The massage was excellent. I had the 70 minute that begin with arms, head, and neck. The next step was the foot and leg massage which was wonderful. I would recommend Asian Foot Massage for a relaxing and affordable massage.

My feet have…read morebeen hurting, so I specifically reached out beforehand to request someone who could provide very firm pressure for a 60-minute foot and leg massage. Within two minutes, it was clear the therapist wasn't a good match for my request. The pressure was extremely light and felt more like rubbing than an effective massage. I asked to shorten the session to 30 minutes. The manager came over and instructed the therapist to use firmer pressure, but there was little improvement. Despite my request to shorten the appointment, the session continued for the full hour, with approximately 5-7 minutes lost while the therapist was in the back tending to her sniffles. I still left a $10 tip out of courtesy, but the experience was frustrating and disappointing. I've previously had good back massages with Tom, but today's experience left me feeling that my specific request was disregarded. If you cannot provide the pressure or service a customer requests, please be upfront before booking. I will not be returning.

Incredibly Unprofessional and Concerning PolicyI walked into this establishment expecting a…read morestandard, professional massage experience, but I was immediately put off by their payment policy. Before I could even fill out intake paperwork or see a therapist, the front desk demanded that I pay for the entire service in full, upfront. This is highly unusual and completely counter to how legitimate, licensed therapeutic massage clinics operate. Professional day spas charge you after the service is rendered so that the transaction reflects the actual care received, and so clients have recourse if the treatment is cut short or handled unprofessionally. Forcing customers to pay in advance feels like a tactic to trap your money before you even know what kind of service you are getting.Between the aggressive upfront payment demand and the overall atmosphere, the whole interaction felt deeply unprofessional and raised serious red flags about how this business is run. I did not feel comfortable moving forward, left immediately, and will not be returning. Save your money and go to an actual, reputable licensed clinic that follows standard professional boundaries.

Back story: I walked in, as I've done several times in the past, to get a massage from Bella. Bella was in the waiting room clearly available. She stops me and says "did you schedule an appointment with Bella?" I said no, not realizing that was an issue. But said, I would like a massage with her and clearly she's available. She said "no. You didn't book online so you must take next available." I responded that I'm here for a massage with her and clearly she's available, but she again refused and said I had to take next available. She seemed to want to pick a fight, but I had no idea why as I was happy and excited when I walked in the door, but now I'm confused and feel like I'm being cornered and under attack for some reason unknown to me. I then doubled down and asked if she was refusing to let me have a session with Bella and she said yes. I said "okay. Then I'll leave as I'm not interested in trying someone new." If you've ever had a massage then you know the quality varies drastically. My wife has had a few massages there and said they were all "okay". However the massage with Bella was the best I've ever had. She's truly exceptional, so no I wasn't interested in next available. Had I known I needed to schedule with her, then I totally would have, but the way the owner treated me was completely unacceptable.
