I tried this location for the first time and my therapist was Jonny. He did a great job at addressing my concerns and overall had a relaxing experience. Compared to other massage businesses, I think that Siena's pricing is fantastic and fair. Their staff is always so nice and welcoming. I rarely post on here, but I was so stunned by the poor quality of this massage. My husband had given me a gift card this past Mother's Day, and I finally got around to using it yesterday. I was hopeful, given the lovely lobby and the nice glass of wine I had before the massage. But unfortunately, it was the most disappointing massage I've ever had. The therapist was friendly enough, but it was almost as if they didn't want to touch me with any kind of force or strength (or maybe at all), even though I requested moderate/firm on the form I filled out, and I told them they could go harder during the massage. Much of it felt like they had no clue what they were doing, and left lots of major muscles untouched. I left feeling mostly the same as when I went in. I've had much better massages for much less money. I left the person a generous tip, because that's who I am, especially around the holidays, but I immediately regretted it. I only gave it three stars because of the lovely receptionist and ambiance. read more

The facility is beautiful. There are clear directions on the door regarding precautions taken as a result of COVID 19. The checkin process was smooth and all employees wear masks. I had some paperwork since it was my first massage. All standard information and waivers. I had a massage with Standley. I like deep tissue and Standley did a great job. So much so that I plan to return in two weeks. I generally get a massage once a month but due to a shoulder issue plan to have Standley again sooner. It definitely felt better after my visit. Updating from the response of the owner - you've raised them 4 times in the past two years. Not once and "finally". The person I spoke to at the beginning of last year when it was the "first" time you raised your rates used the same phrase "we finally raised them". Then this past weekend, they were magically $30 higher than they were back in June. I understand you have a business to run but your club isn't cheap either. The 90 min club is now $119/month. A few months ago it was $109. Last year before EOY, it was $89 and so on. Like I said, I know you have a business to run but please don't insult my intelligence. I've been going here for years and I've put up with the 2x a year increase for two years now. I do not get massages monthly so the club does me no good anyway. You might be one of the least expensive around but that doesn't mean you haven't priced out the average Joe. Most people in this economy cannot afford $200 for a massage nor can they afford a monthly fee of $119. And that's if you don't get a senior therapist. Then you add $15 plus tip. You'll keep your higher tax bracket clients but you'll lose your mid level clients for sure. Have a nice day! read more

I've come back to try a facial and I booked with Skylar. She was amazing. She explained what she was putting on my skin and how it would help and her touch is so gentle and nurturing. Her facial was so relaxing. She did a peel on my face to help with my skin being dry and a peel does not make your skin actually peel but it penetrates the skin deeper than a regular mask. I didn't leave with any chemical burns which is always scary when you're getting a facial for the first time. I definitely will be booking a facial again! Skylar is amazing! On a scale of Taco Bell to Javier's, Siena is the Torchy's of the massage world. If you're looking for that resort day spa experience this isn't the place for you. But Siena is great if you're just needing a great massage. Staff is friendly and they offer you booze the moment you check in- red, white, bubbles, or Bellini. Unfortunately they don't have a changing room or couples massage room. Instead, you'll be escorted to your private room. I told my massage therapist I needed a firm massage and she certainly didn't disappoint. She focused a ton on my shoulders (guessing because she found some stubborn kinks) and my neck including extensive work on the front and sides which I'd never really experienced before. Honestly there were a couple points where I thought she was just trying to see if I'd squeal but the ends justified the means: she definitely got those knots out. Pricing is fair and the facility is clean and in good shape. I did wish the spa music in the massage room was a little louder. I'd come back but I'd probably go to my sports massage place for the utility massage and just ask for something more relaxing next time at Siena. read more

Man this was by far the BEST massage I've ever had. The waiting area is beautiful and smells amazing. I was offered a glass of bubbles upon arrival and i helped myself to some complimentary Biscoff cookies. Both of our therapists knew exactly what they were doing and they adjusted the pressure to however we wanted. This place is just beautiful! It's like going to Italy! The building was hard to find because you can't see the sign from the road you are driving on. But if you make a right you will see the sign. The inside is just like the Frisco location. I had Vanessa as my therapist and she was awesome in her techniques. The only thing I would say is that because the lotion she used is so cold and the room is so cold it was hard to relax..... It took the first 30 mins to warm the lotion up. I didn't want to have to takes meds every day so I decided to give it a try. My Dr. didn't have any suggestions on where I should go, so I started asking everyone I knew. I live in Celina so I didn't want to have to drive into Dallas. I started with the McKinney location. After 4 weeks my back pain was significantly reduced!! The cost is very well worth the customer service, the beautiful salon, and of course the relaxation of the massages. I have had Connie and Sarah and they were both excellent yet had their own styles. I requested a light to medium massage and that's what I received from both. Obviously other types of massages are offered like deep tissue, river rocks, prenatal, etc., if that's what you're looking for. Oh! I was really looking forward to my massage at Siena after reading all the reviews. I typically went to Massage Green when I was pregnant and loved them but figured I try a new place. Being a new first time mom, I was really looking forward to a good massage to decompress before returning to work in a few weeks. This place was not spectacular and unfortunately I left not feeling any better than I came in. I actually left with a huge headache which is odd since I never get headaches. I indicated on the paper they have you fill out that I was looking for a deep tissue massage. My masseuse briefly asked about my concerns and I stated I ache everywhere and that was it. I don't recall her name but that's how brief our conversation was. The massage was not a deep tissue massage and not very memorable.
