However, when I was checking out, the total was $68, more than the listed price, but I knew they'd charge a surplus for the debit card. That's totally fair. What rubbed me the wrong way (get it?) was the fact that I was initially writing in a $15 tip, which for those of you keeping score at home, is more than 20%. The lady watched me write it and then said "no" and pointed to a post -it note hidden under a piece of mail on the counter with a tip amount for each hour of service and told me my tip for one hour needed to be $20 (or 1/3 of the service price) and refused to take my receipt until I changed it. I really want to like this place, but I won't be going back any time soon.

I came in one morning for a massage and I had to go get cash to pay for the service. Don't recall…read morethe reason why they couldn't take card, but the business has just recently opened. The massage was good, I was not expecting to get a spa-like service since it's a foot massage place. The room was clean, had relaxing background music and she used sheets to keep me covered during the massage. Communication with the lady that did the massage was hard. She spoke very little English, she had to use a translator app on her phone. She was very sweet though, and told me she could tell I was getting a cold and gave me some advice to help with the cold. Overall, I would come back for a quick pick me up massage after a long stressful week at work. Their hours are also convenient since they are open from 9am-9:30pm.

I'll definitely be coming back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality massage and a relaxing experience! I woke up and didn't want to leave !

After I got there, they started right away. The place was clean and it was quiet and dimly lit in the actual massage room. They also played relaxing music during the massage. We chose the body massage for $60/per person. Overall, the massage technique from Mr. Lin was great. I liked the body oil that they used, which was nice and slippery that got into all of my knots. I also liked how generous they were with the lotion when they were massaging my arms. However, the best part about the massage was when he used the hot rocks on my back! Felt like heaven... Some unique things that he did compared to other foot spas, included: he massaged my facial cheeks, he massaged the front of my hands horizontally (odd, but it did feel good), and he spent considerable time with the scalp massage (that felt sooo good). My brother had Ms. Amy and she must have done her job well because I heard him snoring a few times next to me. Amy also spoke a lot of English and asked him how he felt a few times during the massage. In case the manager is reading, there are just 2 things I recommend. 1. There was only one chair to place our outer garments on. Other places have a plastic bin underneath each massage table to allow patrons to store their belongings in individually; and 2. I noticed that U.S. places don't usually do this, but in Vietnam, the foot spas would use a towel and wrap a hot rock at the bottom of a person's feet during a large portion of the massage. It feels REALLY good so if you read this, try it! Thanks again for the experience!

I love deep tissue massage, but ashiatsu takes it to the next level. Instead of using just 2 hands, the therapist uses 2 hands plus 2 feet at the same time. This does mean there is a little less hands on time than regular massages, because she needs to get up and down the table, but it's well worth it. Brandee's client interaction during the massage session was perfect. She was friendly and gave a thorough explanation of what to expect. Throughout the session, she regularly checked in to see how the pressure was, and made the entire experience soothing and relaxing. The only downside is that since the massage room is connected to the salon, you may hear some noise coming from the salon. But that didn't bother me that much, and I look forward to returning soon!
