I realized I needed a good massage therapist. I came to Yelp of course because this is the best way to find anything. I had a one hour deep tissue massage with Rebecca today. If I just would have started with her at the first sign of pain I could have saved myself money and time and tears. Rebecca knows what she is doing and it is exactly what I needed. She also gave me a lot of suggestions for things I could do to make this better. The price was very reasonable and she said they don't accept tips. They would rather you come get the therapy you need without worrying about the price with tip. Forcing customers to pay in advance feels like a tactic to trap your money before you even know what kind of service you are getting.Between the aggressive upfront payment demand and the overall atmosphere, the whole interaction felt deeply unprofessional and raised serious red flags about how this business is run.
