If there was one suggestion would be more water but I went to some great restaurants after and had water there so if it keeps cost down then I'm not companion because I'll get to see Lee twice as much. If you want a good massage in a relaxing setting for a good price then this is your place. The price does not reflect the quality of care you get at all. But what it does do it makes you want to tip more to the technician because they do such an amazing job. You have to sign a waiver when you get your first massage so make sure to arrive a few minutes early. Also stick with the shorter massages first to make sure this place is right for you. Lastly if it is right for you ask for their punch card at the end so you can get one free massage after a couple of handfuls! They are clean, smell nice, quiet (although it is in an open shared area), and seriously offer such wonderful relief. I suffer from migraines and a lot of muscle pain and this place really gets it right every time. Decided to give a new place a try from my usual appointment with Massage Envy. Everything was five star from being able to call and get an appointment. Getting called back quickly. I went in for a foot massage because my arches hurt. I circled my feet as the problem area on the form I was given to complete. My feet were attached to but not as much as I would've like and expected. Being in a large room with other guest trying to relax and a towel over my eyes I didn't want to disturb the serenity of the room by talking. My session ended with my hands and shoulders getting rubbed not my feet. At checkout I go to pay and the cashier asked my for more tip for service. I've never been felt to feel ashamed of a tip. You can make appointments through their website. Very easy! Please be warned though, the therapist you choose online will not necessarily be the one you're getting. If you have a particular therapist request, I would call to make sure you get that person. Massage style and technique really depends on your therapist. Some are more enthusiastic than others. Some are more thorough than others. However, no matter if it was a great massage/ok massage, you can't beat this awesome price. I'm a customer as long as I live in the area! Bit of a rip of place as recent reviews indicate with their 1stars. Asked for a back&shoulder massage ($60) and ended up getting a full body massage ($35) but still got charged $60 for the back and shoulder. Yes confusions happen, however when I let the front desk know that I got the wrong massage, The two guys at the front desk don't really seem to listen/care about customers and keep hanging out amongst themselves/on their laptops and saying 'I understand'. Then their response is we asked the massage therapist. I did not really care to argue, added the required tip and left. let you decide if based on this customer service you'd rather look at alternate massage places in the neighborhood. A good first impression is critical ~ especially when you're looking for a place like this and ready to be loyal customer. Walked in with no appointment and announced we were new. The front desk girl had us in the back within 15 minutes. It was mid-afternoon on a Wednesday, $29.00 special for 60 minutes plus our 10% off. My daughter & I were so excited. My first 10 minutes was a nightmare!! My massage therapist coughed 2 times, in her hand, while massaging my face. Then she had to leave me ... to go cough some more. When she returned she moved on to the neck massage. Her nails kept clipping my skin. Her style was uncomfortable and inconsistent, I couldn't relax. I opened my eyes because I was so distracted. I was shocked to see that her head was laying next to mine! Yes!! I'm telling you she was laying her head down and rubbing my neck sideways. I politely sat up, asked for my things and walked to the main lobby. Needless to say, I was upset and ready to leave. The front desk girl listened to my story and then profusely apologized. She said she'd report this to the manager. She offered for me to start over with someone else, I accepted. From that point forward my experience went from 1 to 5 Stars. I was assigned to a male massage therapist who was excellent. He had me in the zone immediately. He massaged my face, neck, shoulders, back & feet. It was so relaxing. He check-in with me frequently to be sure the pressure was comfortable. He was consistent and professional, as it should be. I really enjoyed my 60 minutes with him. I felt like I should have been compensated for having such a horrible experience upfront. It has to be unusual for any client to walk out. This was handled wrong. And if that wasn't bad enough, when I was handed over to another massage therapist all the other therapist were obviously disturbed with me..I felt like "dead man walking". I believe they are protective of each other and worry about their jobs, and I sincerely understand that. But, honestly, she was sick and shouldn't have been working. A manager never approached me or called me. I doubt they know. Just don't feel like they take their business seriously. The bottom line is -- I'm the customer. This left a 2 Star impression upon me. I don't dislike the place but I do think some improvements could be made. This might be a great massage for some massage newbies but I've been to many and I wish they could have done a bit more. First things first, it's a fabulous price. We did their 60 min special for $29.99. They use to run this special for 70 minutes but apparently after the new year (Jan 1, 2017) they stopped doing this. So ignore the Yelp check in deal because they don't accept that anymore. Later right before my appointment they did offer me the 70 min for $35 but I decided to just go with the 60 min. They accept walk-ins but it looks like they get pretty good traffic here and while they do have several massage therapists, I would recommend just calling to make an appointment, it seems more efficient. Or at least calling ahead to make sure they have availability. We went on a late Sunday afternoon and there wasn't availability until about 2 hrs later so we booked that and left to go so something else in the meantime. This is an open room with about 10+ chairs so they can certainly accommodate a group. I recommend staying towards the middle of the room rather than the chairs at the end by the bathroom due to a major draft from the a/c unit. It was blowing on me almost the whole time so that wasn't very comfortable, especially when you first begin they soak your feet in lukewarm water so it's really cold when they take your feet out and leave out there for who knows how long. It's nice and quiet with dim lighting and relaxing music. You can still hear them whispering occasionally, which I don't mind. They did pretty well sticking to the time that you buy, so it seems we did get a full hour However, there were a couple moments where they seem to disappear for a while at the beginning and after a quick massage of the feet. I found the head, feet, and arm massage a bit lacking. It wasn't that there wasn't enough time but more like they weren't really into it and seemed distracted. The back massage was very good and made up for it at the end. Overall, it was still a nice massage. It would be nice if the guy at the front desk didn't seem so flippant when I was talking to him or cut me off mid-sentence so that he could take a phone call. read more

This was the worst massage I've ever gotten. It was really a let down after I was wanting a much needed relaxing experience. The overall atmosphere of the place is not peaceful. It was very loud during the whole time of my massage. There were things being dropped, things being moved around, people loudly talking in the lobby, guests loudly talking when entering and the masseuses constantly talking to one another while giving massages. It was like there was no common sense rule to whisper or be quiet. There is no door separating the lobby from the massage room. Also I didn't realize this was just one room with no dividers or separate rooms available until I walked in. The lighting is so bright inside it's hard to relax ( even with your eyes closed ). The woman doing my massage didn't even seem like she had proper training in massaging. She basically lathered lotion on me and pulled my muscles on my shoulders and just padded me down elsewhere. I kept waiting for the massage to get better but sadly it never did. When I was paying for my massage I was asked to leave a tip, I told the reception that I didn't have a good massage. The receptionist responded back saying "normally you have to tip 18% or more". I responded saying I will not be tipping as I didn't have a good massage. Instead of asking me for details to better their service the receptionist just stared at me until I decided to walk away. Clearly I just had bad luck with my masseuse but I will not be going back due to the atmosphere and lack of customer service. read more

Made appt for 30 min chair massage. Masseuse Lee was the one they had do the massage, and he immediately asked me if I'd rather do the massage on the sofa. I said I prefer chair that's what I asked for, but if you don't know how to do chair massage fine we can do sofa. Anyhow he just drove his elbow into random places in my back, and after 15 min I had enough. I still tipped him $5, and he didn't even have the decency to say thank you. The price was too awesome so I had to check it out. OH MY GOODNESS BECKY... that massage was incredible!!! When I walked in I didn't know what to expect. All of the massage chairs are in the open, theres light music and a few customers with towels over thier eyes. Withing 2 minutes of my massage starting I was in another world. I zoned out and came up in the Twilight Massage Zone and boy oh boy was it awesomness!!! I I thought it was just feet but no, it's fully clothed whole body and it's great. You lie down face down first, then half way in you flip. Even the hand massage was AWESOME. I honestly can't wait to go back!!!!! I've never had a head massage before and that combined with the back was awesome! Next time I will definitely incorporate the feet with the experience! You really can't beat less than $40 for a 60 minute massage, but let me explain why SR is worth your while. Firstly, same day booking. Easy peasy. You walk I'm at your time, and get walked back to your table. While everyone shares a room, you are fully clothed and it's silent besides the music. The massage was FANTASTIC. Now here's where they went above and beyond: I'm 9 months pregnant and obviously can't lay on my back or stomach.
