After the horrible massage which was interrupted by numerous phone calls and BS conversation I was charged $150.00. They will definitely upsell you on some BS cupping speech. Never again!

From the moment I walked in, the front desk immediately pushed $60-$80 worth of add-ons before I even got into the room. I declined multiple times, but the pressure continued -- even as I was trying to settle in. It felt like they cared more about my money than trying to make me feel comfortable and better! After sharing that I didn't want my arms or legs touched and only wanted my neck shoulders and back to be worked on she told me there would be a $10 upcharge due to their "policy." I agreed, but what followed didn't reflect any professionalism or care. The technique was disjointed, repetitive, and lacked any sense of body awareness. It jumped from overly soft touch to sudden, jarring pressure with no rhythm or transition. It felt like the therapist was just going through motions without any intention or responsiveness. If you have PTSD, physical trauma, or specific boundaries, I strongly urge you to avoid this place. My body was tense the entire session once she crossed boundaries. I disassociated so quick, and she was so unaware. The therapist ignored nonverbal cues, continued working in areas I told her I didn't want worked on, and at one point used hot stones (which I didn't request) in ways that felt invasive and deeply inappropriate. I was completely dissociated by the end of it -- emotionally overwhelmed and retraumatized. On top of that, the therapist left the room multiple times, reducing actual massage time. When the session ended and I went to pay, I had already signed the receipt -- but she pointed to the tip line and said, "Tip? I worked so hard." Caught off guard, I left a very small tip just to get out of the situation, even though I felt completely disregarded throughout the session. Afterward, I sat in my car crying for nearly an hour, trying to calm down. This wasn't just a disappointing experience -- it was an upsetting one. There is no trauma-informed care, no real respect for client boundaries, and no understanding of how to provide a safe, therapeutic massage. If you're looking for professionalism, safety, and actual healing -- this is not the place to go.

I've been twice. The first time was not great, but I decided to try again. This time the massage…read morewas much better. However, when I was checking out, the total was $68, more than the listed price, but I knew they'd charge a surplus for the debit card. That's totally fair. What rubbed me the wrong way (get it?) was the fact that I was initially writing in a $15 tip, which for those of you keeping score at home, is more than 20%. The lady watched me write it and then said "no" and pointed to a post -it note hidden under a piece of mail on the counter with a tip amount for each hour of service and told me my tip for one hour needed to be $20 (or 1/3 of the service price) and refused to take my receipt until I changed it. I really want to like this place, but I won't be going back any time soon.

I came in one morning for a massage and I had to go get cash to pay for the service. Don't recall…read morethe reason why they couldn't take card, but the business has just recently opened. The massage was good, I was not expecting to get a spa-like service since it's a foot massage place. The room was clean, had relaxing background music and she used sheets to keep me covered during the massage. Communication with the lady that did the massage was hard. She spoke very little English, she had to use a translator app on her phone. She was very sweet though, and told me she could tell I was getting a cold and gave me some advice to help with the cold. Overall, I would come back for a quick pick me up massage after a long stressful week at work. Their hours are also convenient since they are open from 9am-9:30pm.

There's a whole lot of equipment inside, but I'd prefer more equipment/more maneuvering around said equipment than I would less equipment with big open wasted space. Good music, lots of TVs. The cons: Not much room for stretching If you aren't already comfortable in a gym, you will likely feel intimidated here.

Six months later go by I realize my wifes membership has been canceled, but I'm still getting charged. I called. They tell me it'll be taken care of. Of course it wasn't. Another six months go by and then I realize I'm still being charged my monthly membership so I called them back and they tell me I have to email someone of course let's make it as difficult as possible. I emailed this person. They respond and tell me I have to go create an account with this website to cancel the policy because that makes sense. I create the account and spent 15 minutes trying to figure it out and you can't actually cancel the policy on the website so I called the store back and they don't even know how to cancel the policy on the website. After going back-and-forth, I finally get it canceled a year late. I know it's not the poor guy working the front desk fault, It's the managers do not go to this gym.
