I was supposed to get a message at Elements however the massage therapist was sick so I walked one door over ro Sole Hao and it was a great experience! He had availability and there was a minimal wait. The masseuse relived my back & shoulder pain while using appropriate pressure! I'll be returning soon! && When I checked in on Yelp, I received $5 off so it was a win win!!! read more

This place is amazing. Impossibly clean, and so professional - everyone every time has been nothing short of great. The best reflexology/Chinese massage place I've ever been, and I've been to at least a dozen (or two?) massage places. Once you get it dialed in (what you order and what pressure you like, and any areas to skip or focus upon), it's as good as any massage anywhere at any price. An amazing value and an asset to this community. read more

We've (husband and I) been coming here for years. Always a great experience especially reflexology. Customer service is fantastic and I am always feeling like my needs were addressed during the massage. Love the new look with the curtains separating out the beds. read more

I love this place, best spot for a quality, affordable massage. The staff is great, and I haven't had a massage that didn't totally relax me and have my muscles feeling better yet! It's one big dark room with fabric separators between duel massage tables. It still is a very private experience and I have never felt like it impacted my ability to relax. I usually get an hour full body, sometimes with the foot bath sometimes without. The foot bath is pretty amazing though, so I definitely recommend getting it if you haven't tried it! Walk ins are always welcome too, so I've never had to make an appointment ahead of time, I usually just show up and it's not too long if a wait before they get me back with someone. Highly recommend this place! read more

Today was our second visit, wow! Thank you, David, for fixing my back! Also, I apologize for not asking front receptionist name but he was very kind and accommodating. I knew I needed my shoulders and back taken care but I didn't see an option for just that. The front receptionist took his time to ask exactly what areas we wished for and said he would make it a custom. He communicated effectively to the reflexologist because I got exactly what I needed. I was in a time crunch but was able to receive 30 minute back/shoulder with a 15 minute foot. Can't wait to come back! Maybe an hour? I love the ambience, the communication, and most of all leaving feeling like I want to nap because I'm so relaxed! See you soon. read more

I really wanted to love Sole Hao, and their prices are pretty good too. However, I definitely would never come back again. First of all, I hated how there were just tables everywhere without any privacy screens. I think the whole point of getting a massage is to be in complete silence with some serene music playing, but all I could hear were others talking, coughing, and at one point, another customer was even snoring. It really threw me off and took me out of a calm state because I was so hyper aware of the loud snoring. The massage itself was really painful and didn't do much to target my problem areas. I had told my masseuse that I had a lot of knots, but he didn't really help untangle at all. I even felt like he did a lot of movements that were pointless and made me wonder what exactly they were supposed to be doing to my body. I personally wouldn't come back again. However, for the prices, this isn't a bad place to go to. read more

First time in and very impressed. I got exactly what I wanted and more. I have nothing negative to say, other than I wish I could've stayed all day! I will definitely be back. read more

Came out of Sole Hao as a new person! Peter really went in and got out the knots on my right shoulder. I had chills hearing and feeling my knots get released. This was my first time at Sole Hao. There are so many options for foot massages but thought I'd give this place a try with all the rave Yelp reviews. It was easy to make a reservation online and you can select if you want a male/female masseuse. They also list their package options with details of how many minutes they will focus on each area of your body. I got the 90 min massage with 45 mins focused on my back for $65 (with $5 off for Yelp check-in). A little pricey compared to some places but what isn't pricey these days? Guy at front desk was nice and organized. When he walks you to your masseuse, he asks what area needs special attention and translate that to your masseuse. Masseuses were professional and didn't talk amongst each other so you are able to really relax. Place is clean and every 2 chairs is separated by lace curtains. read more

Can't beat the price of this place. Excellent massage and always open on timing. Will always come back!

This reflexology business is located in a cute strip shopping center near the Black Walnut restaurant. The parking lot stays full with all of the nearby traffic for businesses. I called ahead to make a same day reservation. The staff member who answered the phone was kind, courteous and informed me that the services menu on Yelp was incorrect. I have attached an updated picture of the services menu from their website. Please look at the updated services menu and prices online. When I arrived for my 8 PM appointment, I had to wait about 10 minutes before being ushered back. The set up room has about 14 reflexology tables in one room. The tables are large leather tables. Much bigger than normal reflexology tables I've seen. If you are a larger person, you will find these tables quite comfortable. The lighting and music was very nice and calming to me. The wait staff asked what pressure I would like. I replied medium. I was a bit disappointed that the reflexology was quite light. I asked for harder but not much increase. Once the head and arms portion was complete, a new person arrived to do reflexology on my feet. The reflexology was average. Nothing special. Once the feet were complete, another person arrived to do my back. It was done with a much deeper touch. Overall, a mediocre reflexology experience. Curious if three people working on you is a normal practice? Perhaps they each have a specialty I did not fully appreciate. May try this place again when I am in town. Perhaps there was something else going on behind the scenes that caused the multiple changes. read more

Second time around and honestly since I can't remember my first visit which only mean one thing. I didn't really enjoy it, it was "just ok" but I cant resist the hot stones they offer with the massages so I made an appointment again. Hoa gave me a courtesy call as soon as I made the appointment online. The day of the massage while I was seating in their waiting room, a lot of people are trying to get for a spot for the following hour or two. They were very busy! The massage I received this time is more what I really wanted. Firm pressure and more time spent on areas I specified. They now offer those membership cars where they stamp it every visit. You get a free massage after 10 visits! read more

Absolutely had the experience we deserved compared to the last Reflexology place we visited!! A great big 'Thank You' to Sole Hao Reflexology!!! xoxo Everything is decorated for comfort. It's clean and serene. The staff is professional, just great at what they do. The owner is extremely accomidating and customer service is his priority. My daughter & I had an appointment. They were ready for us, that was nice! The massage for both of us was wonderful. My daughter said she fell asleep twice, lol! Definitely wear comfortable loose clothes like a t-shirt (no bra) & athletic shorts for the best massage experience. Be prepared to feel total relaxation, simply amazing! Our massage therapist was Helen and Ben. **Highly recommend** either one for a light to medium pressure. read more

Awesome deals! Does get pretty crowded sometimes so I would call ahead to make sure they have an opening.

My favorite massage place. I've been to several retail massage places and none can match the firmness level like Sole Hao. Andy really worked out my knots and made me feel so much looser and relaxed afterwards. Place is very clean. Affordable. Owner is pretty accommodating in working with your schedule. read more

My sister and I decided late Friday to try our luck and see if we could get massages. I called around 8:30pm asked if they could fit us in for 60 mins massage and he said yes at 9:30. Mind you, they close at 10pm, so I asked if 60 minutes was still ok and he reassured us that it was fine. I also requested a female masseuse and he found a way to make that happen. We arrived and were quickly seen to. He accepted our Yelp check in and honored the 10% discount for us both even though my phone was acting up. He also gave me a loyalty punch card where if I get over 10 massages, I'd get a freebie. It was quiet, clean and the rooms are darkened. Everyone is in a shared space but you're not super close to the next person. Plus there are sheer drapes to add some privacy. The massage I got was awesome. I'm a massage junky and like deep pressure, but I have to be warmed up and all really picky about the technique they use. It was oure bliss with hot stones and towels to top it off !! At one point, she asked if I wanted to take my shirt off. It's not very private but we were the last ones there, so I thought what the hell. Not sure if that is normal, but if it was busy I don't think I'd be comfortable doing that. I missed her name because she dashed off to clean up and pack up for the night, so I called back the next day to ask. Hong answered and said he'd find out and call me back in 2 minutes and he actually did!! Very impressed with the level of customer service here. I'll definitely be back again to see Linda! The only thing I can think of that would have made it an even better experience, is if they offered private rooms or options to add hot stones for your back. Love! read more

Love the foot reflexology. It has helped with some side effects from chemotherapy. Nice relaxing place and great customer service service.

AMAZING! I have been here a few time now and they have never disappointed in the excellent reflexology and massage service provided! Owners are very nice and accommodating for me as I require a little extra care and assistance. I recommend them very highly! read more

Highly recommend. Pros: (1) On-time scheduling, since we called in advance. (2) Very clean and well-spaced interiors. (3) Friendly and professional staff. (4) Amazing massages! We intend to come back regularly. Also, it's right next door to Feng Cha boba milk tea and A Bite of Lao and Thai. This might be our new favorite plaza, lol. read more

Been here several times and always Great skill and great price on full body massage. Since I need to keep writing in order for this to be a review on yelp I'm adding the location is easy to get to. Although hard to find on the yelp map because yelp has their location covered up by another business with very poor ratings. Also yelp has the wrong phone number on there listing. read more

The foot massage was a gift from me for my boyfriend. He said his feet felt like new feet

My sister and I had stopped here randomly when looking for a way to kill some time, but also wanted to be able to relax. Overall, the experience was average. The location is convenient and easy to find with ample parking. Inside it clean-ish, but not what you would really expect from a massage place, even if it is mainly for foot massages. The masseuse was nice but we had both asked for firmer pressure but after a couple of minutes, the pressure would go back to being light and it just wasn't worth it to keep asking. Not my go-to place for a massage, but definitely not bad if it's a convenient option for you. read more

So professional and great experience! Will be back again for a chair massage. Front desk reception was also great

THIS IS NOT A SPA, so don't expect anything fancy. What you need to look forward to is pure relaxation. I went in expecting a plain foot massage but I ended up with a SUPER relaxing scalp massage, back massage untangling the knots - all for $40!!! Be prepared to tip well because you will be blown away!! read more

This is one of the best massage places. If you like massages where they apply pressure over your clothes and a towel you will enjoy this massage. They do some oil massage as well in the full body massage option but they also do a lot of the pressure over the towel. I prefer less oil and more pressure so this is my preferred massage. The guy up front also takes the time to listen to the specific spots you would like the therapist to focus on and then they do. So if your calves need extra attention or your upper back holds more tension then you can ask to focus there and they will. A lot of places won't provide this attention to detail but they always do. I have a favorite therapist, but I've also gotten other therapists and they all do a good job. I love kind of far from this shop but I make the drive because I've never had a bad massage here. I always leave happy and feel it is worth the cost. read more

I've come to the spa many many times for a one hour massage. They normally ask what area is my most focused area and they will work on that. However, today I walked in for my 60 minute massage and I requested my neck and shoulders and I don't like my feet massaged, she was trying to up charge me because I had certain request. I've never had that happen. I'm so disappointed. I'll never go back. The customer service today was very poor. Normally it's OK but just buyer. Beware they'll talk you into things that you don't want. They lost a customer today. read more

This was the most amazing massage experience. I have a lot of chronic pain and my masseuse was able to perfectly adjust pressure to work with my pain areas. I did the 90 minutes B option and I will most certainly be back. Totally worth every penny. My whole body felt relaxed when finished. If you're used to the usual chain places, do be aware that the set up is a little different. There aren't individual rooms, but a few curtained off sections. There can be multiple people in a section at a time but you're always clothed or covered by towels. One thing I loved was that the tables you lay on are wide, low to the ground and very cushy. 10/10 would recommend. read more

When I'm in great need of a massage and my normal place is booked, Sole Hao comes to the rescue. Their team spends a great deal of time and care providing a general massage that does the job. I especially enjoy the work they do with your feet. When you spend a great of deal of time on concrete, there foot massage is a life saver. Highly recommended! read more

The massage I rece was very good. The problem I have is at the time of checkout I had left a 15% time and was informed this was nit enough. if it was a good massage, I was expected to pay 20%. I will not be returning to this facility. I have never been told my tip was not enough. read more

This is one of my favorite go-to massage spots. Hoa is awesome and he will always work to get you in as quickly as possible. I've never had a bad massage from Sole Hao, and some of my best massages have been from this place. Hoa employees talented, professional therapists and the prices are beyond reasonable - almost always averaging less than a dollar a minute in most cases - sometimes half of that. I've also sent friends and family to this business and I've never known anyone to be disappointed. read more

I am extremely pleased! After reading the Yelp reviews, decided this has to be 'the' place and I am so happy I tried it. Just had a 70 minute session with April and I must say, she knows her stuff. My back and neck have been really tight so she worked out all the knots and cables and I feel just great. Sole Hao has a very zen atmosphere, is extremely clean and well cared for (appreciated!!) The beds were soft and comfortable unlike most massage slab tables. The environment is meant to calm and relax your tired stressed out body, and it does! The owner is present and a perfect personality for this type of business. I look forward to returning on a regular basis!! Thank you, April....I feel great! read more

Update: my sister's back is in excruciating pain and the masseuse dang near deflated her (she's petite) and she specifically asked for light pressure . 1/10 I do not recommend. You're supposed to leave feeling rejuvenated not like you need repairment. Also, she had bruises on her lower back. read more

70 minutes with hot stones for less than $40? Need I say more. Yes, it's reflexology, no it's not just your feet. If you have workout aches and pains (perhaps from the OTF next door ;) wander on over to Sole Hao Reflexology. The person who greeted us was friendly and professional and was able to fit us in for an appointment even though we didn't have one. My usual massage place is closed on Sunday, but Sole Hao was there to save the day. It was clean, quiet, and very relaxing. Great work on my upper and lower back, shoulders, and hamstrings, all problem areas that I deal with constantly. Bing was professional and thorough, and I was walking on sunshine by the time he was finished! Prices will be going up slightly in the coming weeks, but it is still worth every penny. Check in for a 10% discount, and ask for Bing, he's amazing! read more

Obsessed with this place! Friendly, affordable and last minute appointments. Love their deep tissue massage with oils!

Thanks Lucy! I had come in seeking help for bad headaches at the back of my head, neck, shoulder and ankle pain. The aches had been ruining my sleep all week, that I slept in Saturday and woke up achy with a bloody headache again. I knew I was overdue for self-care. She worked on me for 2 hours smoothing out all the kinks as gently as possible, even finding stiff spots I never knew had kinks. I was in and out of sleep during the massage, which was some of the best rest I've had lately. I need to make this place a regular habit, better than a doc and popping pills. read more
