I like that the beds are one flat surface with a hole instead of the typical head rest thing most places have which are really uncomfortable. So this type of bed is preferred imo. The massage therapist was polite and they do face massages which is nice. Overall good experience but if you want strong hands and deep pressure it's probably not the place for you.

First time was decent-ish but this time, it was 90 minutes of not a great couples massage for my hub's birthday. Our massages were so vastly different but what they had in common was that there was no obvious indicator that EITHER of our therapists could go from softer to deeper pressure to back to soft, which in a 90 minute massage gives some time for that and is precisely why we went with 90. Context- they mainly used their arms to massage. Mine somehow maintained kitten mitten pressure on me like for 90% of the massage WITH FOREARMS. There were some spots she got that felt great but it more felt like luck than intentional. I was wondering if maybe I'm just imagining that the pressure was light so many times, I couldn't actually enjoy the massage. It doesn't take too much to make me jump out of my seat when getting my feet massaged but it felt like a baby was poking me this time. I had asked for more pressure in the beginning, which improved it a little but the pressure fell off back to almost nothing quickly. I got the sense that my therapist was tired so I spent most of the massage just waiting for it to be over. My husband got ALL THE pressure for both of us within the first ten minutes- itwas all elbows / arms with zero buildup to deeper pressure. At points, she would put full pressure on BONE. After that, barely any pressure for him. His therapist used the hot stones like they were straight out of the oven, they had no time to cool. His legs were hyperextended when face up and his therapist put DIRECT pressure on his knees. There's more to unpack but those are the main highlights. The massage actually left us MORE annoyed, sore(in my husbands case) and less relaxed. But despite all that, NONE of that is what's making me leave a review. I was going to just pay for the service and MOVE ON. No tip, which probably sounds bad but honestly for a 90 minute with CBD oil, they were getting plenty from us considering we paid service when we barely got a massage. (But now I'm wondering if the CBD oil is even legit.) What's making me leave a review is I paid for the service and gone to the restroom but then the girl at the front asks if I want to leave a tip as I'm leaving, and points out our therapists are right behind me. REALLY putting that pressure out there to tip. I've never had a place do this ever, really? Bully your customers to tip? What a new low. TL;DR don't come here if you want a low tier massage and to be gaslit that you should pay more of your hard earned money, the service fee is not enough. Which is understandable, if the massage was actually decent. Don't waste your money. 1. The therapists are either not getting adequate breaks or probably aren't actually trained hence a less than desirable massage. That or maybe you need to come in earlier or just be really lucky with whoever you get. 2. When you don't want to pay a tip /additional gratuity (to show GRATITUDE), they will then HARASS you as you're leaving to leave a tip for the massage your therapist barely executed. (I have no problem tipping and I hate to be that person but dude, me & hubs been trained in massage and have had subpar massages that still did SOMETHING. This is probably the WORST massage we've ever had AND then the tipping thing was just the crappy cherry on top) In case you want to know what came of the tip thing, I gave them both $5 each, which was met with a shocked look on both of their faces. That alone was worth the experience but now we're going to look for a massage place that will ACTUALLY give some decent pressure and undo whatever tf this experience was.

I've only been in a few times, but I keep meaning to come back more often. The times I've been in here it's been all men working here and they do a great job. The pricing is for 30, 60 & 90 minutes. 60 minutes is $35, I can't remember exactly the prices for the others but it's very affordable. It's not a "get naked" kind of massage place, but a "wear loose clothing and be comfortable" kind of place. Wear shorts and a loose shirt for sure. They will concentrate on your feet, but they also work on your arms, legs, back, face and scalp. Make sure and tip the person working on you because they do good work. It's a nice and clean place in the shopping center with Kroger and next to Subway. The parking can get a little tight, but there are enough spots. My only complaint was that they had the same track of music playing over and over again, repeating every 10 minutes or so. Highly recommended. Come by and give it a try if your feet need a good massage.

I understand running behind. What I do mind is my massage being interrupted due to phone calls & walk in customers. & the time that the massage therapist was away wasn't added back in to my massage. This isn't the first time that my massage was interrupted, the last time was due to phone calls. I came back as they do a good job other than the interruptions but I won't be back again. My advice would be to only allow appointments and/or have a receptionist at the front that can assist with appointment scheduling. Oh & there is a service fee for using cards.
