UNSATISFIED! I will never come back to this spot again. Honestly, it felt like a waste of time and money. I should have read the reviews beforehand, which I usually do, but my friend was visiting from out of town and we just wanted to unwind and get a foot massage together. I went with the spot that had the most reviews and one of the highest ratings that popped up, so I figured we were making a safe choice. We were able to schedule a same day appointment for two, which I thought was a good start. When we arrived, we were greeted and escorted into a room where we covered ourselves with a sheet and had towels placed over our eyes. The environment itself was actually very zen, with relaxing background music, so I was looking forward to finally relaxing. Unfortunately, once the massage started, my experience went downhill. About 10 minutes in, the woman massaging me started falling asleep during my massage! I would move, and she would wake up and continue as if nothing happened. This happened several times, and eventually I was completely over it. I didn't want to interrupt my friend because she seemed to be enjoying her massage, so I just tried to let it go. I specifically asked for firm pressure, but I barely felt any pressure at all. The massage felt extremely lazy and lacked the technique and effort I was expecting. Afterward, my friend and I compared our experiences, and she also felt that her massage was too light and lazy. She said she has definitely had better foot massages elsewhere. I honestly felt bad that this was her experience while visiting from out of town. Definitely not coming back! read more

I traveled from California to Texas for a birthday celebration and booked four massages at this business. On the day of our appointments, we called multiple times to confirm due to schedule changes. When we finally reached someone, we were told no appointments existed and no deposit had been recorded, then the call was abruptly ended. We drove an hour to the location, only to be told our appointments had been changed for a larger group. When requesting a refund, the staff member yelled at us, threatened to call the police, and made a racially discriminatory comment about us entering the building. The police were called and confirmed we would receive a refund electronically. This experience was unprofessional, upsetting, and discriminatory. I do not recommend this business. read more

I was really hoping this would be a good experience but the customer service here was awful. I arrived and the receptionist was RUSHING ME like no other. No sort of warm greeting, hello, nothing. I understand a busy schedule but if I would have known they treat customers like that I wouldn't have bothered. Linda was very nice even with the language barrier. The room was a bit warm as I was sweating and the hole where your face is supposed to go when laying on your stomach was a sheet? So you are just breathing in warm air. All in all, Linda was amazing but your front person needs a lot more customer service training. read more

My wife and I went in for deep tissue massage. We ordered an hour massage, and my wife requested that they specifically focus on her back, and not other areas. She only received a 30 minute massage, and good thing too. During the massage, the lady pulled my wife's panties down and fully exposed her backside uncovered without her permission and was rubbing her upper backside, sensually, not therapeutic. She straddled her on her backside and also strutted her front ways where her crotch was near her face. She was massaging her hindside, in ways that was not therapeutic. Enough said, it was unprofessional and my wife feels sexually violated. After the massage, they forced us to tip $30, the difference between the time we didn't get during the session. After reporting this, and posting a negative review elsewhere, the owner called to offer a refund. After giving a refund, they requested that we remove the feedback from public view. Well this was reported to an agency that investigates the legitimacy of licensing. When they asked the company about the allegations, they denied the entire complaint and said that my wife was fully covered the whole time. The fact that they would lie, proves they understand that wrong doing was done. We were anticipating they may say the lady was not trained or made a mistake, but instead just claimed it didn't happen. Well, my wife was sexually violated and there is nothing else we can do. read more

Walked in to book the Yelp special and was told that they no longer offer the special. Staff member was rushed and was not helpful at all. She told me if I wanted to book I should do it online. This is after I waited about 5 minutes for her to come to the desk. I am assuming she was one of the massage therapist and was in the middle of a procedure. In that case it might be a good practice to lock the front door or at least the door to the back hallway if no one can be at the front desk. I would not feel safe getting a massage there especially given the increase in crime in Frisco as of late. I was very disappointed with this visit given the good reviews. Note: this review was based on the customer service I received on my visit, not on the quality of their massages. In my opinion customer service is just as important as the service offered. read more

We went here for my husband's birthday. We got a 2 hour package each. The service was so good! I never felt uncomfortable or uneasy. The massage was one of the better ones we have had over the years! I ordered a relaxing 90-minute Swedish massage with 30 minutes of relaxing scalp massage. I was very rushed on the way in. Not very professional....more like a nail spa. Barely had time to get undressed. Sheets were undesirable. No heated towels in the room. She kept going in and out for things. I received a very unrelaxing deep tissue massage. I told the masseuse to be please be softer which lasted about 5 minutes each time I asked. I got dressed and she came back in apologetic and stated she still owed me 30 minutes. I told her I was good but she insisted she finish. I was miserable. If you need a deep tissue massage, this is your place. If it's a relaxing, clean and luxurious establishment you are looking for, pass this one by. read more

I went to have a back/feet combo massage for one hour. Wow! Sophia was simply amazing. I left the place on cloud 9. It was exactly what I needed on a cold Monday. This was my first time here. Its a small location on teel and main in Frisco. I made an appointment last week. I got there today right at 5. I filled some paperwork and Sophia was ready for me. The room was small and cozy. With dimmed light and the music. The mattress would warm up and I could choose how hot I wanted it. Sophia gave me some time to undressed and when I was ready she came and she asked how I wanted the pressure and which part of ny body I wanted to focus more. Wow! She even did my face! Again- I cannot wait to go again. I love massages and I really enjoy foot rubs as well. She did such a great job. Go check it out if you enjoy massages. read more

I came in for an hour massage today, and it was rushed. I asked for hard pressure due to the pains in my lower back but was given mid pressure. I already told the staff but felt urged to also go ahead and leave a review because I still tipped even though I wasn't satisfied. The reviews are true they will rush you. I recommend if you do go to this place go early in the day so you get people who aren't rushing. read more

Stay Away - They Care More About Money Than Customers( also be aware of their fake reviews - it's clear they have used them to raise their score) and they aren't even BBB acredited. Such a joke. They knocked on the door 20 seconds after the therapist left. And then allowed ten seconds between each knock. And my husband was putting on my shoes. It's such a shame of what lengths people will go to. The couple they are referring to were shaking their head due to the I professionalism of this place. Just beware of this lack of professionalism. This place is a total scam. We paid for a full session but were shorted on our time. When we brought it up, the front desk staff didn't apologize or try to make it right. Instead, they pointed to a hidden sign--buried behind other items--like they were deliberately trying to hide their shady policy. This crucial information was nowhere on their website. When we tried to address the issue, the staff member blatantly ignored us, dismissed our concerns, and eventually walked away while we were still speaking. He seemed like he had some sort of major stress disorder or a ticking time bomb. Very scary. Another employee came out, but instead of actually listening, they brushed us off, saying, "It's a holiday, we're busy," as if that somehow justified ripping off customers. Their attitude made it clear: they only care about packing in as many appointments (and dollars) as possible rather than delivering the service people actually pay for. And from what I can see in other negative reviews, this is a pattern. Instead of owning up to their terrible service, they just lie and make excuses, twisting the story to make themselves look good. I'm sure they'll do the same here. Run far, far away. There are plenty of other places where you'll actually be respected as a customer. This is NOT one of them. read more

My husband and I come here often. All of the massages I had there were always good, especially with like seeing Emily. The individual rooms are always clean, temperature is pleasant, and other salons I'm usually super cold. Someone mentioned a pet grooming, place next door - I've never heard any sounds of any animals. This place is friendly, efficient, quality massages for a reasonable price . This place is definitely not worth the hype everyone says, I'm an athlete so I get massages done a lot and was in frisco and wanted to find a new place for fun, found the "best place in frisco" and saw all the good reviews so I know I had to give it a go, the customer service was okay, the usual of what you should expect, the massage alone wasn't worth the price at all, i hate to be so negative but I expected a lot out of this place for the reviews and maybe the person giving me my massage was tired that day, maybe it would be better another day, all possibilities just the time I went, the massage was average didn't feel all that great and I would go somewhere else read more

My mom and I did a couples massage here for my birthday weekend, they were incredibly kind, and we both left feeling relaxed!

Jenne was amazing, I had lower back and left feet pain due to twisted leg a week ago. The only challenge was she couldn't speak English and communicate, but owner Mark did ask me to add in a paper things where I liked to emphasise during massage and it helped a lot. It was surprising my pain was 90% gone. My spouse also took a facial and she was also happy we visited this place. Amazing how pain that bothered me for weeks went away in an hour. Good place to explore, possibly do ask in advance owners explain to the ones working what are your pain points and that would help making it easy for you and for ones working. read more

The sweetest ladies working here. I came because I was having incredible back stiffness and neck pain. One of the best massages I've had in the area. I needed to get a Lymphatic Drainage Massage and I am happy to find this place. Most massage spas don't offer this service and many of us don't know that is what you need when you have been diagnosed with Edema (swelling in legs and feet). I've never had a professional massage before so I opted to do a couple's one for my first time and overall, it was a nice experience. The ladies were excellent. The guy up front (the owner maybe) was also really cool, too. It's a good value for the buck. My only criticism was they seemed a little scattered. We arrived 15mins before our scheduled time because we didn't know what the check in process was like but we weren't seen until 10-15mins after our appointment was supposed to start. I don't know if it was because it's the weekend before Valentine's Day or what, but they were super busy and the little lobby couldn't possibly house the dozen or so people waiting for their sessions. We weren't given any instructions but having looked up what to do online (haha!) we stripped down to what we were comfortable in -- socks and undies -- and cowered under the covers. Again, we had no clue what we were in for but they made us feel comfortable all the while. I say they must've been scatterbrained because we prepaid when we booked online for a 90-minute session, but when we got to the car, we'd realized we'd only been in there for an hour -- I specifically remember looking at my watch and thinking "darn, it's 2:10. My ass is killing me" (the bench was hard) and then moments later getting called back. When we got to the car it was 3:15. I'm kicking myself for not being more attentive to the time at check out and speaking up sooner, but I'm also half frowning at the folks for not giving us our full time to begin with. I mean, an hour sufficed, but I really would've loved the extra 30mins I paid for. Oh well, I guess. read more

Great massages here! Every time we're in here, we feel relaxed and leave knowing we are going to feel great the next day!

We visited them again this past weekend. Unfortunately the quality of the massage was not as good as before. We arrived at 7:28p for a 90 minute couples massage. They started 13 minutes late and stopped right at 9p. Within the allotted time, there were parts of my body that they never massaged. The massage started out firm but quickly became lighter and lighter. I likely won't go back, but wish them all the best. read more

Amazing little find! Great customer service. I called last minute and got an appointment really fast. I got a text confirmation and when i got there it was calm and soothing. I filled out a quick questionnaire for where i feel pain. Great pricing and amazing service. thank you so much!!! I definitely recommend this spot for everyone!!!! read more

Over all massage was not very good, I highlighted the spots I wanted massaged and did not put arms once so ever. She spent 20 minutes on my arms and shoulders, specifically on my shoulder bone which hurt a lot. Not the good massage kind of hurt, I was saying ow loudly multiple times but was too nervous to say stop because I'm not a complainer. The only good part was the hot stones and the 20 second eyebrow and head massage. read more

I had an amazing massage and hot stones by Yuyu, I highly recommend checking out this place.

Went for a couple's massage here and loved it! Very friendly staff, they really know what they're doing and they're very communicative while giving massages. The girls who did our 60 min body massages did a great job! You pay online first before going into the appointment. When you walk in you fill out a form about any issues you may have and where you want the massage focused on. It was relaxing, clean and had wonderful staff. It was $60 for an hour so $120 for a couples massage. Loved it and we'll be back! read more

Massage on Main left me with a very enjoyable massage experience. Hanna was very accommodating and made sure that I had the best massage possible. She asked about my preferences in regard to pressure and areas that I needed extra attention.
