I don't like writing bad reviews, but I feel people should know. My usual place was booked for a…read morequick walk-in, so I decided to try this place based on the reviews. I requested a 60-minute massage, which should have been $60 plus tip. However, I was asked four times--before and during the massage--if I wanted to upgrade to 90 minutes. I repeatedly said no. The worst part? When I went to pay, they charged me $90. I didn't request or receive the hot stone/hot pad massage, yet I was still charged for it. Even during the session, I was asked if I wanted it and said no. As for the massage itself, it was a mediocre (C-minus) massage at best. The constant upselling and unexpected charges made the whole experience frustrating. It felt like they were more focused on squeezing extra money out of me than providing a good service. She kept on burping too. Make sure you clarify pricing upfront and confirm what you're getting before starting. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

First, I made an appointment at their website. When I got to the location and told them I had an…read moreappointment they looked at me like they had no idea of what I was talking about. On the website, they ask what you want so then because they aren't aware of their own website scheduling they were trying to upsell me and I had to do the whole this is what I want dance and say no to the upsell. The prices and information on the website do not match what is in person at the location. Second, the massage. I first said an hour but within 10 minutes I changed it to 30 minutes. I knew I could not handle a whole hour of what my massage therapist was doing. It was painful and not relaxing. She continuously hit my ankle bones with the hot stones over and over. This massage was completely transactional. With bodywork, there should be some sort of care. There was none. I still left a 20% tip. I won't be going back.

I also called 20 minutes prior to our appointments and verified the time. When we got there, they said to come back in an hour. The prices were also outdated. The list of services and prices at the front desk is not the same as the website. I got the $40 combo and my husband got the $55 deep tissue. My combo was mostly feet, which is fine with me but the part that was supposed to be neck ended up being pinches through a towel. She also left twice during the massage. Once to help a customer who walked in. Not only did it interrupt my massage, she cut into my time. She ended the massage the same time as my husband's even though she left twice. Bummed. We wanted this to be our regular spot.

They DO NOT accept HSA credit card…read more I had an incredible full body massage this afternoon, with hot stones and cupping, but when I went to pay it was very unfortunate to learn they didn't accept my HSA credit card. I would recommend the business to list they don't accept this kind of payment somewhere we can see online before booking time.
