We booked an appointment for 2:00pm since they dont accept walk ins, i called them at 11am confirming and they said its too busy and they cant take me, but they already took my $20 deposit and don't want to give it back. The website doesn't give refunds if you cancelled before 24 hours, they kept telling me that I was calling the wrong number and that they have a lot of customers and hang up. This is my second time here. The first time was amazing. This time was exactly the experience that some of the recent reviewers left. Her phone kept dinging and the alarm kept going off every 15 minutes. She left the room several times, one time for 15 minutes, and another for 10 minutes. And two other times for at least 5 minutes. She tried to explain on Google translate that something about the owner being out of town and about a woman who had appointments not showing up... I really couldn't discern what she was trying to tell me. And honestly I don't really care either. On the 15 minute break, she actually gave somebody else a massage. Not sure what kind of massage you can give in 15 minutes but that's what she did. It was a couples massage and they both talked incessantly the entire time. I actually had to stop and shush them. At one point they were laughing and felt like they were talking about my body. She never flipped me over, never worked my quads, my chest, my scalp or face. She was completely discombobulated. I was so upset I got up and almost walked out, but they convinced me to stay and would charge me less money. In the end, literally the worst experience I've ever had and I have probably been to at least a dozen different similar businesses and have had at least 100 of these massages. read more

Why have an online booking option if you aren't going to abide by it? People drive miles and use (expensive) gas only to be told... come back tomorrow? Alice was wonderful, the people are very kind and friendly! I feel relaxed just from talking with the people there alone :) I had a nice conversation with Alice and my impression has been that she is someone with very high integrity and cares a lot about quality service. When the payment system broke down, rather than paying everything upfront including tip for convenience, she wanted to still pay tip at the end because you shouldn't tip before you even tried the massage. You can tell this is different because other massage places may ask you for tip first and not really have same standards of service and integrity. The massage was also one of the nicest one I've had and is one of my new go-to places when I'm stressed out. As someone who sometimes have uncontrollable thoughts, the head massage melted that away. I've gone to many massage therapist in the past and Mea is by far the best i"ve ever used. She is a hard worker and do her very best to make me feel better once I leave. I was using a chiropractor and I can say, I get better results when I get massages from, Mea. I very much enjoyed the attention to detail when she is massaging various parts of my body and stretching or massaging based on what's needed, in a way that can actually help my pain points feel better. In comparison to a massages from a place like massage envy, my experience here felt way more therapeutic and would provide lasting results for the next few days. I highly recommend Mea and will definitely be returning! I come in at least once a week for my condition. If I did not see her once a week, I would be in a lot of pain. The massage was incredible, and the therapist was very friendly. It's the first time I ever had a massage where the therapist actually stepped on my back; it surprised me, but felt great. They have different options, but I did the 60 minute body massage. I just walked in without an appointment, and got lucky they had an hour available for me. It's probably better to call ahead, though; I think next time I'll try the 90 minute massage. For those of you that go to the gym, it feels especially good after working out. I got Helen and she was amazing with her hands and just the right pressure. Also periodically check with me if the pressure was good enough. Overall I'm so glad I came back for another session. Relaxing massage from a polite and accommodating Asian woman. The place was poorly lit and looked closed when I arrived so I was a bit confused at first. However, I was met by a very pleasant lady when I entered the business and the lighting was adjusted to not be so dark. I arrived just after sunset so I think they just hadn't turned on more inside lights to accommodate for the time of day. My massage was excellent and I would return. I would give five stars but I didn't like the the way the table was prepared. They used a clean paper table covering on top of the bottom sheet. I'm accustomed to just a clean fresh sheet which is my first preference. Everytime I visit I get a great massage. I've had the foot massage and full body several times. This is a place where you can call the day of and get in. Prices are reasonable. They do not speak English well, but they are able to communicate enough to accommodate different pressures and working on specific pain spots. This was the best massage I have ever had in my life, and I've had lots of massages. I made sure to call ahead so that I did not have to wait. When I arrived I was taken immediately into a private room. during the normal 60 minute full body massage they will give you a scalp massage and a mini facial massage included. Your masseuse will also take hot wet towels to clean off the massage oil- I appreciated this because I was on my lunch break and had to get back into my work clothes.
