My first time was this week, and I have to say, I was not disappointed. As far as massages go, he ranks in the top 5 that I have ever had (and I have had a load of massages in my lifetime!!!). Usually I go into appointments just appreciating any relaxation that I get from it, however, with Avi, I actually came away feeling much looser and the tightness in my muscles (especially leg region) felt really pliable and relaxed. So if your goal in getting a massage is to actually result in feeling more flexible and looser with your body, then I highly recommend going to see Avi.

I read all of the positive reviews before scheduling an appointment online with him.... that's why I'm scratching my head right now. The reasons for my 2 stars: -1 star because his cell phone kept buzzing alerts in my ear while he worked on me... that's not relaxing to listen to. I think he even answered a text with one hand while rubbing my neck with the other during one point. -1 star because he wore a long sleeved shirt and didn't roll up the sleeves while he worked on me with his elbows and forearms. The material felt itchy and scratchy and unpleasant. I'm not sure he used massage oil on me, I think he just rubbed me down with bio freeze. Uncovered forearms and massage oil would have felt better than a scratchy shirt. -1 star because I am not a religious person would rather not hear bible/new testament stories and quotes while getting massaged. The massage was expensive, $50 for 30 mins of neck release. He has good hands and my neck does feel better, that is the reason for the 2 stars. For that price it would have been nice for him to turn off his phone and roll up his sleeves for 30 minutes. I will try Shiatsu Pro again, but will not use Avi due to the reasons above. I get regular massages 1-2x a month...even though today's first session was only 30 minutes, it could have led to many more. If I scheduled a longer 90 or 120 minute session, I would have spoken up during the massage. But since it was such a short session, I just wanted to get out of there.

Recently moved to the area and have been looking for a while. This place is easy to schedule on-line. The front desk provides a caring welcome. The ambiance is calming and all is very clean. I travel often and can assure that Wendy and this place are world-class. I already signed up for their Membership and have visited 3 times; very consistent at every visit. I do regularly 120 minutes and the price is very reasonable.
