In my opinion, the billing practices at this business are extremely questionable and feel fraudulent. Even though I was not an active member, they kept my credit card on file and attempted to charge it without providing clear advance notification. I had called to book an appointment, and shortly afterward I was informed that they were going to charge my card. At no point was this process explained clearly when I made the appointment. The front desk staff were rude, dismissive, and unwilling to address my concerns. Instead of helping resolve the issue, they made the experience even more frustrating. Customers should be very careful about providing payment information to this business. Based on my experience, there is a serious lack of transparency regarding card storage, billing policies, and authorization for charges. I will never return and would strongly discourage others from doing business here.

Honestly, I reviewed several options and chose this business because of a reply to a negative review. I thought the response was professional and courteous. I imagine that can be difficult to achieve when someone says something negative about your small business. The Prosper location is a satellite office, so it is co-located with Apple Counseling. When you arrive, there is a sign on the glass partition that tells you to sit and wait for the therapist to come retrieve you. This was initially a little awkward, but it wasn't overly burdensome. The masseuse was professional and friendly. The bed was warmed for my comfort and the masseuse asked me for my preference regarding the type of massage. This came in the form of how much pressure do you prefer on a scale of 1 -10. Admittedly, I've only been to this location on one occasion, but I now understand the attraction of a routine massage. It was a comforting experience and something I hope I can find time to take advantage of again. If you are looking for a massage I would recommend this business. I imagine the experience is the same with most businesses that provide this service.
