Today, I had a session with Naomi, and it was an amazing experience. She truly understood my pain and limitations and worked carefully within my range of motion. I had quite a few painful moments during the session, but she handled everything with skill, patience, and care. I appreciate how respectful she was of my limitations while still effectively addressing the tight, knotted areas. That balance is not easy to find. Because of this experience, I signed up for their monthly membership and booked a longer session with Naomi. I'm also looking forward to trying other services they offer. The facility itself is clean, quiet, and very relaxing--which is a huge plus for me. I do expect to feel sore tomorrow, but as they say, no pain, no gain. The overall atmosphere also lacked relaxation, which is an important part of the experience. Unfortunately, this was the least satisfying facial I've had. The treatment would benefit from a much more thorough cleanse to start, as a lot of product was layered onto the skin. The steam was not functioning evenly and only reached one side of my face, which affected both comfort and results. Additionally, the massage pressure was extremely light -- to the point where it was difficult to tell if a massage was being performed. Overall, the facial lacked structure, confidence, and a sense of professionalism. I noticed that they charge my account and I said hi hello why would you guys charge my account before the service has been done she said she marked me as a no-show as my appointment was at four so then I proceeded to tell the front desk that whoever answered the phone told me 4:30 then I asked to speak to her manager and I asked what can she do as I am not available during the week she said there is nothing I can do but offer a refund and that's it and I asked is there anyway you could see if another location has any availability today? She said no do it yourself very unprofessional very rude. Then I asked her is there anyway she could send me proof of the refund and she clarified we cannot give you cash. It will take 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank and I said well OK please send me a copy of the receipt. She then says I sent it to you twice and walked away from me. Once I came back inside, I'll let her know that I did not receive the receipt of my refund so then I asked her. Can you please send it to me or how can I receive it since they were being very disrespectful and rude she ignored me and I said well can you print it and as I asked her to print it, she then ignores me while I'm waiting there for now two minutes and I said are you going to print it or not? She said I can't print it. My manager is. She then gave me my receipt and I said thank you and she said nothing. Please don't go here. Choose another location as I did. Frisco location is way better than this one.
