Came here for an hour all over massage with my husband. This place is interesting because they have multiple rooms, some having more than 2 "tables" for guests to lay on. I've never had anyone ask me to take my clothes off here, but it was my first time hearing the worker ask my husband to take his shirt off. I guess he sensed my husband never went to one of these massage places before or they just ask fit men to do this? I'm not quite sure but it didn't stop us from continuing our experience. When you first get there and situated, they have you soak your feet in warm water. Depending on what kind of massage you requests will determine how the worker would approach you. Since I requested full body, he massaged my head, neck, shoulders, arms, and had a warm pack on my back to warm up my muscles before I flip over for the rest of the massage. I asked for someone who gives a gentle massage when I checked in for my appointment. The man who did my combo message (feet/legs and shoulders/back/neck) was very aggressive with the massage. I told him I didn't want a hard massage; he didn't speak English so he got the lady at the front desk. I told her "not hard; gentle massage please". This didn't seem to register. I stopped him a few times during my 60 minute massage and told him he was pressing too hard. It wasn't really a massage - more like him mashing his forearm and thumbs into my shoulders and neck. I could hardly sleep last night because my shoulder hurt so bad! If you like a hard, deep tissue massage - this is your place. I will not be going back. read more

Whenever I need some "ME time" I come here. Its affordable and I love getting a foot massage. Your experience will vary based on your masseuse. Sometimes you strike gold, and other times you leave wanting something more. The one thing I have noticed is that most of the staff do understand very basic English. I am able to point and tell them where certain spots on my foot or body needed more or less love and they seem to understand every time. The price is right and the facility is super clean. In response to covid 19, the massage therapists not only wear masks, they also wear face shields. I feel very safe and comfortable coming here as they are taking all safety measures seriously. My one complaint is that I did buy the "combo" package which was 30 minute foot massage and 30 minute back massage. Typically at foot massage spa's, they will have me undress from the waist up and cover my lower body with towels so they can apply oil and the hot stones easily. When i did the combo a couple weeks back for the first time here, they had me keep my shirt on and just pushed it up. I unhooked my bra to help the process (and to keep oil off it) but this absolutely wouldn't have worked if i was wearing a tight fitting shirt. I am not sure if this is standard or not, but next time i will definitely ask to remove my shirt so they can reach all areas of my back with those wonderful hot stones! I hate to give out low stars as I know people are trying to make a living, etc. and want to be fair to businesses that I have transacted with. While searching for a massage, came across this place due to the prices and the reviews left by others. Let's start with the good. Clean place, sanitary and they did have relaxing environment. Now onto some areas of opportunity. Make your your masseuse cuts their nails as mine did not and even though it was his pinky, still was a distraction. Speaking of distraction, pet store next door with dogs barking very loud. The biggest complaint I have is that I was pushed on, not massaged, pushed on. Update on today visit. My mom went up there and I guess there were no males to do massages and the woman the assigned to my mother did a terrible job that she walked out. Pls if you go here try to get a man to massage you. Looks like the women don't do a good job in massages. They did not make her pay and she was very disappointed. I just recently discovered this place and can't believe it took me this long. For the price, you cannot beat it. $35 gets you a 1 hour full body massage with no sketchy stuff. $65 gets you 2 hours. If you buy a pass for 10 massages, you get 2 free. The place is located in a strip mall and is clean and welcoming. There is free bottled water while you wait and the rooms are community, so there may be others around you. That reason is the only reason this is a 4 star review and not 5. I could hear some noises coming from outside wince the space you get a massage in is not fully closed off. They start you off by soaking your feet in hot water, which was different and actually a good feeling. They had me take my shirt off while other people did not take off theirs. I have been wanting a reflexology session on my feet. I found Best Foot Forward. I went on the weekend and thought I could just walk in and get an appointment. Weekends are busy so call ahead to get an appointment. I was very pleased with the service. My feet were soaked in warm water-it's very soothing. He moved to my calves and hit those spots-he wasn't too heavy with the pressure. You can always get more of that-then he did my feet. I think I feel asleep. Walking in, I was not greeted as a customer should have been. I barely got a "hello" in from the man at the front desk, and all he asked was "do you have an appointment" "okay take a seat" no manners whatsoever. I waited until the rest of my group arrived and then we were taken to the back for the massage. (1hr massage for $35) On the way back, I saw a room of lockers ( not sure if they charge for them or not) but we were not offered to put anything away there) The room was nice and comfortable, there were three bed spaces for the group and the lights were dim with calming music...and dogs barking...(we will get back to that) Once the massage started three men walked into the room and said hello quickly and prepared for the massage (we were not asked about what pressure level we preferred or if we wanted any areas not to be touched) it seemed like they were all in sync to the T, because every movement was the same and we all got the same massage at the same time. They started with the neck and worked down to the feet, everything was great and relaxing but I do not like heavy pressure and when I asked for lighter pressure the man was like "uh okay...." like I made the wrong request...it's my body! Also, during the entire massage we could hear dogs barking CONSTANTLY. I love dogs..but not during my massage! There's a pet store right next door and we were unaware that this would be an interruption to the zen. When we complained about that to the man at the front, he barely gave an apology and said that people usually have their massages on the other side of the room because of that. My husband and I popped in for a one hour service after a 15 hr car ride the day before. Staff was friendly. We both enjoyed our services. Staff was friendly and skilled. We had made an appointment for 4pm and were on a tight schedule to fit it in. We arrived a little early but They took us back almost 20 minutes after our scheduled appointment time so we had to cut our service to 30 minutes because of our schedule. The technician was doing such a great job and relieving my pain that it was disappointing to not get an hour in. The cost of an hour is only Slightly more than 30 minutes so that ended up being a disappointment too. But I would definitely go back just allow time in case they are running late so I can get a full hour. read more

Started going here about 5 years ago and things were great. I made it part of my self care routine. I even purchased coupons for friends and hosted a birthday party there. The last few times that I went, my experiences were not good at all. The "rub downs" were painful. This last time I went as a redemption visit and I invited two friends to come along. We all were disappointed. That was the last straw for me. The guy that performed my so called massage, did more damage putting his elbow on my spine and slapping the hell out of my back. With two very active little kids, I really don't have time to write reviews unless I really feel they're needed. I've had two visits to this place (we moved recently to the area) and while the first was en par with the other reviews on here, and good enough that when I had time to treat myself to a massage again, I thought of this place. The other was just plain bad. Quite honestly, the worst I've ever had. Now what made it so bad? The guy had no clue what he was doing. I've had so many of these Chinese foot massages, I know what to expect. It was like he was plucked off the street to give me a massage. Somehow though, he did seem to find all the sensitive nerves on my body and put pressure on those repeatedly and pinch them. I clenched my teeth through it and kept hoping it would get better. It didn't. While doing the back portion, he repeatedly used his forearm to rub into my shoulder blades - over and over again with a lot of pressure. While doing so he had to rest/put his body weight on his other hand/arm, which is fine, except that arm happened to be on my back as well. It was so bad that when my husband gave me a back rub last night to make up for the horrible massage, I was so sore that the back rub (which I normally love) was painful and my back is still sore this morning. My first thought yesterday was, that massage was so bad I need another just to make up for it, however after realizing how sore I am, it might be a while before that can even happen. There's a lot more that I can add, but you get the picture. Why three stars? First massage was very good, second massage was horrible, so they kind of even out. Worst massage ever with a nice facility and friendly staff, wash as well. Now would I go back to give them a try again, at this point no (still in pain), but there are a lot of other people who work there and maybe he was just one bad masseuse, so who knows. read more

Usually there's one or two things I would have liked done differently(better) but the application of the pressure was just right throughout and Tom seemed to know where my knots were and lingered the focus on those a little more. This was definitely a unique experience. Soaking my feet in warm water and laying flat on a hot pad while getting a massage fully clothed was unlike any massage I've ever had before.
