As a trained massage therapist, I try to give small businesses the benefit of the doubt, but unfortunately, this was one of the worst massage experiences I've ever had. First, I was not asked whether I preferred a male or female therapist, which is an essential part of ensuring client comfort. The male therapist used an excessive amount of oil to the point where his hands slid across my body without any meaningful pressure or muscle engagement. This made the session ineffective for actual relief or therapeutic benefit. Throughout the massage, the therapist repeatedly reached over my body in a way that caused his hips to press against me, which felt invasive and unprofessional. On several occasions, he climbed onto the table, which is not inherently unusual, but at one point, he placed his knee firmly between my thighs. This crossed a clear boundary. Additionally, while I was lying face down, he pulled my underwear down much farther than appropriate--halfway down my glutes--despite my immediate objection and correction. While partial draping of the glute area can be done in specific professional settings, it should always maintain client modesty and never expose private areas. Overall, this experience left me feeling uncomfortable, disrespected, and unsafe. Based on both the lack of proper technique and the inappropriate boundary violations, I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this establishment to others. I writing this review because my experience was too funny not to post and hope the vendor sees this to make improvements. Problem 1: Language and communication barrier. I know this happens a lot but I asked for a foot massage and when I get back on the table the guy starts on my head and when I told him no - foot massage he had to get someone else to come and translate my words. Half way thru massage I had a 2nd person and she said ok flip, I do your back and I said NO I paid for a foot massage!! Problem 2 - Phone: I had a lady take over for the guy who was giving my massage. No big deal but she had a cell phone and it was not silenced and not in her pocket. SHE WAS TAKING CALLS DURING THE MASSAGE!! She took 2 calls about appointments, ignored a couple and when she got up to get hot towels left the phone on the table in between my legs and it continuously rang. Problem 3 - Dog: Yep there was a dog in the facility. I heard my masseuse yell and then I felt something furry. Yes the dog jumped up on the table with me!! Later after the massage was over, when putting on my shoes I saw him sleeping under my table. I started going there several years ago, and, and was always satisfied with my experience. Then, around the time that the pandemic started, I went in for a massage due to some back pain. I got a young lady named Sunny. The absolute best massage I've ever had!! I was not able to return for several months, and when I did, I was told that Sunny didn't work there any longer, and they gave me another girl. Absolute worst massage I've ever had!! What a swing of the pendulum! I'm writing this to put out a BOLO for Sunny. She is short, a little overweight, and we had to communicate through an app on her phone. Relaxation escape me today. I was freezing the entire massage so it was kind of hard to focus on peace and serenity. In addition to the cold the music was loud, the people talking was loud and my massage felt rushed. In the past I've left nothing but rave reviews but I just could not do so today. The tables are shorter in height and length. Starts out fully undressed except for undies on back and you get a foot soak. I'm thinking that's it? Underwhelmed and awkward. The place is nice and clean and they take you back to their massage rooms which are dimly lit with relaxing music playing in the background. I opted for the 60 minute massage and think I paid $39?? The foot massage and body massage was so relaxing! They ask you if you want medium or hard pressure and use oils to facilitate the experience. I would definitely go back and they give you a little punch card so that you get a few bucks off the price of your massage every few visits. Went in for the full body massage 70 mins for $40 but we received a regular foot massage. We called and requested for 2 female massage therapists but when we arrived they only have one available. They are not aware of the special offer that listed through Yelp which listed under their business. The visit was not quite enough to relax during the massage as one of the lady was argue through the phone. The 2 massage therapists was keep whispering among each other almost the whole time. At the end, i put cash as tips on the receipt and about to pull out cash to tip them he asked me "no tips, sir". Unbelievable. We went to the Supreme Spa (foot spa) today for the first time. I swear I've never had a better massage!! It is the one located just to the right of Tom Thumb in Rowlett. It was clean, smelled good and the people were very nice. My only complaint was that they spoke very little English. My masseuse was Peter and he was very good. He did a very strong/firm pressure but lightened up when I told him it was too hard. He worked out knots I never knew I had. They are running a special where if you buy 2 70 minute full body massages ($40 each) you get one free which comes out to $26.66 each. It was a great price. My husband and I went on Sunday we called ahead and scheduled appointments. When we arrive they tell us we don't have appointments scheduled and they do t have time for Us. The group of people Who were in the business ended up leaving and we were able to be helped. They had us undress for our massage only to find out that they don't have a private room for this. They have what seems like a curtain with shower hooks as a method of privacy. People walked by and saw us undressing as the curtain didn't extend all the way over to the edge of the wall... just a very uncomfortable situation. Instead of having a sheet laying on your body they have a small towel. I guess I just felt very exposed and wasn't able to decompress like I intended. Sadly I will not be returning. read more

I typically go to the Foot Palace in the shopping center near by, but decided to try this place instead because I found the Yelp deal! I was greeted seconds after walking in by a gentleman that was giving a massage in the back and was told only about a ten minute wait. About ten minutes later, another man came out to discuss which massage I would like. I tried to show him the Yelp special $20 for $35 worth and that I had checked in on Yelp to receive $10 in a massage add on. Unfortunately the language barrier prevented us from having a successful conversation, and I decided to leave and go to my usual place across the street. I went in for a back stretch and got pressured to do a 60 minute massage instead. He kept telling me the pressure would be the same which it is not the same! I told him I liked pressure such as ashiatsu not a pointy elbow and guess what I got??? A pointy elbow! The young man gets a B for effort. He tried to accomadate but you can tell he was not a true massage therapist and he dripped sweat on me a few times, I would recommend wiping the face from time to time to prevent this. The hot towel was like sand paper and he rubbed my skin like he was trying to exfoliate me. The table was like piece of plywood and I could barely breathe in the little hole. I piad $63 for a one hour. They make you pay their cc fee which I get from a business standpoint, but if you are paying full price I would definitely recommend going to a place that can offer true therapeutic massage.
