I see Dr. Bianca and I will just say that everything is top notch. Not only was my pain addressed, my blood glucose level started coming down naturally. I was on 3 medications and insulin. A couple of days after my second session, my glucose monitor went off in the middle of the night. Normally this happens when I have eaten something I shouldn't have and it was spiking. But, no. It was too low! Not believing it, I check with my finger prick monitor and it corroborated the reading. I was shocked. I have since stop one of my medications, cut one in half, and cut my insulin in half. I am very excited to continue treatment to see how much I will be able to come off of. Oh, and yes, my Fibromyalgia is doing better but I am more excited about the improvements in my diabetes. Dr. Bianca is very caring and knowledgeable, I am so glad that I decided to try acupuncture out. Wish I could give more stars.

The place is really clean, peaceful, and well kept. My first session with one of the providers was…read morereally nice and I felt very listened to. She answered my questions and made explained her rationale behind some additional recommendations. She recommended many supplements which I ended up purchasing from the practice, before doing my own research (that was my fault). Unfortunately, the follow up was a different story. When I mentioned the side effects I experienced from the supplements, there was no acknowledgement. Furthermore, I was suffering with a very significant headache and needed some stimulation in addition to the needles. When I inquired about this (since other methods of stimulation have been very effective for me with my previous acupuncturist in Houston), I felt very dismissed as the provider was quite eager to exit the room. At the end of the session, I was asked if I'm feeling better and when I was honest and said not really, the response I received was "do you do anything for yourself besides coming to acupuncture?" When I answered all the ways in which I practice wellness, the answer was "okay we'll see you next week" and was out the door before I knew it. Felt quite dismissed and not listened to, and unfortunately will not be returning. I wasn't going to post this review, but a few days later, my pain was getting severe enough to warrant driving to Houston in the middle of the week to meet with my previous acupuncturist who has been consistently attentive and helpful. I was reminded of what truly good bedside manner is and how important that is, not just because we pay a lot of money, but because it impacts our quality of life.

They've been at it a long time and now they're very good at imparting to others ways to breathe, stand and move that somehow engender energy, integration, and healing of body, mind and heart. I got to know them in 2015 after friends convinced me to take part in the Qigong class offered at the Crow Collection of Asian Art in the wellness program. I knew nothing about Qigong, my expectations were modest. The first class was profoundly refreshing - almost revelatory. How could a mere introduction to the ancient discipline of Qigong relieve pain, and give me the best experience of breathing I'd had in years. This may sound strange (Breathing? Really?) but I assure you it's true. I think I had forgotten how to breathe some years back, and it's been transformative to get that right again. I won't enumerate all the great outcomes. I do remain slightly mystified as to how something as subtle and quiet as this Qigong could have such far-reaching effects. Only wish I had started sooner. And I'll just add that Qigong is only a part of the healing work they do!

I found Greg to replace another lymphatic therapist I tried initially. He has been part of my healthcare wellness "team" for almost 8 mos now. My IM doc had me stopped taking the eczema drug (not seeing allergist anymore) & my Gyn doc is working with my hormones. So far my eczema and joints are stable. Am gradually able to go back working out. Greg is sensitive to my concerns and works with me. He knows his work and very good at it. I also like that he has the red therapeutic light & uses it as part of my eczema treatment. He uses different modalities besides massage & lymph therapy to help me. He did fascia release on my foot & low back. Allowing me to use my rower & do lunges again in a day. I may try use heels again soon. He is like a one stop shop for different kinds of body work one would need for your body to mechanically function. Efficient use of my time so I could go back to work. It's a process, I agree with him. Until he gets to old me back & better ME to get into maintenance mode with him. The other stuff like body contouring he does and the surprising weight loss effect is icing on the cake. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a massage lymph body work therapist to help you back to health & moving.

He is truly skilled at what he does - I see him for lymphatic drainage and fascia blasting. He has helped to transform my body and open my mind. He was able to identify nerve pain that had gone undiagnosed by other professionals. I equally enjoy our discussions regarding the mind, body and universe. Trust me, he is the BEST there is in DFW!

I started going to Meghan's practice for help with serious adrenal fatigue issues / symptoms, and, over the months, I have seen tremendous improvement. Let Meghan guide you in what the best approach to your treatment plan should be. I started going to her weekly, and it made such a huge difference in my life. Like anything, you get out of it what you put into it. Listen to her advice, she is genuinely making these suggestions because she cares about you, and your health. After my symptoms subsided, she let me know when I could start going less frequently if I wanted. I look forward to my treatments so much that I kept our weekly appointments. I have a very busy and stressful job (who doesn't), and I feel as if this helps me reset every week. I really cannot say enough things about Meghan. HIGHLY recommended!

There's another "five star" massage place on Legacy, but this one is on the service road to 75 at Parker. It's pretty bare bones. Clean, but no thrills. My husband and I both got the 60 minute foot massage. James started with a head/face massage, then the arms. Many places do the arms/hands out of completion, but James really took his time. You can tell he knows what he's doing. He spent more time on my left arm(I'm a lefty) and ironed out the kinks before proceeding. After that, he gave one of the best foot rubs I've had in Dallas!! My husband raved about Amy as well. When they did the 10 minutes of back work, you could tell they were targeting issues. I have an bad shoulder, my husband has hip issues, and they each worked those areas in addition to the regular routine. One area of improvement is that he could have been more gentle.
