I had an excellent foot and back massage. The only way reason I give it four stars is I had to literally insist that I just wanted 30 minutes. The reason is it was my first time and I only wanted feet. I wanted to see if I liked it. The receptionist wasn't having it! Finally someone came out and "redirected" her. Turns out the woman doing the massage did such a good job on my feet I asked to add 30 more minutes, which worked out fine. read more

My first Reflexology treatment was in San Francisco "China Town" during my massage a china man jumped over me waving a gun- following behind him 3 detectives. Let's just say I was just a little bit startled and found it impassable to ease back into zone therapy frame of mind. I drove by this place a dozen times. Still gun shy about reflexology I was informed by a few Elite Coppell Ladies how amazing this place really is. Surely no crime ring would be inturupting my treatment in Coppell Texas. So why not. Lets try this again. Dude I'm hooked- $35 gets you an hour of Mind, Body, and Soul treatment. My kids like me better, My hubby thinks I am on disco biscuits~ I highly recommend this kind of treatment, I don't know about you, but my body is polluted with stress- Whatever they do it works. You can find me here once a week now! They have a VIP room (looks fun) open till 10PM read more

Foot Master Massage - Massage Near Me - Lewisville, Texas

I am really shocked by some of the negative reviews here. I am wondering if they have never experienced an asian massage place before? I don't mean any disrespect when I say that, but English is clearly their second language and I just feel like a lot of people find them "rude" but I think it's just a language barrier. Anyways, enough of me preaching about that. I needed a neck massage so badly, and I wanted to go to a chair massage spot we normally go to in the mall, however, being a Friday before Christmas I did not want to deal with that hassle. Found this spot that's only 5 minutes away. Let me give you a slight background of my massage spots normally. I will go on groupon and pick a spot close to me that I can get an appointment with ASAP. I don't spend more than $50 for a massage. We decided on the $30 reflexology which is for an HOUR! Soooo great! This is the spot I will always go to now when I need a massage. no more groupon or livingsocial for massages!! About the charging on credit card. It clearly says they charge you $2 for the TAX on credit cards. I paid $60 even plus $12 tip (Reflexology for two people)... So they didn't charge me tax, which is AWESOME! =) read more

My fave foot place. My ex-fiancé and I would come here when we lived in coppell. I took my friend Angela with me this time. We had super nice foot massages. No appt necessary--$35 gets you an hour. read more

Cheap! She took my shorts off (to below my bum cheeks) while I was face down on the table so I was bare buttoxed (it was very shocking I had a hard time not laughing) - I'm not sure if that's normal... never happened to me at a classic spa massage... anyway. Weird experience. read more

Walked in without an appointment with a friend in the middle of the day. $35 for a 20 min rub on shoulders and neck...and the rest on the feet and legs. You sit in a chair and put your feet in warm water and listen to music. Lay in huge leather like chairs with towels and pillows. It helps if people have phones off. I like it quiet...maybe just some music. I will go back and try it again. It is in the parking lot with Sprouts. read more

Foot Master Massage - Clean....Fast...Relaxing! - Massage Near Me - Lewisville, Texas

Clean professional massage. Staff friendly and always helpful in massage needs. I recommend to everyone

This place is just ok. I come into Coppell for business a lot and have tried the hour long reflexology here a few times. Price is pretty standard at $30 but the massages have consistently been weaker and not as precise. I've asked for more pressure but it doesn't appear to help. I would regard it as a good relaxation place but not strong in reflexology. My most recent visit was also annoying because I paid for the $30 massage with two twenties and the masseuse took the cash, said thanks and walked off without asking if I wanted change. Now I tip well for good massages. But that one didn't rate a 25% tip and not being asked how much I'd like to tip wasn't appreciated. I'll be trying other places in the future. read more

If there was a way to give no stars and still post it I would've done that! I went to this place on my birthday and the guy doing my massage was literally sleeping while massaging my feet. I know it was in the middle if the afternoon still gives you no excuse to doze off mid massage!! How do I know becoz the strokes went from being really fast to slow to super slow and stop!! It was hilarious but after a point annoying, what a waste of my money. I am not the type to gripe much so I decided to give this place a second chance and gave them a call... I asked "are you taking walk ins? Are you very busy? The reply was " we are not busy but can you come after an hour?" Really????? Never trying this place again in spite the fact that its stone' s throw from my house... I'd rather drive far and get good service. read more

Meh. Went in for a quick shoulder / neck massage (15 min). Massage wasn't bad, but not the best (to comparable other foot massage / reflexology places). 2 stars for the massage. It's 2$ extra to use a card. Wish I would have been told this before. Used cash instead, asked for change in 1's. She didn't have any change. Offered me 1$ in exchange for a 5? Like... What? But I grabbed some extra ones from my car to tip the man. Won't return. Go elsewhere. read more

The people are very friendly. The service is prompt and excellent. I loved the massage! The therapist applied the perfect amount of pressure. The price is amazing for an hour massage. The $30 price includes a full body massage that is focused mostly on the feet. The place is cleAn, much nicer then the pictures reveal. If you decide to try this place out and it's your first time getting one of these massages. Please keep and open mind, be a little adventurous and enjoy the relaxing experience! Oh, and please tip these folks, they really depend on it. read more

The massage itself was good. I did the reflexology 1 hour massage for $30 and they charge you $2 to use your card and all I had was $35 to spend so I could only give a $3 tip. The guy said "you are cheap!" And I said "pardon?" And he said "you are cheap, give me $5!" This was the only time he could speak English. Don't recommend this place! read more

Do NOT waste your time here. I was given a gift certificate here a year ago. It had no expiration date on it, and I just now got around to TRYING to use it. The lady said it was the former owners, who signed the card on 12/10, and that they took over new ownership on 1/1. She was EXTREMELY RUDE and argumentative with me. I will NEVER go to this place again. Horrible customer service. She said it was my fault for waiting a year to use it. She said the former owner didn't sign it. I said they signed this on Dec 10, and your sign shows you took ownership on Dec 15. She was beyond rude. I shouldn't have waited so long, true, BUT there was no expiration date and it appears even had I tried to use it 1-2 months later even, they has the new owners by that time. Do not give them your business. read more

First time I went there i was skeptical, but now have become a loyal fan. If you spend the day at a desk or on your feet, you owe yourself to spend just one hour at Foot Master. Not only is it a great foot massage, but they will also work on your next and shoulders while you're laying back in the chair. Their technique is very relaxing and actually helps for a long term issue I've had with my shoulder. I've left more relaxed after one hour than i have after two hours at the local 'massage chain'! What's also great is they are open every day and are very accommodating if you need to come in that day. Try it once. I think you'll like it. read more

I have been this place many times, it is amazing! I never had this kind of good massage before! They have some really good massager here, it doesn't matter soft or hard! You all enjoy it! I will always come this place! read more

Nice decor and atmosphere, but the massage was very weak and superficial. I felt like I wasted and hour and $35.

The staff is friendly and does a good job. We had a $30 foot massage and a $50 foot/back massage and both were great. The rooms are clean and semi private (we've been to foot massage places that have all the beds arranged in one large open room) as there are few bees per room. read more

I had the 60 minute full body massage in the back room with Rocky. He was amazing! I like a deep tissue massage and so many therapists are hesitant to go deep. He listened and hit all the right spots! I will definitely go back to him! read more

Very nice staff. I thought the foot part was a little weak compared to other similar places I had been. But the upper back and neck part was 5 star! Was quiet except for door chimes( they need to disable that). read more

2nd visit. LuLu is great. Both foot and full massage are good. Affordable for sure and competettive rates. Similiar to NYC shops. If you want great techniques by trained staff this is the place to go. If you want run of the mill franchise this isnt it. read more

My husband and I stopped in with no appointment at 8:30 on a Friday night. $30 for an hour foot massage that also included a head massage, arm massage and a little back massage too! Great value for cost. Friendly staff. Will definitely do again read more

I am not sure if I can really say this as a comment.. but the lady there has a challenge with English but she learns quickly and is very smart. *Usually I do not use the restroom before a massage but then their rest room had stagnant water on the floor and water was not coming out of the wash basin.A sign outside would have helped. **Massage was good and consistent **When I pay usually I get the change from the teller and then tip them back because I will remember how much I tipped them and next time I try to add to it. What surprised me was they politely refused to give me back my change and kept on saying thank you. In a way I am glad they took the tip, but that is not how you treat a customer either. Usually I complement their service, ask for their less busy times and talk about reflexology to understand better. I could not achieve that. read more

I live in Denton.but I alway drive more than 20 mins to come here to do the massage because their massager are amazing. You will never disappoint.By the way, you should call there to make a appontment or make appointment online before you go there, cause they always busy! read more

They did an amazing job on my 30 minute foot massage. They were professional and applied the perfect amount of pressure. It was so relaxing. My only regret is that I didn't opt for the 60 minute. read more

The people here are very kind and in tune with what you need to feel better. You barely tell them your ailment and they already know what to do. I believe that they work by getting to know your body, not what you think you need. After 30 minutes, I felt revived and my neck pain was almost completely gone. I was advised to do neck rolls to help finish out the process. I will be back! read more

Hands down the worst and most pointless waste of money in Texas....Reading reviews I already knew foot reflexology was $30 for an hour....ok cool. Arriving there, this lady approached not knowing how to turn the lights on or speak English,in assuming her daughter, came out and took over. She immediately began to start hustling me. She offered $25 for 15/feet & 15/back. Odd because price list there crossed out the $30/60 minutes to 70 minutes & everybody knows that service comes with a short head shoulder service. Thinking I was crazy,I asked her about that and she said they will NOT touch anything but my feet so I should take the $25 if I want back. She tried several other options (nothing on the price list) I declined, took $30/hr,and we began. Either this lady hated her job with a passion like fruit,or I'm tripping but I came in sore and left in PAIN...she hit no pressure points, gave no relief,I jumped at least 7 times in pain, jamming her single fingers in my body and elbows scraping on my bones...plus the worst ever is when someone just "rubs" your skin! I was SO upset! $30 or not....I rather donate that to charity then be abused for it.... Btw,I let her know I DO tip at the beginning so it couldn't have been her just judging my appearance etc...NEVER RETURNING. read more

This place is fantastic! I've been here 4 times and even sent my mother and sisters for treatments. It's very clean and the massage therapists are great! I highly recommend this place. read more

WORST place ever. POOR customer service and weak massage. The noise level was unacceptable, and the owner was constantly on the phone arguing with someone throughout the session. DO NOT waste you time and money on this place. read more

I was feeling kind of crummy and thought I'd treat myself to a foot massage. I am a runner and on my feet all of the time. I always saw this place but never stopped in, but had aching feet so I got the half hour massage to try it out. It was heavenly. Relaxing scents, relaxing background sounds. I've never been to a place like this (I've had one massage in my life at a big box type of business). I will definitely be back! read more

The lady is very rude! The massage was weak and not relaxing at all. I have tried many foot massage at many different places. This is the worst! It is over price at $65 for half hour body and half hour foot massage. Not recommended at all. read more

just went to get foot message. He worked on my neck and my body. Very happy with the price and quality.

Just enjoyed a 70-min foot massage (they include much more than just feet)! There was a little language barrier, but don't let that stop you. Excellent technique and service!! read more

Was skeptical after reading the reviews but went and gave it a try anyway. The neck massage was "ok" but the leg and foot massage was weak. Also, Mickey, the lady who works there, is NOISY. Came home and found out that she charged our debit card more than what it should be...A big RED FLAG!!! I would have tolerate the weak massage and the noise for 35 bucks, but stealing our money is a NO NO. They just lost me and my husband as customers. read more

The foot massage cost 30 dollars. I gave her 40 and she said "don't you have a little extra for me". I pointed where it said 30 dollars but she said "I gave you ten extra minutes and I really worked on your shoulder". She only gave me an extra five at most and I sure didn't ask her to "really work on my shoulder". I pulled out another five and gave it to her but that is a fifty percent tip. UGH. I really like going there and she did do a good job but that makes me mad. I don't think I'll be back :(. I have been a loyal customer but they don't seem to remember me. They no speak good English read more
