If you don't know sciatica is caused by a pinched nerve, with pain radiating from your back down your leg, and it's as painful as it sounds. In my opinion, the billing practices at this business are extremely questionable and feel fraudulent. Even though I was not an active member, they kept my credit card on file and attempted to charge it without providing clear advance notification. I had called to book an appointment, and shortly afterward I was informed that they were going to charge my card. At no point was this process explained clearly when I made the appointment. The front desk staff were rude, dismissive, and unwilling to address my concerns. Instead of helping resolve the issue, they made the experience even more frustrating. Customers should be very careful about providing payment information to this business. Based on my experience, there is a serious lack of transparency regarding card storage, billing policies, and authorization for charges. I will never return and would strongly discourage others from doing business here.
