It is in an office building but it's not noisy at all. She has a location in the back so you forget offices are around you. She always asks if I want her to focus on any particular areas and actually does that. Shu also offers different techniques so just ask. Honestly, its more quiet than most spas I have been too. You don't hear people talking in other rooms or walking down a hallway. As for the massage, the pressure is perfect for me. If she needs to go deeper, she does. If a place is more sensitive she is cautious of it. She really listens to your feedback. I enjoy the hot towels and heating pads. Another thing I have been impressed with is how she handled COVID. She keeps a very clean room. Its only you at your appointment time which makes me feel comfortable. She is very cautious for her clients health. Which I appreciate. In short, if you are looking for a great massage I highly recommend Ohana Healing Arts.

They've been at it a long time and now they're very good at imparting to others ways to breathe, stand and move that somehow engender energy, integration, and healing of body, mind and heart. I got to know them in 2015 after friends convinced me to take part in the Qigong class offered at the Crow Collection of Asian Art in the wellness program. I knew nothing about Qigong, my expectations were modest. The first class was profoundly refreshing - almost revelatory. How could a mere introduction to the ancient discipline of Qigong relieve pain, and give me the best experience of breathing I'd had in years. This may sound strange (Breathing? Really?) but I assure you it's true. I think I had forgotten how to breathe some years back, and it's been transformative to get that right again. I won't enumerate all the great outcomes. I do remain slightly mystified as to how something as subtle and quiet as this Qigong could have such far-reaching effects. Only wish I had started sooner. And I'll just add that Qigong is only a part of the healing work they do!

When I refuse and just asked for a refund she went and go ahead to give me my massage and she didn't half a** it. It is excellent, while my husband waits in the other room. Our issue with this establishment is INTEGRITY. If you don't have enough massage therapists just don't be open or at least refuse the service you can't fulfill then choose to lie to your clientele.
