I have been a client here for over 4 years and I had the worst experience since they hired the new manager at the front desk- I was asked to wait because she was fixing a fraud scam with her bank on company time and computer- the. She argued with me over a conversation she said she didn't remember but when I brought up the info I had she had a different story . I have been through 4 therapist there that have left and when you get with one for a long period of time you hate to start all over. You girl was in for an interview and she was asked to wait because the manager was still busy on the scam thing . I asked for info on the owner and she told me it didn't matter my complaint would come back to her - he didn't have time for people like me . So sad ! Luckily the new therapist was great and I had a good experience with her ! But 1 have 1 more massage paid for after that I won't be back! read more

Bought this experience on Groupon $60 for a 90 minute massage. I called in to set my appointment the next day which was so easy for 11:00AM, the receptionist then told me to arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork. Upon arriving the receptionist greeted me by name, what a wonderful touch because this put me right at ease! I arrived at 10:45AM, finished paperwork at 10:55 AM, was called back for my massage at 11:08, started around 11:12 had the massage with Dana which was fantastic. She payed attention to spots that I was most interested in, felt out the ones that were a little extra tight, avoided areas that I asked, and made sure I was comfortable. The table was pre-heated which was also a fantastic touch. The massage ended at 12:28 and I walked out at 12:33. The only thing I'm knocking off a star for is that I just wanted the full time. I had a therapeutic massage performed by Jenny and it was great! I haven't had such a good massage in a couple of months. She was very friendly and informative. She asked me what I specifically needed and fulfilled those needs. My husband bought a groupon, so it was a good deal. They were having a special going on, so after our session, we went ahead and bought the deal that they had for 2 massage sessions for $45 each. The rooms were nice and clean and they had just the right lighting and mood. They even had couple rooms which weren't an extra price either. A lot of other massage places charge extra for couple massages. I can't wait to go back again. read more

I stumbled upon Elements Massage recently after having brunch with some girlfriends. I thought, "surely they have a groupon" while pulling up the app. I was right! Before completing my purchase, I went inside to make sure they could squeeze me in. The friendly lady at the front desk called a 1 o'clock appointment to see if they could reschedule to 1:30. The customer agreed and I was able to squeeze into a 12:30 spot. The front desk person told me she would honor groupon's price but since I had groupon bucks and a coupon to use, I declined her offer. I was scheduled with Jesus. Jesus went over my problem areas...neck, back, shoulders, upper pecs. I told him to use extreme pressure on my back/shoulder areas as I could handle it. Boy did he listen. His pressure was almost too much but I know the after effects would do me good. I was left comatose after my hour long session. Jesus gave me some helpful stretching routines and explained how stretching my pecs/anterior deltoids would help relieve some of the knots in my back. I have been back to Jesus three times now and each time more satisfied than the previous. Elements Massage offers a monthly membership like Massage Envy but they are not pushy in their sales tactics. Now that I'm in their system, I have been receiving email specials which I've taken advantage of. The folks at Elements Massage are very friendly and I highly recommend them to anyone. read more

Megan is rude, defensive and will literally get up and walk away from you, telling you she isn't going to listen to you. I'm sure it was because she didn't want to hear what I had to say, so why did she bother asking me why i was cancelling my membership. Her walking off and closing the door behind her of course was only after she also made sure to tell me that she had already heard about me from Sierra, and how I was a "problem customer" who cancelled my membership in 2020. Wow, violation of personal client information, much?! I cancelled my membership in 2020 because I stopped working and wasn't sure from an affordability standpoint which memberships I would be able to continue with. read more

Right when I walked in the studio, the whole ambiance just sets the mood even before my massage had begun. The relaxing music, the ambiance, just feels so tranquil and I was in an immediate relaxed mood. I had came here for the first time yesterday for an hour massage. Scott was my therapist, he did such an amazing job, he was very knowledgeable and obviously knew what he was talking about and doing. He found soreness in spots that I didn't even know was there. He helped me have a better range in motion in my upper body, there was so much tightness from my injury that it's affected so much of my muscles. The pressure point release he did, worked wonders. Just had to tolerate some of discomfort from the pressure, but it's worth it. If this location was closer to me, I definitely would come to this location more often. The staff was very helpful and friendly, great area in Allen. I definitely would recommend this place. read more

This was my second time coming here. First time I had a great experience; I'm disappointed with the lack of costumer service this go around. I found a groupon online, knowing I had a great service last time I wanted to try it again. I called to make a same day appointment and mentioned the Groupon, they looked me up in the system and saw I had been there in the past. An hour later I called back to see if I could move the massage a day as I needed to find Someone to watch my newborn. I was told there is a 25$ cancelation fee even though I called an hour ago to set up the appointment. I arrived none the less, had the worst massage of my life. Still had to pay and tip. I let the front desk know that in the future they should make clients aware of their cancellation policy. I was told "it's on our website".... you're assuming I went there. Also was told I used a Groupon in the past (I had no idea) and that it's one per person (which I understand now) however would have been nice to know when I scheduled my appointment, told them I had a Groupon...and my account was pulled up. The lack of costumer service was beyond horrible. I will not be going back nor will I recommend this place. read more

This is quite possibly the worse massage business around. I had previously received a GREAT massage from someone here, Linda. So, I scheduled another appointment. Well, when I showed up, they said they previously cancelled my appointment yet they did not bother to call me. (I drove an hour to the appointment.) They apologized so I reschedule (with the manager Sierra) while standing in the lobby for the following Friday - May 7th. I showed up that Friday and was told I did not have an appointment. The manager previously handed me the intake forms and I had them ready and had written down the appointment and put it on my calendar AS soon as I left. I wasted 4 hours of travel over two appointments that never happened! They offer to do nothing for my time. I did NOT get a refund for a massage that was already paid for!! Absolutely the worse customer service I have ever received! I've worked in the food industry and in retail and these ladies are horrible - Sierra and Makayla. I can't speak for the actual massage services because I haven't actually been able to get in the door. I would say that the front desk service leaves a bit to be desired. I'm currently 9 months pregnant and experiencing significant back pain. My doctor referred me here hoping that I could get some relief with a prenatal massage. I went online to check it out and saw that you can book appointments online. I found a spot and put in a request. The following day, while at work, I received a voicemail that said they require a credit card on file for any appointments and since I was a new patient and didn't have one on file, they were declining my appt request. The message said I could call back and they would try to find another time for me. The first chance I had to call back was about 2 hours later. Unfortunately, the day I needed was fully booked and there were no other available options for almost a full week. Being this far along in pregnancy and in quite a bit of pain, waiting another week wasn't an option for me and I'll have to take my business elsewhere. I just wish that if this was a requirement, it either A) noted this on the site and gave you an opportunity to provide a card or B) that they gave you more of a chance to return their call rather than automatically declining your appt and leaving you with no options. I wish I could comment on the service because I really was looking forward to some pain relief and a nice massage. read more

After being a member for the past few years, cancelling my membership. All due to front desk customer service. I am suprised when the manager who I leave messages for as well as call the owner will not call me back. They refuse to refund my money though for my prepaid sessions of $89 in which I have four sessions. Nothing to do with my current therapist, but they are more worried about giving a bad customer service experience. Take my word, do not sign up or give this place any money. Let me add, before this bad customer service experience I had, the therapist prior to the current therapist I had would go drink between clients then was overly intoxicated giving me my massage. That is why I switched therapist a while back and tried not to rock the boat. Not very well run. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt back then. Should have left a lot sooner. read more

I haven't gotten a massage in almost a decade, so I thought it was time to treat myself. My massage therapist, Jesus was amazing! I have so much tension and knots in my neck and back. Jesus applied the perfect amount of pressure - not too much and no too soft. I went in from a Groupon deal and I'm so glad I chose Elements Massage! When I originally booked my appointment, I got two calls with having to change massage therapists twice due to them being sick, but honestly glad I was set up with Jesus. He did a great job! Didn't get the front desk associates name, but she was so nice and friendly as well. As I filled out my paperwork, we chatted a little bit before my massage with Jesus. On May 23, 2018, I called to cancel a previous appointment and reschedule a new appointment. I called at 5:41pm on 3/23. I spoke to a female, made an appointment for 11:00am for the following Saturday (3/31). She confirmed my appointment with Trudy and took down my Groupon number. I would have thought everything was set. Apparently not. I show up on the day of my appointment and am told there is no record of it. The receptionist offered to schedule me for a 2pm (3 hours from then). I explained I no longer lived in Allen and was only attending this location because I scheduled other errands in the area around this so I was unable to make a 2pm. I can't accurately review the therapist or the business as a whole, but I am glad to give a 1 star review on Elements Massage in Allen. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use Groupon for this location because I suspect I simply got bumped out of that spot for a "member". Likely will find out that they went ahead and voided out my Groupon, it'd be no surprise. If you chose to do try this spot I would highly recommend you call the day before and confirm your appointment and give another call the day of to be sure they don't drop the ball on you. read more

Omg! My husband and I came here for our 43rd wedding anniversary for a couples massage. First of all I'm a member. Only I joined at the richardson location. The one at the richardson location had nothing . So we tried this location! I haven't had a deep tissue like this in years! Since I saw Ashley in Richardson! And that's been a couple of years!!!!!i My husband and I both were in heaven! This location was a little out of the way , but who cares when you come out you feel like you've been to heaven. Bryan found knots I didn't know I had! And Linda put my husband to sleep while moaning! This was the best massage either of us have had in years!! This review is of the front desk staff, not the massage therapists because I have yet to see one. I just called to inquire whether they had any openings for today. I knew it was a long-shot, but you never know unless you ask. I was told, "no, we're fully booked," and then she hung up. That is NOT how you fill your schedule. You, the person on the phone, are supposed to offer alternatives. I'm sure this girl doesn't care if the therapists' schedules are full because it doesn't affect her, but it certainly affects the MTs, management, and the owners. People will take their business elsewhere and eventually, she won't have to be bothered by that annoying telephone. read more

Jamie is my therapist and is so knowledgeable (having been trained by two other therapists which had 11 and 17 years experience! This lady's motto is Do No Harm. I have physical issues and she could see the issues looking at me! Jamie works hard to help ease the physical discomfort I was experience from those issues. Jamie also offered to co-coordinate with my personal trainer to help me achieve the best results. I am blessed to have found Elements on Stacy Rd in Allen. High level of personal service with the goal of improving your life. Had my first massage here with Linda and she did an excellent job. Linda was very sweet and professional and didn't chat during the massage. However there are a couple things that I didn't care for about the establishment. The bathrooms had dusty baskets in them, the water fountain also looked dirty, the lotion that was used smelled cheap like it was a regular store bought lotion, the room was also cold because they used a fan. People are paying a big price for these services and a bit more care to the place would make it so much better. read more

I had a surprise massage set up for my wife on her birthday and they had my phone number and my credit card info and if there was any change they were supposed to call me but no they called my wife and the stupid girl was so irresponsible on the phone with my wife . They have wonderful massage therapists (I use Michelle and Shannon now), very clean rooms, very professional, good prices, friendly staff... I have been a member for a couple of years now and get massages 1-2x a month. I really like coming here. -1 star because I HATE their new online appointment booking system. Their old system was great, I could book and change appointments and look up my schedule at any time. Now, I have to call every time I want to book, change or check my appointments. If it wasn't for their New and "Improved" online booking system, they would have 10 stars. Bring back the old system.. if it ain't broke, why fix it?! read more

Very disappointed. Massage was sub par, barely any pressure even though I specifically asked for deep tissue, and said I had no injuries / issues to avoid. Massage started late, and ended early . Guy kept talking about random things to the girl who was doing my partners massage. Was warm in the room and it seemed to put my masseuse out when I asked if we could please cool the room a little. First let me say I HATE leaving bad reviews. I always try to look at the best in things but *sigh* I honestly did not have a good experience here. I booked my first appointment at Elements Allen this past weekend for a standard 60 minute massage, and was SO excited for it. I'm a working mom and never have time to relax, so this was a really, really special treat for me. When I arrived for my appointment, the front desk girl was super sweet and offered water and gave me the paperwork to fill out. So far so good. Fast forward to my appointment starting and my therapist was really sweet and kind, however she literally talked the ENTIRE appointment. I understand small talk in the beginning or lightly throughout, but literally it was the entire hour long massage. There was not more than 2 minutes of consecutive silence in the entire appointment. The massage itself was decent, she is also a reflexologist so she was letting me know a few things which were interesting, but I wasn't able to relax at all because of the constant conversation. It makes me feel badly leaving a poor review because she truly was so sweet and you could tell she was really passionate about what she does, but this was my one and only opportunity to get away for just an hour and relax for the first time in who knows how long, and I was unable to do so. I really wanted to love this place because of the reviews, but I honestly don't know if I will ever be back because why would I pay money to relax when I'm not able to do that here? *Also side note, but the as I was laying on the table, I looked up and noticed the air ducts were filthy, which was kind of a turn off as well.* read more
