We booked an appointment for 2:00pm since they dont accept walk ins, i called them at 11am confirming and they said its too busy and they cant take me, but they already took my $20 deposit and don't want to give it back. The website doesn't give refunds if you cancelled before 24 hours, they kept telling me that I was calling the wrong number and that they have a lot of customers and hang up. NEVER BOOK THIS PLACE! read more

This is my second time here. The first time was amazing. This time was exactly the experience that some of the recent reviewers left. Her phone kept dinging and the alarm kept going off every 15 minutes. She left the room several times, one time for 15 minutes, and another for 10 minutes. And two other times for at least 5 minutes. She tried to explain on Google translate that something about the owner being out of town and about a woman who had appointments not showing up... I really couldn't discern what she was trying to tell me. And honestly I don't really care either. On the 15 minute break, she actually gave somebody else a massage. Not sure what kind of massage you can give in 15 minutes but that's what she did. It was a couples massage and they both talked incessantly the entire time. I actually had to stop and shush them. At one point they were laughing and felt like they were talking about my body. She never flipped me over, never worked my quads, my chest, my scalp or face. She was completely discombobulated. I was so upset I got up and almost walked out, but they convinced me to stay and would charge me less money. In the end, literally the worst experience I've ever had and I have probably been to at least a dozen different similar businesses and have had at least 100 of these massages. read more

How am I going to explain to the therapist to put less pressure if she can't understand English. I tried sign language which didn't not help nor did it help that I was wincing in pain and pulling my leg back. Such a useless/unhelpful response from the business owner. Helps make it clear that I'm never going back there. Oh and they also charge $5 extra if you're not paying cash read more

Extremely disappointed. I booked an appointment online. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told they "didn't have enough people working" and to "come back tomorrow". Why have an online booking option if you aren't going to abide by it? People drive miles and use (expensive) gas only to be told... come back tomorrow? Sorry, but that business model doesn't work for me.... Or anyone, I would imagine. A phone call ahead of time would have been cool. read more

My wife and I had been going here for over a year. The last couple of times we had terrible experiences. The therapist talked the entire time and kept leaving the room. It was not a relaxing experience. On top of that they expected a tip. We miss the old management company. read more

Been going here for 2 and a half years and loved it! Unfortunately I think they have changed ownership and staff. Our last 2 couples massages went like this...masseuse going in and out to answer the door and phone, cut us short on time, and the masseuses talking the whole time and laughing loudly. Not very relaxing at all. So sad to leave here and have to find a new massage studio. read more

Can get a same day appointment. Good massage. Their Engish isn't very good. Good price and nice atmosphere.

Alice did a great job! I went in with a lot of back pain and Alice was able to break all the knots and relieve me of pain. I walked out feeling great! I think the ownership of this place recently changed. The new owner is making upgrades for a great client experience. read more

Alice was wonderful, the people are very kind and friendly! I feel relaxed just from talking with the people there alone :) I had a nice conversation with Alice and my impression has been that she is someone with very high integrity and cares a lot about quality service. When the payment system broke down, rather than paying everything upfront including tip for convenience, she wanted to still pay tip at the end because you shouldn't tip before you even tried the massage. You can tell this is different because other massage places may ask you for tip first and not really have same standards of service and integrity. The massage was also one of the nicest one I've had and is one of my new go-to places when I'm stressed out. As someone who sometimes have uncontrollable thoughts, the head massage melted that away. I feel this is great for anyone who gets anxious or thinks a lot. Have a great day! read more

Mia was the best massage therapist they ever had! She always massaged with love! She was incredible and now she is gone!

Visiting from San Diego and desperately need a massage from all the work from home I've been doing and traveling at the same time. This was close by the hotel so I thought I'd try it. It was a great experience and my masseuse, Alice, was awesome! Will schedule again before I go back to San Diego. read more

When my monthly massage person cancelled for the 4th time (over the course of year) -- I went to Green Touch Massage and had one of the best deep tissue massages !!! They are always available, and have several techniques offered; as well as hot stones and essential oils. I will be canceling the monthly membership and giving my business to Green Touch. read more

I've gone to many massage therapist in the past and Mea is by far the best i"ve ever used. She is a hard worker and do her very best to make me feel better once I leave. I was using a chiropractor and I can say, I get better results when I get massages from, Mea. I very much enjoyed the attention to detail when she is massaging various parts of my body and stretching or massaging based on what's needed, in a way that can actually help my pain points feel better. In comparison to a massages from a place like massage envy, my experience here felt way more therapeutic and would provide lasting results for the next few days. I highly recommend Mea and will definitely be returning! I come in at least once a week for my condition. If I did not see her once a week, I would be in a lot of pain. Now, I'm able to have a better quality of life w/pain, Thanks to Mea. read more

I've been to Green Touch quite often. I always get a great massage no matter who the masseuse. I decided to take my wife with me for a couples message. The room was the right size as some can be so big you don't even realize you are in a couples massage. The massage is a perfect balance between feeling relaxed afterwards with relieved muscles without feel sore. My wife enjoyed it so much that she will become a regular! read more

Don't go this store! They forced customer to pay credit card before service. When the fee was overcharged before getting the service, I didn't want to sign the credit card transaction and I left the store. The store still submitted fraud transaction to get money from credit card company. read more

Fantastic massage. The manager was extremely nice. I have had lots of massages in the past and this was one of the best.

The massage was incredible, and the therapist was very friendly. It's the first time I ever had a massage where the therapist actually stepped on my back; it surprised me, but felt great. They have different options, but I did the 60 minute body massage. I just walked in without an appointment, and got lucky they had an hour available for me. It's probably better to call ahead, though; I think next time I'll try the 90 minute massage. For those of you that go to the gym, it feels especially good after working out. I went after doing a workout for my back and biceps, and after leaving the gym, the massage felt amazing for my muscles. read more

Worth Every Penny ! We came here for a couple massage. They have COUPLE room, not separated room. The massage was wonderful. It's was very relaxing and We left feeling renewed. It was also very clean and the staff was really friendly. Love this place and recommended it everyone! read more

These ladies were able to accommodate a last minute scheduling for 3 people yesterday. My husband and I had a couples massage and each felt so much better. My masseuse was a small woman, but was able to easily give a great deep tissue massage. We were so impressed that today we stopped by to tip them more. If you are thinking of scheduling an appointment, do it. They are amazing. read more

This place gave me one of the best massages I've ever received. I had strained a back muscle and after 4 days of pain and stiffness, I walked into this place. Pricing is reasonable and they accommodated me within 10 minutes of calling. An hour later, no more back pain! I dropped a star because the walls are paper thin and I could hear a client yak yakking away and it interrupted the quiet. Other than that,'great place. read more

Love this place. Cynthia does the best massages! I Highly recommend her. I usually go once a week but sometimes I don't make it so I end up hurting. She is very keen at knowing how to work out the kinks and she uses Cynthias medicine to help out! Can't say enough about her. The place itself while is not the spa like atmosphere you may be used to, what does it matter. read more

After a stressful week and driving all the way out to the DFW airport I decided to treat myself to a massage. I call the place ahead of time to make sure they have time for me. Arrived, greeted and the front desk lady remember me! How nice, quick bathroom break and head to the dark calming private massage room. This is my 2nd session, 1 hour, Swedish Massage. I got Helen and she was amazing with her hands and just the right pressure. Also periodically check with me if the pressure was good enough. Overall I'm so glad I came back for another session. I know it's been awhile but this is exactly what I needed. Gave me the perfect massage and the good kind of chills! Thank you! Will be coming back again, soon :) Happy Pampering yourself! read more

Green Touch Massage - Massage Near Me - The Colony, Texas

I have been here a couple times, and although it hasn't been a horrifying experience, it is very relaxing and peaceful which I love! However, every time I request a deep tissue massage, I feel as if no deeper pressure is added. :( But I do recommend this place to those who enjoy Swedish massages! Enjoy. read more

Great experience with Tina. She was able to unlock my very tense upper back with exactly the right pressure. She followed that up with a very relaxing full body work over. She found several areas that needed work, including my lower back/hip area that I didn't realize were so tense. First time customer at Green Touch, and I'll certainly be back. read more

Relaxing massage from a polite and accommodating Asian woman. The place was poorly lit and looked closed when I arrived so I was a bit confused at first. However, I was met by a very pleasant lady when I entered the business and the lighting was adjusted to not be so dark. I arrived just after sunset so I think they just hadn't turned on more inside lights to accommodate for the time of day. My massage was excellent and I would return. I would give five stars but I didn't like the the way the table was prepared. They used a clean paper table covering on top of the bottom sheet. I'm accustomed to just a clean fresh sheet which is my first preference. Overall an excellent review just adjusting my rating since there is a little room for improvement but no major issues. read more

My husband and I got a couples deep tissue massage here today and we are both feeling great! I have a spinal condition so my lower back and legs are usually always in some sort of pain and when I left here I had zero pain. They are very good at reading the body and attacking pressure points. I highly recommend these ladies! read more

Fantastic highly recommend. One of the best messages I have ever had. Will be going back

This was a truly blissful experience. The therapist was highly skilled, the ambiance was clean, simple and relaxing,. Overall an incredible value. I got a 90 minute massage and since I suffer from osteoarthritis in my knees, I knew there would be some potentially painful moments. She was very intuitive and adjusted the pressure appropriately. There's not a lot of communication, so you should speak up about what you want. Regardless, I am looking forward to going back. read more

Hands down the best massage I've ever had! It's walk-in, but, like other reviewers, I also recommend a quick call ahead of time. There are private rooms versus the big, everyone's in the same room-room, and it makes it a really nice experience. This isn't your resort or fancy day spas so don't expect cucumber water, robes or saunas... you pay for a massage and let me tell you, head to toe, front and back, hot towels, very clean, private quiet dark room with soothing music is all i need. 60 mins $65 - HELL YES, bargain for what i got!!!! Walked in with a migraine, walked out pain free!!! I'll be back on a regular basis! !! Lisa, you hands rocked!! read more

This was the best massage I have ever had in my life, and I've had lots of massages. I made sure to call ahead so that I did not have to wait. When I arrived I was taken immediately into a private room. during the normal 60 minute full body massage they will give you a scalp massage and a mini facial massage included. Your masseuse will also take hot wet towels to clean off the massage oil- I appreciated this because I was on my lunch break and had to get back into my work clothes. I highly recommend this business and plan to come back soon. Thank you ladies! read more

Everytime I visit I get a great massage. I've had the foot massage and full body several times. This is a place where you can call the day of and get in. Prices are reasonable. They do not speak English well, but they are able to communicate enough to accommodate different pressures and working on specific pain spots. You don't have to spend a lot of money to feel great after an hour. read more
