They DO NOT accept HSA credit card…read more I had an incredible full body massage this afternoon, with hot stones and cupping, but when I went to pay it was very unfortunate to learn they didn't accept my HSA credit card. I would recommend the business to list they don't accept this kind of payment somewhere we can see online before booking time.

I paid $50 for the combo massage, which was basically 30 minutes on my feet and 30 minutes on my back. At other Asian massage foot places, a combo means a little bit on head face neck, back, arms, hands, legs, and feet. She didn't seem to know the reflexology points on the feet, and didn't dig into my feet like they usually do. This is very unfortunate for a place that says they specialize in foot massage. She did the same three moves over and over for 30 minutes. I asked for more pressure but didn't seem to make a difference. Her nails were long and kept scratching me the entire massage.

Good: Friendly, professional staff Bad: The Prosper location…read moreis co-located with another office Overall: Highly recommend I was having some discomfort in my back, so I scheduled an appointment. Honestly, I reviewed several options and chose this business because of a reply to a negative review. I thought the response was professional and courteous. I imagine that can be difficult to achieve when someone says something negative about your small business. The Prosper location is a satellite office, so it is co-located with Apple Counseling. When you arrive, there is a sign on the glass partition that tells you to sit and wait for the therapist to come retrieve you. This was initially a little awkward, but it wasn't overly burdensome. The masseuse was professional and friendly. The bed was warmed for my comfort and the masseuse asked me for my preference regarding the type of massage. This came in the form of how much pressure do you prefer on a scale of 1 -10. Admittedly, I've only been to this location on one occasion, but I now understand the attraction of a routine massage. It was a comforting experience and something I hope I can find time to take advantage of again. If you are looking for a massage I would recommend this business. I imagine the experience is the same with most businesses that provide this service. For me, the response to a negative review and my personal experience with the masseuse made this business the right choice for me.
