asked whether I preferred a male or female therapist, which is an essential part of ensuring client comfort. The male therapist used an excessive amount of oil to the point where his hands slid across my body without any meaningful pressure or muscle engagement. This made the session ineffective for actual relief or therapeutic benefit. Throughout the massage, the therapist repeatedly reached over my body in a way that caused his hips to press against me, which felt invasive and unprofessional. On several occasions, he climbed onto the table, which is not inherently unusual, but at one point, he placed his knee firmly between my thighs. This crossed a clear boundary. Additionally, while I was lying face down, he pulled my underwear down much farther than appropriate--halfway down my glutes--despite my immediate objection and correction. While partial draping of the glute area can be done in specific professional settings, it should always maintain client modesty and never expose private areas. Overall, this experience left me feeling uncomfortable, disrespected, and unsafe. Based on both the lack of proper technique and the inappropriate boundary violations, I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this establishment to others. To top it off, I chose not to tip after my experience, and I wrote zero on my receipt; however, an extra $5 was added when it was taken out of my bank account. The audacity. read more

Supreme Foot Massage Spa - My first time! I really need this and cannot wait! - Massage Near Me - Rowlett, Texas

I have been there several times. I have ALWAYS had positive experiences there. My latest appointment was last week and it was the BEST MASSAGE I EVER HAD. My masseuse was LISA and she was the nicest. It was the first time that I had her and she was AWESOME. Give her a raise. LOL! read more

I writing this review because my experience was too funny not to post and hope the vendor sees this to make improvements. Problem 1: Language and communication barrier. I know this happens a lot but I asked for a foot massage and when I get back on the table the guy starts on my head and when I told him no - foot massage he had to get someone else to come and translate my words. Half way thru massage I had a 2nd person and she said ok flip, I do your back and I said NO I paid for a foot massage!! Problem 2 - Phone: I had a lady take over for the guy who was giving my massage. No big deal but she had a cell phone and it was not silenced and not in her pocket. SHE WAS TAKING CALLS DURING THE MASSAGE!! She took 2 calls about appointments, ignored a couple and when she got up to get hot towels left the phone on the table in between my legs and it continuously rang. Problem 3 - Dog: Yep there was a dog in the facility. I heard my masseuse yell and then I felt something furry. Yes the dog jumped up on the table with me!! Later after the massage was over, when putting on my shoes I saw him sleeping under my table. The massage is good - but correct these things above and it will be worth my money...The above was a trainwreck, worth the laugh. read more

I started going there several years ago, and, and was always satisfied with my experience. Then, around the time that the pandemic started, I went in for a massage due to some back pain. I got a young lady named Sunny. The absolute best massage I've ever had!! I was not able to return for several months, and when I did, I was told that Sunny didn't work there any longer, and they gave me another girl. Absolute worst massage I've ever had!! What a swing of the pendulum! I'm writing this to put out a BOLO for Sunny. She is short, a little overweight, and we had to communicate through an app on her phone. But she is an amazing masseuse, always cheerful. Please let me know if you find her. I found a Sunny at the Foot Palace, and while very good, she's not the original! read more

Relaxation escape me today. I was freezing the entire massage so it was kind of hard to focus on peace and serenity. In addition to the cold the music was loud, the people talking was loud and my massage felt rushed. In the past I've left nothing but rave reviews but I just could not do so today. I was ready to go 20 minutes into my what was supposed to be 70 minutes massage. (Which I don't think lasted 70 minutes) read more

They give great couples massages. My husband and I both love this place and would recommend them to anyone wanting a great massage.

Lovely service! The hot stone and hot towel felt amazing, but wish we had gotten a heads up before it was abruptly put on us. Great massage, but I personaly don't like the hitting style! Definitely recommend Eva! Tips on improvement for them would be to communicate with the client. We came in to a couple massage and were immediately navigated to the room. No questions about safe touch areas, or areas to avoid were asked. We were asked to remove our clothes. Luckily it's not the first time getting a massage for us. But for beginners that are shy or don't like to be naked it is uncomfortable. At the start we should be given a quick run down of what to expect. read more

This place is great! I first went there because I got a flyer in the mail. A 50 minute combo massage for only $30. I've been there half a dozen times now because the massages are top notch. I work a high impact job, so I get massages regularly. Today I went in for an hour full body massage and my masseur was Ada. She was fantastic! Constant even pressure throughout each stoke had my stress and muscle fatigue melting away in minutes. Easily the best massage I've ever had, and I've definitely had my fair share. I highly recommend this massage parlor because they accommodate walk-ins quickly, it has a relaxed and clean space, and Ada, along with the other masseurs I've had, really know their craft. read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. Worst customer service ever. The guy was on the phone when we walked in so we had to wait for him to get off a PERSONAL phone call. We made an appointment weeks ago and told them we had a Groupon but when we got there they basically called us a liar and said we didn't tell them we had a Groupon when we made an appointment and they would not accept it because of Mother's Day. This place is not professional whatsoever. read more

Got this as a Groupon Christmas gift. Got in quickly and what wonderful service! O was a bit hesitant at first because I've not been to this style of massage before. The tables are shorter in height and length. Starts out fully undressed except for undies on back and you get a foot soak. I'm thinking that's it? Underwhelmed and awkward. Not completely comfortable. Then a quick rinse and pat.dry then the actual foot massage begins ..terrific includes lymph node drainage. Lots of oil. Then flip over onto tummy and the full on massage begins. Deep tissue thru the towel first then lots of oil. Very intense and deep. Hot rocks, hot towels and a brisk towel dry. Get dressed. Tip your person well. I shall return in another month. read more

Supreme Foot Massage Spa - Supreme foot spa is between Tom Thumb and Petco. - Massage Near Me - Rowlett, Texas

This was exactly what I needed. I went in with a stiff back and they got me right in. The man at the front was very friendly and definitely jumped to my needs. The massage itself was one of the best I've had. The guy was very good and took him time. He made sure is was comfortable. The place was very nice and clean and I felt good being there. read more

Seen the place mentioned a lot pm FB and Yelp as being pretty good especially for the price of $40 you get 70 minutes. 30 min foot massage 30 min back message 10 min *Free hot stone Massage. I didn't get my free hot stones :( (" said because she is new I didn't get it ") But anyways I flopped on the table like a fish out of water. She thought the pain I had was good and repeated it... Lol. I told her that it hurts and she said good pain? I said no horrible bad pain lol. Later in it she asked if I wanted to sign up for a deep tissue for $60... And then said she is new and that today is her first day... And has never done many massages before. So I guess it wouldn't be bad if you didn't get the new person. read more

I just came this foot spa today with my sister. Eva and Tina did a great job. We will be back soon

Friendly and welcoming staff! I got a 30 minute foot reflexology and it included a mini face, neck and back massage. The atmosphere was peaceful and the massage was amazing. Will be back soon! read more

Came in to get a relaxing foot and body massage and didn't leave disappointed. The place is nice and clean and they take you back to their massage rooms which are dimly lit with relaxing music playing in the background. I opted for the 60 minute massage and think I paid $39?? The foot massage and body massage was so relaxing! They ask you if you want medium or hard pressure and use oils to facilitate the experience. I would definitely go back and they give you a little punch card so that you get a few bucks off the price of your massage every few visits. Be sure to check in on Yelp to receive 10% off your service. If you want to pamper yourself and want to relieve a little stress, this is a great place to come! read more

Great place. Newly painted and very clean. The staff are friendly and caring. The massages are the best!

Another wonderful visit and great prices! This massage may have been better than the last! Remember to let them know if you want firm or not and where your problem areas are at. Not everyone speaks English fluently, but they are still responsive to key words and give 100%. read more

Awesome place! Called ahead and they were ready for us when we walked in. Awesome prices, and a killer massage. Will be back!

Went in for the full body massage 70 mins for $40 but we received a regular foot massage. We called and requested for 2 female massage therapists but when we arrived they only have one available. They are not aware of the special offer that listed through Yelp which listed under their business. The visit was not quite enough to relax during the massage as one of the lady was argue through the phone. The 2 massage therapists was keep whispering among each other almost the whole time. At the end, i put cash as tips on the receipt and about to pull out cash to tip them he asked me "no tips, sir". Unbelievable. They did their massage job however, i probably wont come back. read more

We went to the Supreme Spa (foot spa) today for the first time. I swear I've never had a better massage!! It is the one located just to the right of Tom Thumb in Rowlett. It was clean, smelled good and the people were very nice. My only complaint was that they spoke very little English. My masseuse was Peter and he was very good. He did a very strong/firm pressure but lightened up when I told him it was too hard. He worked out knots I never knew I had. They are running a special where if you buy 2 70 minute full body massages ($40 each) you get one free which comes out to $26.66 each. It was a great price. Not sure when this promo ends but even at $40 each, it was worth it. read more

Amazing place... See my check in below. Great prices... Can't be beat! Great quality massage!!! Would recommend to anyone!

My husband and I went on Sunday we called ahead and scheduled appointments. When we arrive they tell us we don't have appointments scheduled and they do t have time for Us. The group of people Who were in the business ended up leaving and we were able to be helped. They had us undress for our massage only to find out that they don't have a private room for this. They have what seems like a curtain with shower hooks as a method of privacy. People walked by and saw us undressing as the curtain didn't extend all the way over to the edge of the wall... just a very uncomfortable situation. Instead of having a sheet laying on your body they have a small towel. I guess I just felt very exposed and wasn't able to decompress like I intended. Sadly I will not be returning. read more

I typically go to the Foot Palace in the shopping center near by, but decided to try this place instead because I found the Yelp deal! I was greeted seconds after walking in by a gentleman that was giving a massage in the back and was told only about a ten minute wait. About ten minutes later, another man came out to discuss which massage I would like. I tried to show him the Yelp special $20 for $35 worth and that I had checked in on Yelp to receive $10 in a massage add on. Unfortunately the language barrier prevented us from having a successful conversation, and I decided to leave and go to my usual place across the street. I would have liked to try this place out though! read more

Reasonable price, but did not help my back pain after several visits. The therapist is very friendly, and the place is nice and clean.

Overall it was a really good massage. Only a couple little minor issues. Room was quite chilly. Made the experience a little less enjoyable. Also the employees were a little noisy when moving around. The noises disrupted the relaxation a bit. Even is the few issues I would definitely go back. read more

The service was good - above average, but ----- communication is challenging. Learn English!

I went in for a back stretch and got pressured to do a 60 minute massage instead. He kept telling me the pressure would be the same which it is not the same! I told him I liked pressure such as ashiatsu not a pointy elbow and guess what I got??? A pointy elbow! The young man gets a B for effort. He tried to accomadate but you can tell he was not a true massage therapist and he dripped sweat on me a few times, I would recommend wiping the face from time to time to prevent this. The hot towel was like sand paper and he rubbed my skin like he was trying to exfoliate me. The table was like piece of plywood and I could barely breathe in the little hole. I piad $63 for a one hour. They make you pay their cc fee which I get from a business standpoint, but if you are paying full price I would definitely recommend going to a place that can offer true therapeutic massage. You will be dissappointed otherwise. read more
