I made the appointment after having to sleep on the floor because my back was out. Jin was super professional and listened to my needs. The front waiting area was comfortable and clean. The therapy rooms smelled great and the massage table was clean and comfortable. She expertly spent time on the areas that were problematic and checked in with me frequently to make sure the pressure was good. Happy to say that I'm sleeping on my bed again with no pain. Thank you Jin! Highly recommend going to see her! read more

I came here in a recommendation from a friend and boy I'm glad I did! I've been getting adjustments from a chiropractor but my muscles were still super tight. Today I finally bit the bullet and gave Jin's massage a call. Luckily they had an opening to fit me in today. When I got there, Jen had a quick paper for me to fill out regarding massage and overall medical history/issues. She took me right back and the hour flew by before I knew it. I immediately felt a difference in my back and shoulders from the tense knot they came in as to the much improved unknotted forms. She did warn me that I would probably be sore for about 48 hrs after and I am starting to feel the effects of that a bit. But it definitely wouldn't stop me from returning! read more

Jin was amazing! Very kind, informative and provided an atmosphere that allowed me to feel safe. Definitely coming back!

I had a wonderful experience here! Jin was very welcoming and professional. She did an excellent job and I'll be back soon

I went in with pain in my neck. I couldn't turn my head left without pain, but after leaving a 60 minute session with Jen I no longer have any pain. I was skeptical that she would be able to work out any issues like this so quickly, but she did and it was worth every penny! She was very confident in her ability to fix the issue. I thought the pricing was extremely fair compared to others. I will likely return. As far as the place, it was very clean and the temperature was perfect. read more

If I could give Jin's 10 stars I would! My entire body was sore & achy from vacay and I needed a massage. I was able to book an appointment on the same day and I choose Jen. Jen was absolutely amazing and I went with the 60 min massage instead of the 45 min. I am definitely going back for my massages. read more

Jin and her staff are excellent!! Jin is very friendly and has an excellent technique and always makes me feel better. The facility is very clean and inviting. Lady kept left private room door open. I felt weird so asked her to keep the door closed. But she step out few times and every-time she does, she left the door open. I recommend younger lady work there. But i give 1 star for not respecting my privacy that day by older lady. read more

Jin is amazing and a very talented therapeutic massage therapist. She is so kind and professional and really cares about her clients!

I had the pleasure of meeting Jin under unfortunate circumstances because my back was in such pain on Friday night that I could barely stand up or move. I was able to get a same day appointment easily on her online scheduling. The location is clean and private and she was absolutely amazing and so kind. It was probably the best massage I've ever had (and I've had a lot.) she used just the right amount of pressure and concentrated the entire 60 minutes on my lower back and problem area. I was so impressed and pleased when she actually text me the following day to see how I was feeling! I cannot recommend her or this business enough and will be a regular client of hers long into the future. Check her out because not only does she do full massages, hot stone, deep tissue, etc but also foot reflexology and more. Her prices are extremely fair and If I could give her a 10 star review I would. Thank you Jin. read more

I've been seeing Jen regularly for well over a year, now. It was back issues that brought me to her, and I have to say she really knows where to apply pressure and where to ease up. I feel like a new man when I leave. The facility is clean and professional, and Jen has a great personality that always puts me at ease (despite my tendency to be self-conscious). I haven't booked with anyone else at this place, so I can't comment on the other staff; all I can say is that I highly recommend Jen. read more

After a round of golf & driving 5 hours, I visited this business for a massage. Awesome massage and Jennifer is great. During the massage, she made sure I was comfortable and asked multiple times if the massage was improving the painful areas. I highly recommend the place. read more

Jin's massage is a hidden gem of a place in Lewisville. The owner(Jen) has been working with me the past few weeks for neck related nerve pinch which is painful. I have been to places like Joint and such, but the relief was not sustained. After working with Jen and also making some changes to posture and sleeping position, i have been making steady progress. Her medical sciences background and utmost dedication to the job is very instrumental in her treatment. She ensures that problem is addressed and the outcome, rather than focusing on the clock. She focuses on root cause and works systematically towards the solution. It took a couple of sessions, but she got there. The place is very clean and well kept and easily accessible ! I am super impressed and this is one of few massage places I have been to in the US and was quite skeptical of the outcome. But i am a convert and that is thanks to Jen and her enterprise! Thanks for the excellent customer experience! Highly recommended! read more

Just a basic massage. I was expecting at least hot rocks and essentials oils. I won't be going back.

A friend told me about Jin and she was right, what a great recommendation! This probably the best massage I've ever had. My shoulders and legs were super tight and in 90 minutes I was feeling terrific. The stretching was great to finish a great massage. I've already been back and only had time for 1 hour. But still the best. read more

Jin's Massage are Wonderful. She finds a way to make appointment around your needs and schedule. I had a pain in my shoulder and she was able to work it out where I left pain free. She provides the pressure point level for my needs. The cost is perfect and provides access to make appointments on line and by phone. She makes you want to come back the next days to feel that good. I would recommend this facility for any age group or gender. read more

. Jin is the best! She is always pleasant and kind. Her salon is very clean and tranquil. I recommend her salon services!

Honestly, the BEST massage I've ever had and I have tried most all the shops in Lewisville, Flower Mound east to Frisco. No BS.

I never write reviews but she earned a great review today. When I walked in I was immediately greeted . Lower back pain, feet ache. Taken straight back to private room. Got 70 min massage(35 min back,35 min feet). She went above and beyond and I will def be back! read more

Very accommodating. Need massage ASAP as in a lot of pain and got an appointment immediately after I called which I didn't expect as most massage places wanted few days in advance to make an appointment. Not a fancy spa but that's not what I am looking for but the quality is AMAZING. Got a pain relief from massage and I really like the stretching at the end which is a bonus. Not only that, she didn't waste time of going over with the paperwork I filled out which most spa takes time to look over and read it. She just asked me where I want to focus on and she really worked on it. I guess, she can tell that I'm in a lot of pain. Thanks again Jennifer and definitely will be coming back and will get the 2 hours next time. read more
