We chose the 30 minutes reflexology/30 minutes neck and back massage. When we first showed up, we were immediately greeted, given little bottles of water and brought to comfy recliners to soak our feet in warm water. They pulled curtains around us so it was dark and private. You take off your shoes and socks but leave on the rest of your clothes during the service. They cover you with towels. Then they did the reflexology, which is a strong foot and lower leg massage. Then, we turned over and they did the neck/back massage. It was amazing! I received an hour of treatment on my feet , back and neck .. it was spectacular all though it was a little awkward having a man work on me but he was able to get the knots out that nobody else could do it was beneficial.. My favorite local place to get a back massage and very affordable prices! I typically call the day of and schedule myself later in the day to get a back massage. I haven't tried to walk in yet so I'm not familiar on how long the wait time would be. I like to get the 45 minute back massage for $45. When you arrive and check-in, they have a notebook where they list what time you wanted an appointment and your phone number. Once they're ready, they take you back to a bigger room filled with massage tables. They ask that you take off any jackets and shoes. They have little baskets near the head of the massage table that you could put your things in. Since I typically do back massages, I go straight to laying down on on my stomach and my face poking in the head rest area, looking at the floor. They put a sheet over you and work their magic from there. I haven't had to describe my problem areas, but they seem to figure it out and will knead the crap out of my knots. If the pressure is too much, let them know! Let your mind wander off with the serene music in the background while they do work on your back. Afterwards, gather your balance and put on your shoes.
