I traveled from California to Texas for a birthday celebration and booked four massages at this business. On the day of our appointments, we called multiple times to confirm due to schedule changes. When we finally reached someone, we were told no appointments existed and no deposit had been recorded, then the call was abruptly ended. We drove an hour to the location, only to be told our appointments had been changed for a larger group. When requesting a refund, the staff member yelled at us, threatened to call the police, and made a racially discriminatory comment about us entering the building. The police were called and confirmed we would receive a refund electronically. This experience was unprofessional, upsetting, and discriminatory. I do not recommend this business. read more

I was really hoping this would be a good experience but the customer service here was awful. I arrived and the receptionist was RUSHING ME like no other. No sort of warm greeting, hello, nothing. I understand a busy schedule but if I would have known they treat customers like that I wouldn't have bothered. Linda was very nice even with the language barrier. The room was a bit warm as I was sweating and the hole where your face is supposed to go when laying on your stomach was a sheet? So you are just breathing in warm air. My wife and I went in for deep tissue massage. We ordered an hour massage, and my wife requested that they specifically focus on her back, and not other areas. She only received a 30 minute massage, and good thing too. During the massage, the lady pulled my wife's panties down and fully exposed her backside uncovered without her permission and was rubbing her upper backside, sensually, not therapeutic. She straddled her on her backside and also strutted her front ways where her crotch was near her face. She was massaging her hindside, in ways that was not therapeutic. Enough said, it was unprofessional and my wife feels sexually violated. After the massage, they forced us to tip $30, the difference between the time we didn't get during the session. After reporting this, and posting a negative review elsewhere, the owner called to offer a refund. After giving a refund, they requested that we remove the feedback from public view. Well this was reported to an agency that investigates the legitimacy of licensing. When they asked the company about the allegations, they denied the entire complaint and said that my wife was fully covered the whole time. The fact that they would lie, proves they understand that wrong doing was done. We were anticipating they may say the lady was not trained or made a mistake, but instead just claimed it didn't happen. Walked in to book the Yelp special and was told that they no longer offer the special. Staff member was rushed and was not helpful at all. She told me if I wanted to book I should do it online. This is after I waited about 5 minutes for her to come to the desk. I am assuming she was one of the massage therapist and was in the middle of a procedure. In that case it might be a good practice to lock the front door or at least the door to the back hallway if no one can be at the front desk. I would not feel safe getting a massage there especially given the increase in crime in Frisco as of late. I was very disappointed with this visit given the good reviews. Note: this review was based on the customer service I received on my visit, not on the quality of their massages. I told the masseuse to be please be softer which lasted about 5 minutes each time I asked. I got dressed and she came back in apologetic and stated she still owed me 30 minutes. I went to have a back/feet combo massage for one hour. Wow! Sophia was simply amazing. I left the place on cloud 9. It was exactly what I needed on a cold Monday. This was my first time here. Its a small location on teel and main in Frisco. I made an appointment last week. I got there today right at 5. I filled some paperwork and Sophia was ready for me. The room was small and cozy. With dimmed light and the music. The mattress would warm up and I could choose how hot I wanted it. Sophia gave me some time to undressed and when I was ready she came and she asked how I wanted the pressure and which part of ny body I wanted to focus more. Wow! She even did my face! This place is a total scam. We paid for a full session but were shorted on our time. When we brought it up, the front desk staff didn't apologize or try to make it right. Instead, they pointed to a hidden sign--buried behind other items--like they were deliberately trying to hide their shady policy. This crucial information was nowhere on their website. When we tried to address the issue, the staff member blatantly ignored us, dismissed our concerns, and eventually walked away while we were still speaking. He seemed like he had some sort of major stress disorder or a ticking time bomb. Very scary. Another employee came out, but instead of actually listening, they brushed us off, saying, "It's a holiday, we're busy," as if that somehow justified ripping off customers. Their attitude made it clear: they only care about packing in as many appointments (and dollars) as possible rather than delivering the service people actually pay for. And from what I can see in other negative reviews, this is a pattern. Instead of owning up to their terrible service, they just lie and make excuses, twisting the story to make themselves look good. I've never had a professional massage before so I opted to do a couple's one for my first time and overall, it was a nice experience. The ladies were excellent. The guy up front (the owner maybe) was also really cool, too. It's a good value for the buck. My only criticism was they seemed a little scattered. We arrived 15mins before our scheduled time because we didn't know what the check in process was like but we weren't seen until 10-15mins after our appointment was supposed to start. I don't know if it was because it's the weekend before Valentine's Day or what, but they were super busy and the little lobby couldn't possibly house the dozen or so people waiting for their sessions. We weren't given any instructions but having looked up what to do online (haha!) we stripped down to what we were comfortable in -- socks and undies -- and cowered under the covers. Again, we had no clue what we were in for but they made us feel comfortable all the while. I say they must've been scatterbrained because we prepaid when we booked online for a 90-minute session, but when we got to the car, we'd realized we'd only been in there for an hour -- I specifically remember looking at my watch and thinking "darn, it's 2:10. My ass is killing me" (the bench was hard) and then moments later getting called back. When we got to the car it was 3:15. I'm kicking myself for not being more attentive to the time at check out and speaking up sooner, but I'm also half frowning at the folks for not giving us our full time to begin with. She spent 20 minutes on my arms and shoulders, specifically on my shoulder bone which hurt a lot. The girls who did our 60 min body massages did a great job! You pay online first before going into the appointment. When you walk in you fill out a form about any issues you may have and where you want the massage focused on. It was relaxing, clean and had wonderful staff.
