It's a true deep tissue reflexology massage place . I called and some AirPods were being picked up that morning at a Target in Plano, so it wasn't an international fraud ring. I'd not used that credit card in weeks and it was a"strange" coincidence that I'd just used it at Top Feet the night before. I cancelled the order and my card immediately. Can't prove my card info was stolen at Top Feet, but it sure is ominous and probable. Be careful with your card, valuables and other info here. And make sure your alerts are on!

There's no technique (even though they claim they are licensed as massage therapists). There's no understanding of anatomy. Just repetitive movements over and over and over. Want deep tissue? That just means "press harder" in chinese massage. No technique. No understanding. Will it help? Sure, some. Is it worth the price. Nope. Are these trained professionals? Nope. This is basically the wild, wild west of massage. If you go, be prepared to have the silver surfer surfing all over your back, butt, and legs. Oh, and you won't have a sheet anywhere--they just peel it off leaving you fully exposed. Do yourself a favor and go to a real trained and licensed massage therapist. This place is not worth your time or your (big chunk of) money.

This place has been open for many years and I've gone there for many years. I'm finally writing a…read morereview because of my last visit. It's always been hit or miss. Less than half the time I go it's great. Like, 30% of the time. The other 70% it's strange or ridiculous. They have frequent customer cards which I have never been able to redeem. Whatever is explained to me, with pointing to the card, I do not understand. The employees will carry on conversations out loud rather than respecting the 'relax' part of the business name. You can clearly hear everything from the mall. When I once did get a table massage the 'therapist' left the door open. I could hear the sounds from the mall and there was no music. It was horrible. My last visit I asked for a 20 minute chair massage and 30 minute foot reflexology. Halfway through the chair massage they changed therapists. The next one's only technique was to crush muscle with his elbow. I asked if he would do the other side of my back- which hadn't been worked on, and ended up getting charged an extra ten minutes for that. Foot reflexology normally consisted of foot massage and then pointed pressure on each reflexology point. What I got was my feet slapped and then scraped, which hurt on the arch of my foot, with a stone. The worst part was that the therapist did not follow draping techniques as taught by the Texas Health Department's Massage guidelines. I was wearing a shirt. At the end of the session my therapist bent one of my knees and pressed it across my other leg (in yoga this is a stretching twist). He allowed my butt to be exposed and didn't bother to move the blanket/towel to cover my backside. At all. At the end of the session he pulled the towel by the corner as he walked away, exposing me since my skirt was up to my crotch- thanks to the stretching. I felt like they'd made me into a joke. They DO NOT practice massage therapy techniques approved or taught by most licensed massage therapy teachers.

Found this spot that's only 5 minutes away. Let me give you a slight background of my massage spots normally. I will go on groupon and pick a spot close to me that I can get an appointment with ASAP. I don't spend more than $50 for a massage. We decided on the $30 reflexology which is for an HOUR! Soooo great! This is the spot I will always go to now when I need a massage. no more groupon or livingsocial for massages!! About the charging on credit card. It clearly says they charge you $2 for the TAX on credit cards. I paid $60 even plus $12 tip (Reflexology for two people)... So they didn't charge me tax, which is AWESOME! =)
