I was looking for a massage place when I had a neck/shoulder injury and went here in an emergency situation. I was seen right away and pleasantly received. The place is very clean and I felt very comfortable but must importantly, the massage was fabulous and it relieved my pain. The pain did return shortly after leaving the place but I healed very quickly after that. I believe it was from the good massage I received. Let me mention that my mom is extremely picky when it comes to massages. My sister and I took her to American owned massage parlors (seems fancy, they make you fill out forms, asks what you need to be worked on)... She hated it. She felt like they didn't do a good job and told us to never take her to a massage place again and to not waste money. And because of that, I was on a hunt for a good massage place so I could take my mom, a non-english speaker, for a massage on mother's day and her birthday. I tried out different massage places making sure that she wouldn't complain. The fact that this place can speak Chinese (my mom can tell them what they need without having me translate is a HUGE plus!), and they gave great massages! I now book massages here for four people every year (my mom, sister, and a couples for me and my boyfriend), and occasionally just a couple's massage. It's overall a great price, they communicate well, and everyone always walks out relaxed! Also, my sister and I typically have a hard time relaxing since we're constantly thinking throughout massages, but this is the first and only place that makes us almost fall asleep. Think of it as Chinese food... If the place is flooding and only takes cash, you know the food is going to be great! The place when you walk in was very nice. Staff is nice. No issues with them being rude or anything. Been going here since beginning of 2019!, just left very upset and dissatisfied. I got a couples massage with my partner but had to wait 20/30min for her to get done( but we were a walk in) and the lady was just rubbing oil on me and I told them to kindly stop after 20 min and that I was not satisfied. My partner also wanted to end his since I was done but the lady forcefully pushed him down and didn't listen to the 6 times he said he'd like to stop. I made an appointment and then later changed it. I got to the place and they told me I never rescheduled it although i mentioned who I talked to and what times I called on my phone log. The "boss" on the phone repeatedly told me I never called even with the information I showed the staff. I was tense the entire time. No paperwork was filled out. The lady pretty much pulled my underwear all the way down and it was extremely uncomfortable. No feet massage. I laid on my back for the front to be massaged which was all of 5 mins. I was recommended to My Healing Touch by my best friend. I already had been to many places therapy's but he insisted that I must experience this one specifically. When I walked in for my first visit, I was greeted by a Very kind Korean lady. Not only did she try to sell me on her message packages, she cared more about what parts of my body that felt tense and why. When I explained to her than I was a professional Fitness instructor, she automatically gave me a free consultation, letting me know why and what she was going to do and why I needed the relief of soreness. 30 minutes into my therapy, My body was so so relaxed that I fell asleep and she didn't even wake me for the rest of the session. The lights undimmed and she said that she had finished with her therapy and i could get up and stretch out. The message therapist had the look of confidence that I would be back to visit her location again. I woke up the next morning without my usual hip and back soreness. I also had not had headaches and tension in my neck for a whole month. Her treatment definitely made an impact on my life and I have reserved to be back every first Monday of the month. This is the most professional and well kept therapy locations that I have visited. The staff makes you feel welcomed and treat me like I am family every time I visit. Great massage and attention to tough spots. However, our masseuses were quite talkative in their language. It made us feel like they were talking about us especially when the towel went completely off of us for a few seconds at a time. They usually tuck the sheet or towel and respect your privacy and that's been our experience so keep that in mind if you're going into your massage in your birthday suit. No big deal but the part that got us was that the package said 70 mins and we got just short of a 60 min massage and that's including the time we took to undress, paperwork, and dress up. We even arrived a few mins early before our appointment to get the paperwork out of the way so more time could be devoted to hands on. However, we went in today and received the worst messages we've ever had!! It literally had me angry, to the point I wanted to walk out in the middle of the message but I was afraid my fiancé's message might have been going better. Only after the 40 minutes we received (out of the 70 minutes we were supposed to be getting and they advertised), he told me she did not do a good job and she had actually scratched him multiple times on his back which we saw after we were already home! I'm not sure who these masseuses were, but it was a male and female who came in together and they rushed the entire time. It seemed that they didn't even try to give any type of message, and made the whole experience extremely unenjoyable and quite painful. I didn't know what to expect when I walked in. I thought it will be the typical open space foot massage place, but they have separate rooms. The lady at the front and also my Masseuse suggested the full body since I was complaining about a pinch in my back. The massage was awesome.
